The Richards-Hart Estate, a venue located in Ridge, Colorado, is proudly known as one of Wheat Ridge’s most distinguished landmarks. This mansion, which is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built back in 1877. Now, this mansion and its three acres offers couples a historic and elegant Victorian setting in which to exchange their vows.
Facilities and Capacity
Throughout the Richards-Hart Estate, couples and guests will be surrounded by the old-world elegance combined with touches of turn-of-the century décor. With period-replica wallpaper and wood trims, couples will be able to experience the rich historical details throughout the indoor spaces. Outdoors, couples and guests will be surrounded by landscaped gardens and a fountain. The capacity is limited to 50 guests for events October - April. However, if couples choose to have an event May - September, they can invite up to 75 guests.
Services Offered
Regardless of the setting couples choose for their wedding ceremony and celebration, the Richards-Hart Estate provides their vintage charm at an affordable rate. Equipment such as tables and chairs are provided, as well as the outdoor arbor and ceremony site. If the wedding party need a place to prepare and relax, the mansion provides two separate bride and groom dressing rooms. The Estate also allows couples to select their own outside vendors and utilize the catering kitchen on the property so that they can customize their wedding vendor selections. If desired, liability insurance can be arranged as well.
