I cannot say enough good things about Reverend Richard. He is everything we could have asked for and more! It only took one zoom meeting with Richard for my husband and I to know that he was the perfect fit. From the way he speaks, you can just tell that he loves love and loves what he does. He has done countless weddings and yet he treats each one with so much care and enthusiasm. He expertly guided us through all of our options and what elements we wanted to include and then turned those choices into the most beautiful ceremony we could have hoped for. Reverend Rich married my husband and I last week at The Farmhouse. He has now married me, my sister, and my two cousins including baptizing their children. He spent time getting to know me and my husband meeting with us multiple times prior to the wedding. He even came early to do a run through of the ceremony while I finished up pictures. I will never forget while I was waiting to walk down the aisle, my family and friends were cheering and laughing all thanks to him! He makes things fun, personal, and mailed my marriage license immediately. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married on September 21, 2025, at Minerals Hotel in Vernon, NJ, and there are not enough good things we can say about our officiant, Richard Colonna!!! From the very beginning, Richard’s attention to detail brought us so much peace and confidence. Richard also handled all of the details we didn’t even think about day of: like coordinating our marriage license with our fathers as witnesses, so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

We cannot recommend Richard enough!!!!! He is organized, engaging, fun, and unbelievably talented at what he does. Having him as our officiant was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!!!!!

Richard was the perfect person to officiate our wedding. He is super friendly and easy to work with. We met with him twice over zoom before our wedding to finalize all of the details of our ceremony. He was very organized and provided many recommendations for readings and other aspects of the ceremony. He was also super flexible to provide us exactly what we wanted. Once we finalized all of the details of our ceremony, he organized everything into a script that was easy to follow and made sure to coordinate with everyone involved the day of the wedding so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything. He also handled filing all the required paperwork for our marriage license after the ceremony.

During the ceremony Richard made everything run smoothly and exactly how we wanted. He was well-spoken, charismatic. and funny. We had many family members and friends comment on how great of a job he did. He even took a few great pictures of our venue while we were getting ready that he sent to us after the wedding!
