OH. MY. GOSH! Ramblin Jacks is AMAZING! The food was delicious, the gentleman that helped us set up our order/delivery was so responsive it was great. We spent a little extra and had servers at our wedding which was the best way to go. They were there to refill buffet trays, open beer/wine, clean up plates AND they boxed up all the leftovers for us. I'd book them again in a heartbeat!

We were SO incredibly happy with Adam and the whole crew at Ramblin Jacks. The food was DELICIOUS- we got tons of compliments from our guests. Planning everything was so easy. The bartenders were AMAZING. I truly cannot say enough good things. All of our guests had a great time and I can't tell you how many compliments we got on the food, the service, and the fun & entertaining bartenders. They took care of everything. Amazing food at an incredible value. Adam & team were genuinely concerned with ensuring our event went off flawlessly. I wish we had a chance to try the appetizers because we heard they were killer - dinner was fantastic. None of our guests went home hungry. Adam was great to work with during the planning process & he didn't try to nickle & dime us either.

Had two tastings just to make sure we got what we wanted. We had chicken and salmon and did a seated dinner to avoid the buffet chaos. They didn't ask for more money to do a sit down dinner, and they were really flexible about things we added on. Asked for bread and they didn't ask for additional money. Got appetizer of bread, cheese, and fruit, and people loved it! Roasted red potatoes and asparagus with dinner. Only downfall was they didn't do the salmon as we asked. It is cooked on a cedar plank with a citrus butter, but we asked for them to put that on last to keep it from drying out, and also adding a lemon on the side of each plate to add another layer of flavor, but that didn't make it there. Otherwise, everything went as planned. It was slightly expensive, but they were the cheapest in the area for the type of meal we wanted!
