Red, Hot, and Blue catered our rehearsal dinner. They were easy to work with and were accommodating with respect to my questions and a few changes to our initial order. The server that they sent was absolutely wonderful; I can’t recall his name, but he was very friendly and kind to all of the guests, even creating a plate for my grandmother and bringing it to her. Our guests raved about the BBQ and had a great time.

Red, Hot and Blue blew my husband and I away! We had an outdoor BBQ reception for 200 people. They catered our event for 6 hours total, which included set-up, clean-up, trash, and serving our guests. They also brought their own tables, table cloths, plates, utensils, napkins and chaffing dishes. Wow.

The food was delicious — all the guests were raving about how good it was and there was more than enough for all of our guests. They even provided take-out boxes to bring home leftover food.

Clean up was a breeze and the price was very reasonable and well worth it! The manager was really friendly and flexible with our needs/budget (as we had to make several changes along the way) but she was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
