We had an amazing experience using the Radisson for our wedding. It was such a convenient location, both for the included amenities and the surrounding area. We live 550 miles away and were planning long distance, which made things much more difficult. We were looking for something inclusive that wouldn’t involve much driving, and we found that here. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner, morning after brunch, ceremony, and reception here, and I utilized the salon for my hair and makeup. The surrounding area was perfect for a pre-wedding mini bar crawl and wedding photos. We used the Kalamazoo room, which has been nicely redone, and it looked beautiful with the decorations and included uplighting. The hotel itself looked great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff, from the valet to the housekeepers, were incredibly nice and friendly.

The Wedding Studio is their own in-house division that specifically handles weddings. We worked with Lindsay the whole way through the planning process, and she made everything so much less stressful. She did an amazing job of answering the million questions I had, and sending photos when I needed a visual aid to imagine how something might look. She was incredibly responsive and really felt like a partner during planning. She was a life saver on the day of the wedding. Whenever some little problem cropped up, she was right there to handle it. She really allowed me and my husband to focus on having a great time with our guests. We worked with a range of other people for the rooms, salon appointments, and dinner/brunch, and had great experiences with them all. The chef was great as well. He really helped us tailor our menu to be what we wanted at our tasting. And on the day of, all the food was delicious, and the servers and bartender were excellent and very personable.

I received so many complements from my guests on all aspects of our wedding and have no regrets about choosing the Radisson for our big day. We had a wonderful time, and felt that the experience we got was well worth the cost, particularly in comparison to the pricing at some other venues we looked at. I highly recommend it for someone looking for a truly convenient all-in-one location.

Lindsay made the process from the initial site tour to the big day seamless. Working together was very easy and it felt like a true collaboration. She was as invested as we were in creating our reception timeline. She answeredcountless questions with ease and is truly responsible for making our vision a reality. Lindsay delivered beyond our expectations.
The upgrades the hotel has made recently are beautiful! All of the guests that stayed in our room block raved about the decor and the convenience of everything in the hotel. We stayed in the Grand Loft suite which was the perfect space to get ready with all of my bridesmaids and stay on our wedding night. The views of Kalamazoo from the Grand Loft suite were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this space to any future bride. There is so much room to spread out!
The service, attention to detail and professionalism from every staff member was top notch. The food and bar service were exceptional. Chef John was so flexible with us in creating our appetizers for cocktail hour and our plated dinner options. Truly a master of his craft. All of the banquet staff memebers working our event were attentive and friendly. I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I received about the staff from our guests.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Radisson Plaza Hotel. From the stunning venue itself to the attentive staff, our special day was truly magical. The convenience of having everything in one location made it so easy for our family and friends to enjoy themselves and even stay the night. The Salon services were top-notch, and the on-site restaurants were a hit with everyone – the food was absolutely delicious.

Our wedding planner Lindsay was a gem, going above and beyond to ensure every little detail was taken care of. Even the smallest aspects were not overlooked, thanks to her meticulous planning and assistance. The rooms provided the ideal backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, creating a seamless transition throughout the day.

We had everything for our wedding (from the rehearsal dinner to brunch the day after) at the Radisson. The staff here was AMAZING! Zero issues all day (at least none that I knew about!) Honestly don’t think we could have planned our wedding without their help the whole way through. We essentially got a wedding coordinator without having to hire one. The space was great and the food was fantastic. Also used the salon in the hotel for hair/makeup for myself (bride) and the bridesmaids. Having everything in one place made our day/weekend very easy

Lindsay and Samantha were amazing through the whole process! Their team of caterers, servers, bartenders, maintenance, and everyone else we encountered were thoughtful and helpful. Every issue we ran into, as every wedding does, they were knowledgeable, flexible, and eager to help! The food was fantastic and exactly as we wanted it! The space was great and the setup was perfect! We are so happy we hired the Radisson to be our venue!

A big part of the reason we chose to have our ceremony and reception at the Radisson in Kalamazoo was how much they offered all in one place. We had a smaller wedding (about 70 people when all was said and done) so we used the Arcadia ballroom, split into two sides where we were able to have the ceremony on one side and our reception on the other. Lindsay and Sam from the Wedding Studio at the Radisson were so attentive and thorough when answering questions, in person and over email. I honestly felt so pampered and in very safe hands with them, my family and I had total confidence in them because we could tell they knew what they were doing. We delivered our ceremony and reception decorations to them and they set it all up perfectly for us, Lindsay was a master at keeping our rehearsal and day-of on track and the whole event went off without a hitch. And if there were any issues day of, I still don't know about it because the Radisson had it taken care of. It was a pretty penny (as all wedding things are) but I would say it was more than worth it for all the assistance with planning and execution that Lindsay and Sam did. I cannot speak their praises enough! They truly helped make our wedding day like a fairytale!

Lindsay and Sam were AMAZING! I could not have asked for a better duo to help plan our wedding. With the challenges of COVID-19, they did absolutely everything in their power to give us a dream wedding. They were extremely thorough with details and communicated very well with us throughout the whole process. No review would do justice as to how much we appreciated all that they did for our special day. We are extremely grateful and wouldn’t have wanted our ceremony and reception any where else. Also, the Grand Loft is amazing!!!

My husband and I just recently were married at the Radission Plaza hotel. Our ceremony was in Glens and reception in the Arcadia Ballroom. We also enjoyed our weekend in the Grand Loft; all of which was PHENOMENAL!!! I enjoyed/loved every bit of the experience. The wedding studio Ladies Lindsay and Samantha were absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a venue The Radission Plaza hotel is definitely the place!!!
