When my husband and I started talking about getting married, we immediately knew we wanted a specific kind of ceremony. We were looking for someone to tell our story, in a personal and intimate way, and to unite us and encourage us on the next chapter of our lives. Luckily, Mike is one of my best friends cousins, and when I told her what we were looking for, she suggested him! I cannot tell you how lucky we are that Mike was introduced to us. The minute we talked, we could tell he knew exactly what we wanted. The process was a breeze and Mike could not have been more accommodating, kind, or professional.

After the ceremony, we heard nothing but amazing responses. And they were all saying exactly what we wanted to hear - that our ceremony, was personal, intimate and unique. That they have never heard a ceremony like that and it was just lovely. Some family members even asked for the written version!

I can not say enough about how happy we are with our ceremony and whole experience with Rev Michael. From the time we first met, we were so pleased with how professional, accommodating, and knowledgable he was. our ceremony was so personal and really spoke to who Ian and I are. So many people came up to us after the ceremony and told us how beautiful and perfect it was. I would definitely recommend Rev Michael to my family and friends. From the first conversation we had with Reverend Michael, we knew he was definitely who we wanted to officiate our wedding ceremony. He took the time to meet with us and really learn our story and who we were. Reverend Michael Rowinski was our Officiant for our wedding on June 3, 2011. We live in San Diego so as you can imagine you have to find ways to plan a wedding from 3000 miles away. Michael really made that easy for us which is amazing since there are so many other things to worry about. We talked and skyped and met in person only one time and he managed to create a ceremony as if he had known us for many years. We truly appreciated that aspect because it was extremely genuine and elegant. We totally recommend Michael's services to anyone who is looking for an awesome officiant!

We established early on with our families that we would not be having the typical interfaith ceremony consisting of a rabbi and a priest talking about the bible and trying to weave us into their 'standard' ceremony. Our vision was to be unified in our ceremony and have a ceremony that was actually relevant to who we are as individuals and as a unit while still tying in elements from both religions. So that's where Michael came in, who is also himself part of a successful interfaith marriage, he truly understood where we were coming from.
Michael was professional, friendly and a complete pleasure to work with from the very first call we made to him all the way through to the wedding day. We had several calls and in person meetings so we were able to get to know one another and he was able to craft 'our story' as a couple to help develop the ceremony. When the big day came Michael was completely well spoken, heart felt and funny to boot. I have never heard of really anyone commenting on a ceremony but everyone from the most religious sides of every religion commented on how incredible the ceremony was and that they laughed, cried and learned a lot about us as a couple, even how we met and came to be married today.
Choosing Michael as our Reverend was one of the best selections we made for the most important day of our lives and we made a friend that we will never forget - Thanks SO much Michael!

Reverend Michael was great to work throughout the entire process of developing our ceremony. Michael met us in person and took the time to ask thoughtful questions and really get to know us/our personalities and the story of our relationship. From the meeting he was able to write a beautiful and custom ceremony that incorporated special touches as we had requested (a moment of remembrance, a handfasting ceremony, etc.). He also was able to suggest nice readings. Michael was pleasant to work with as he provided thoughtful advice along the way but allowed us to ultimately make all decisions.

On wedding day Reverend Michael did a great job delivering the ceremony. We got many comments on how nice it was and how well it captured us as a couple and individually.

We had such a wonderful experience with Reverand Michael. I was the first of my family to get married outside of the Catholic Church, so I knew I had to plan the ceremony carefully. I wanted to have a very personal ceremony that spoke to who we are as a couple, but still make my family and friends feel as though the ceremony was legit. After a few very fun meetings over drinks with Reverand Michael, he put together the most perfect ceremony. We received so many compliments on how beautiful it was - everyone from my most religious older relatives to our young, crazy friends! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't have changed a thing. I would recommend Reverand Michael to anyone.

Reverend Michael Rowinski officiated at our daughter's wedding, and he did an excellent job. He was very professional, and, after spending several hours meeting and talking with her and her future husband, he put together a very personal and touching ceremony for them.
