An unforgettable day!

We had an amazing experience using the Radisson for our wedding. It was such a convenient location, both for the included amenities and the surrounding area. We live 550 miles away and were planning long distance, which made things much more difficult. We were looking for something inclusive that wouldn’t involve much driving, and we found that here. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner, morning after brunch, ceremony, and reception here, and I utilized the salon for my hair and makeup. The surrounding area was perfect for a pre-wedding mini bar crawl and wedding photos. We used the Kalamazoo room, which has been nicely redone, and it looked beautiful with the decorations and included uplighting. The hotel itself looked great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff, from the valet to the housekeepers, were incredibly nice and friendly.

The Wedding Studio is their own in-house division that specifically handles weddings. We worked with Lindsay the whole way through the planning process, and she made everything so much less stressful. She did an amazing job of answering the million questions I had, and sending photos when I needed a visual aid to imagine how something might look. She was incredibly responsive and really felt like a partner during planning. She was a life saver on the day of the wedding. Whenever some little problem cropped up, she was right there to handle it. She really allowed me and my husband to focus on having a great time with our guests. We worked with a range of other people for the rooms, salon appointments, and dinner/brunch, and had great experiences with them all. The chef was great as well. He really helped us tailor our menu to be what we wanted at our tasting. And on the day of, all the food was delicious, and the servers and bartender were excellent and very personable.

I received so many complements from my guests on all aspects of our wedding and have no regrets about choosing the Radisson for our big day. We had a wonderful time, and felt that the experience we got was well worth the cost, particularly in comparison to the pricing at some other venues we looked at. I highly recommend it for someone looking for a truly convenient all-in-one location.

Perfection!

I can’t thank the staff at the Radisson enough for our dream wedding reception! Our special day wouldn’t have been possible without Lindsay Davies of the Wedding Studio. What a ROCKSTAR! Lindsay made the process from the initial site tour to the big day seamless. Working together was very easy and it felt like a true collaboration. She was as invested as we were in creating our reception timeline. She answeredcountless questions with ease and is truly responsible for making our vision a reality. Lindsay delivered beyond our expectations.
The upgrades the hotel has made recently are beautiful! All of the guests that stayed in our room block raved about the decor and the convenience of everything in the hotel. We stayed in the Grand Loft suite which was the perfect space to get ready with all of my bridesmaids and stay on our wedding night. The views of Kalamazoo from the Grand Loft suite were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this space to any future bride. There is so much room to spread out!
The service, attention to detail and professionalism from every staff member was top notch. The food and bar service were exceptional. Chef John was so flexible with us in creating our appetizers for cocktail hour and our plated dinner options. Truly a master of his craft. All of the banquet staff memebers working our event were attentive and friendly. I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I received about the staff from our guests.
We truly had the best day and night to remember. Thank you so much again Lindsay and the Radisson! We will treasure these memories forever!

Simply amazing and beautiful venue!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Radisson Plaza Hotel. From the stunning venue itself to the attentive staff, our special day was truly magical. The convenience of having everything in one location made it so easy for our family and friends to enjoy themselves and even stay the night. The Salon services were top-notch, and the on-site restaurants were a hit with everyone – the food was absolutely delicious.

Our wedding planner Lindsay was a gem, going above and beyond to ensure every little detail was taken care of. Even the smallest aspects were not overlooked, thanks to her meticulous planning and assistance. The rooms provided the ideal backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, creating a seamless transition throughout the day.

Every staff member played a part in making our wedding day perfect, and their dedication did not go unnoticed.

In conclusion, we highly recommend Radisson Plaza Hotel for all your wedding needs. It provided the ideal setting for our special day, and we are grateful for the memorable experience they helped create. Thank you to everyone at Radisson Plaza Hotel for being a part of our celebration!

Wedding weekend

We had everything for our wedding (from the rehearsal dinner to brunch the day after) at the Radisson. The staff here was AMAZING! Zero issues all day (at least none that I knew about!) Honestly don’t think we could have planned our wedding without their help the whole way through. We essentially got a wedding coordinator without having to hire one. The space was great and the food was fantastic. Also used the salon in the hotel for hair/makeup for myself (bride) and the bridesmaids. Having everything in one place made our day/weekend very easy

Amazing Venue and Staff

Lindsay and Samantha were amazing through the whole process! Their team of caterers, servers, bartenders, maintenance, and everyone else we encountered were thoughtful and helpful. Every issue we ran into, as every wedding does, they were knowledgeable, flexible, and eager to help! The food was fantastic and exactly as we wanted it! The space was great and the setup was perfect! We are so happy we hired the Radisson to be our venue!

Amazing from start to finish

A big part of the reason we chose to have our ceremony and reception at the Radisson in Kalamazoo was how much they offered all in one place. We had a smaller wedding (about 70 people when all was said and done) so we used the Arcadia ballroom, split into two sides where we were able to have the ceremony on one side and our reception on the other. Lindsay and Sam from the Wedding Studio at the Radisson were so attentive and thorough when answering questions, in person and over email. I honestly felt so pampered and in very safe hands with them, my family and I had total confidence in them because we could tell they knew what they were doing. We delivered our ceremony and reception decorations to them and they set it all up perfectly for us, Lindsay was a master at keeping our rehearsal and day-of on track and the whole event went off without a hitch. And if there were any issues day of, I still don't know about it because the Radisson had it taken care of. It was a pretty penny (as all wedding things are) but I would say it was more than worth it for all the assistance with planning and execution that Lindsay and Sam did. I cannot speak their praises enough! They truly helped make our wedding day like a fairytale!

Would't have wanted our wedding anywhere else!

Lindsay and Sam were AMAZING! I could not have asked for a better duo to help plan our wedding. With the challenges of COVID-19, they did absolutely everything in their power to give us a dream wedding. They were extremely thorough with details and communicated very well with us throughout the whole process. No review would do justice as to how much we appreciated all that they did for our special day. We are extremely grateful and wouldn’t have wanted our ceremony and reception any where else. Also, the Grand Loft is amazing!!!

Jones wedding

My husband and I just recently were married at the Radission Plaza hotel. Our ceremony was in Glens and reception in the Arcadia Ballroom. We also enjoyed our weekend in the Grand Loft; all of which was PHENOMENAL!!! I enjoyed/loved every bit of the experience. The wedding studio Ladies Lindsay and Samantha were absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a venue The Radission Plaza hotel is definitely the place!!!

The Wedding Studio at The Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo, MI is nothing short of incredible! Lindsay and Sam are amazing people who genuinely care about you and making your big day run as smoothly as possible. They were helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us to make decisions based on their years of experience working in the business. We were so grateful to have selected The Radisson and The Wedding Studio’s team as our wedding ceremony and reception venue. Our day was absolutely perfect, and exceeded my expectations in every way. My wife and I chose the Radisson for our ceremony and reception venue because it’s an all in one service! Lindsay Davies, the wedding coordinator and planner for the Radisson at the Wedding Studio is AMAZING!!! She was prompt, detailed, kind and truly wanted to get to know my wife and I the entire time we worked with her. I cannot day enough about Lindsay and the way she helped make our day so special! If anyone is looking for a venue in Kalamazoo or a destination wedding in Michigan, I 150% recommend this place. It’s beautiful, convenient to all local entertainment, the food is amazing, and again Lindsay is AWESOME!!!! The entire day was so beautiful that I have nothing more to say other than THANK YOU!

We had our ceremony and reception at The Radisson and couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Lindsay is absolutely incredible at her job. I didn't worry about a thing the day of thanks to her & her amazing team! Everything was just top notch from the ballroom, food, accommodations and service. If we had to do it again we would choose The Radisson every time!

I couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous and perfect wedding. Everyone told me to expect something to go wrong because no wedding is perfect, but honestly ours couldn't have been more perfect! Lindsay Davies at the Radisson Wedding Studio was phenomenal! She honestly took so much stress out of the day and everything flowed so smoothly. Everyone at the hotel was amazing, kind and just made our day so much more enjoyable. It was so nice to have our room there, get ready in their spa and just get it all done in one place. The food was absolutely spectacular and everyone had a terrific time. If I had it to do again, I would for sure make the same choice! Your wedding day is stressful enough so save yourself the stress and let them help you! Thank you Lindsay and the Radisson for an absolutely perfect day!

We had our wedding on Labor Day weekend and even with multiple weddings, Lindsay was able to tackle everything and our wedding went perfectly! We cannot thank the Radisson enough for being so accommodating, for ensuring everything went off without a hitch, and for ensuring we had the most amazing evening ever. Lindsay answered every question I had and eased any worry that came up. Working with Lindsey from the Radisson to help plan our wedding was a dream! She is very professional and responsive. The Radisson was the perfect venue for us as many of our guests were from out of town, and we were able to have the ceremony and reception there. I have absolutely no complaints about this venue for our wedding reception. Lindsay and the entire Wedding Studio team were amazing! I was planning our wedding from Texas and could not have done it without such an accommodating and organized group. The dinners and dessert through the Radisson were delicious! They provided beautiful centerpieces for us and set up the decorations that we provided so we didn't have to worry about that at all. They made what is usually a chaotic time for most people completely stress-free for us. They really know what they are doing.

Lindsay, Lauren, Chef and the rest of the Radisson team are a dream to work with. They can accommodate anything that you ask while always having a smile on their face. Their service is second to none and we could not have had a better experience while planning our wedding. So many of our guests have told us that they have never had better food, or better service at a wedding! We had over 300 people there and every dish came out hot and amazing! The Radisson handled my wedding with great professionalism and attention to detail. I was told over & over by friends that I was the "least stressed out bride" they had ever seen. I attribute that to the many details that I didn't have to worry about, because the Radisson handled it all. My sister wants to get married there after seeing what a fabulous wedding the Radisson puts on!

My husband and I can not say more wonderful things about the Radisson. From the very beginning everything went smoothly. Between Lauren and Lindsey no small detail was missed and everything was kept organized. Lindsey allowed me to enjoy the entire day without having to worry about the details. Lindsay and Lauren at The Wedding Studio are absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and much more than event coordinators... They help set everything up, offer advice, oversee everything the whole night, etc. Lindsay even bustled my dress when my girls were having trouble with it! The rooms are so perfect for receptions with built in up-lighting style lights, adjustable sizes for rooms and interesting ceilings! It was a beautiful place to get married/hold a reception and I highly recommend it. The food was also amazing and all of my guests raved about it. The Radisson has restaurants to have rehearsal dinners, room blocks available, ceremony and reception spaces - you can easily have all events in one space which is perfect for out of town guests! If you are torn between similarly styled locations, I highly recommend choosing the Radisson purely due to the fact that you will have Lindsay and Lauren on your side! :)

Lindsay, Lauren and the whole team did an amazing job and made sure everything went smoothly. It was so nice to know we were in good hands and our reception was a blast. The Arcadia Ballroom is gorgeous and we received loads of compliments on the food. I highly recommend the Radisson as a wedding venue!

When looking at venues, we were surprised at some of the places we could afford ---- until they kept knocking the price up for the little extras. This was not an issue with the Radisson. So many things were included in the price. There were 4 weddings there that weekend, but we felt like we were the only ones. I am an organized person - and this was very well done. My daughter (bride) and I were both able to relax and enjoy the moment.

My husband and I had a great experience with the wedding studio. Lindsay and Lauren were so great, I can't say enough great things about them. The venue is not cheap by any means but you definitely get your moneys worth. We have not missed a dime of the money we spent. Lindsay does a great job of making everything fit within your budget and gives the best advice. We had no idea what we were doing half the time and she guided us along while still keeping it centered around us. They truly made us feel special not only on our wedding day but everyday leading up to our moment. If you don't take time to at least check out the Radisson as an option, you are missing out! (we used them for our rehearsal and reception. Also, most of our wedding party stayed both Friday and Saturday so keep that in mind when you look at how much we spent).

I cannot say thank you enough to Lindsay and Lauren! Our wedding was more than I could have ever imagined, they were there every step of the way- and they truly made our reception at the Radisson the best EVER. They are always there to answer any questions and promptly- you email they email right back you call they answer or call right back! They made me feel so at ease and less stressed throughout my experience of planning our reception with them. They do everything for you all you have to do is bring what you would like to be displayed (decor, favors, etc..) and they put it all together the way YOU want! They make everything about you and what you invision your wedding day to be. They seriously take the stress off your plate- I work retail full time as a store manager and my wedding was smack in the middle of my busy season and I was literally not stressed once! And the food was to die for!!! I cannot tell you how many compliments we got on the food and how the flow of our reception went! They are on top of it!!! I would give The Radisson, The Wedding Studio, Lindsay, and Lauren 5 stars over and over again! They are so accommodating, they are amazing woman to work with and so much fun! We had so many good laughs with them! They are great people who want the best for you on your wedding day! I can't say thank you enough to The Radisson and Lindsay and Lauren! There is not one thing I would change about my wedding day or the planning process along the way! You won't be let down! The Radisson takes care of you... Seriously! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The Radisson/Wedding Studio made all of our wedding dreams a reality. Lindsay and Lauren were such a joy to work with. Since we had a lot of out of town guests we decided to have our ceremony and reception in the same place. We used the Arcadia ballroom with around 150 people and it was perfect. The Radisson set up the room so it looked like a ceremony space. We then had cocktail hour outside the room. The Radisson flipped the room for us and turned it into our reception. They did such an amazing job making the ceremony and reception have a different feel while being the same space. The food is to die for! The chef even made sure my dad had his favorite dressing from our tasting and I made a special request for my meal and Lindsay made it happen! The hotel is a perfect location for everything. We did our rehearsal dinner at Burdick's (in the hotel) which was coordinated without a breeze with their staff. My bridal party got their hair and make up done at Blush Hair Salon (in the hotel) which was SO convenient and I highly recommend. We had a hotel block with the Radisson and Lindsay was able to answer any questions we had and update us on who has booked a room throughout the process!! We even got an upgraded room to the Grand Loft which was AMAZING! We had so much room to get ready the morning of! All in all, the Radisson staff and Wedding Studio Staff are excellent at their jobs. I thoroughly enjoyed planning my wedding. I came to Lindsay and Lauren with a lot of ideas and every time I emailed Lindsay asking if I could do this instead of this they would always make it happen! Both Lindsay and Lauren are a dream to work with. They are organized, energetic, and you can tell they really enjoy making every wedding what the Bride and Groom wants!! I had so many guests after our wedding compliment the venue/food/service/hotel room/overall good time they had all thanks to the Radisson! Highly recommend for any bride who is looking for a one stop shop! They can do it all!

The staff at the Radisson is simply wonderful! At the beginning of our reception venue search we thought they would be out of our price range, but they created a package for us that was exactly what we were looking for and fit perfectly in our budget. The girls take care of all the details for the reception, and offered tons of help and advice along the way. We saved a bunch of money by not needing to rent dishes, flatware, chairs, linens or glasses. Also, their large chandelier and sconces in the ballroom are available in any color combination you can imagine and are included in the room rental, which is a huge benefit, because uplighting is crazy expensive! They handled set up and tear down, which allowed us to focus on preparing for the ceremony, it was a big weight lifted off our shoulders. As for the food - incredible! Months later our guests are still talking about it. We had a few choices at our taste test meeting and found all of the options to be delicious and universally appealing. We got to stay in the Grand Loft for our wedding night and it was such a great experience. We were so bummed to leave the next morning! Our guests were also impressed with the accommodations, and loved the convenience of having rooms available.

We had a fabulous experience with the Radisson staff and facilities and recommend it to everyone!

Our experience with Lindsay and Lauren was fabulous. The pre-wedding planning sessions were really helpful. When we had questions and concerns, they were always addressed quickly. I always felt comfortable calling and asking questions. Everything went smoothly on our daughters wedding day, thanks to the great planning and personal attention we received. I have already recommended the Radisson and Lindsay to friends who need a wedding reception.

The food was also very good. Our guests had a great time!

We had our wedding reception at The Radisson in the Kalamazoo Room and are BEYOND pleased with the way everything turned out! Lindsay, Lauren (Kait) and the whole Wedding Studio team were phenomenal and really made our wedding day more than we ever could have imagined. They took care of every detail and made sure the place looked amazing! Everyone was great to work with leading up to and on our wedding day. They really put so much effort, hard work and thought into the whole process to ensure the bride and groom are completely satisfied! They were great at working with our hectic out-of-state schedules to fit all of the appointments in. The FOOD was excellent, we received SO many compliments on it along with the room, décor, environment, everything! I'm pretty sure our wedding could have not have been any more perfect! We truly thank Lindsay and her team from the bottom of our hearts for making the biggest day of our lives one we certainly won't forget! :-)

The Wedding Studio at the Radisson was by far the best decision I made for our wedding. My fiance and I were living out of the country in the British Virgin Islands and decided to have the wedding in Kalamazoo, my hometown. Due to the fact that we lived so far away we had to cram as much planning as possible in to our short time home to decide on the big details of venue, vendors and dress. After visiting a few other venues and feeling discouraged and overwhelmed by the people I met with, my Mom suggested to stop in the Radisson as they had just made some great renovations that I hadn’t seen yet.

As soon as we got there we were able to sit down with Lindsay Davies who basically took all my worries and just threw them out the window. Lindsay made me feel so at ease, no pressure was placed on any upcoming decisions and I walked out of there ready to book, no questions asked.

Since my fiance and I were not able to be in Kalamazoo for majority of the planning process, Lindsay was an amazing asset to have on our side. If I had any questions I would just send her an email and she would be there to ease my mind or let me know anything else I needed to do. Even after finding out our wedding day was the day of the Michigan State vs. Oregon game (GO GREEN!) she was able to set us up with a big screen TV in the ballroom so everyone could watch the game. The entire planning process was so unbelievably seamless I think to this day my husband is still waiting for me to freak out more about it.

The day of the wedding could not have gone any better. The service, food, drinks and ambiance were all exactly what we wanted for our big day. The Radisson itself is an absolutely beautiful location but with the service we received from the Wedding Studio they truly exceeded all expectations for our wedding day.

Thank you Lindsay and the rest of the team. We will be forever thankful for everything you did!

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding reception. The girls in the wedding studio did an AMAZING job! The food was fantastic and all of the staff worked so hard at perfecting every detail to make our day so special. They helped with planning and helped us so much on our wedding weekend. Our guests loved the reception and everything went off without a hitch! Special thanks to Lindsay who did more than we could have ever imagined. She was at our reception making sure everything was perfect and 2 hours later had her baby! What an amazing, amazing person. I truly can't even describe what an awesome job she did. I'll never forget how hardworking and helpful everyone at the Radisson was. Couldn't have imagined a better night.

It was important to us to have our ceremony and reception at the same location, so we selected the Radisson as the location for our New Year's Eve wedding ceremony and reception. With the help of the Wedding Studio, we were able to plan the event in less than two months. Lindsay, Lauren and the Wedding Studio Team listened to our thoughts on the event and made several great recommendations. The entire event went perfectly and best of all because of the quality of service at the Radisson, we never had a to worry about any of the details. I would strongly recommend to any one looking for a full service event location.

Hands down having our reception at the Radisson was the BEST wedding decision I made......other than the decision I made for Eric to be my groom!!! We had an amazing experience at the Radisson. Lindsay and Kait are incredible and I cannot say enough about them. From the moment I met them I was at ease. They are professional, prompt, thorough, and always go ABOVE and beyond. They made me feel like the most important bride in the world, every day of the week. They are AMAZING!

We held our daughter's wedding reception at the Kalamazoo Radisson Ballroom and it was the perfect site! Both Lindsay and Kate were professional, attentive and knowledgable regarding the details for the event. From the day we booked the event until the day after the reception, all of our communications with them were answered most timely and at every meeting we had 100% attention from them! We made a special request for butlered breakfast-type hors d'oeuvres which was carried off beautifully and were delicious! Any guests I spoke with were delighted with their dinners and the service of food and drink were handled so efficiently. Even the lighting was programmed to match our daughter's wedding colors!! Lindsay was present and available during the reception to ensure the evening ran smoothly and did handle any details that we had overlooked! Additionally, we did appreciate being able to use the complimentary valet parking anytime we needed to be at the site for meetings/preparations/pickup. A million thanks to Lindsay, Kate and and the Radisson staff for making the reception a wonderful evening for all!

Lindsay and Kait are incredible at their jobs! I wouldn't have dreamed of having my wedding reception anywhere else! From the food to the decor, everything was absolutely incredible. I enjoyed the planning process with Lindsay so much. Everyone involved at the Radisson was a joy to work with and Lindsay and Kait me sure everything came together perfectly! I was so happy that the Wedding Studio was able to make my day as special as they did. My ceremony and reception was in the same location, so the transition was smooth and fast. Anything that we wanted to change on our menu was done without any problems. I would reccomend them to anyone. My day was stress free because they took care of everything else. Thank you

Can't say enough good things about our experience at the Radisson. Lindsay and Kait were great to deal with and they had everything running smoothly on the day of the wedding. We received rave reviews from our guests about the hotel in general but especially on the Kalamazoo Room and the ambiance throughout the reception. Another bonus was we were able to earn 10 Carlson Club points per dollar spent on the Venue, Food, and Drinks so we will be able to redeem a few nights at a Radisson in the future.

I chose the Radisson for our reception because we had out of town guests and I wanted a hotel venue. But I soon discovered there was much more to the Radisson. The wedding staff was extremely responsive to every email and phone call for the entire planning process. The food (and food service) was amazing. Most importantly, the staff did everything for us on the actual wedding date: from setting up centerpieces, moving our gifts to our room and treating our guests as they treated us all along. They worked seemlessly with our other vendors so I did not have to worry about the details at all. Finally, our overnight guests (who received a preferred rate) couldn't get over the atmosphere and the service. I could not speak more highly of the Radisson and it's staff.

My husband and I would highly recommend the Radisson-Kalamazoo, MI. We chose the Radisson months before our wedding because our initial venue fell through. We initially didn't go with the Radisson because we wanted a vintage/loft look (that was it)- and that was the biggest mistake ever to not go with the Radisson from the beginning. When the Radisson first heard from our wedding coordinator, Lindsay and the staff took us under their wings and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was more than we could have expected. Lindsay was very professional, flexible, and had so much energy that she would make the planning stress free and fun all the way to the end (which at the end you are ready to be done - trust us). With the Radisson, they provided a group rate for our out of town guests, a hotel suite for us, handed out our welcome bags to our guests, and much more! Lindsay worked every detail. Lindsay and the staff at the Radisson executed our day/night beautifully. The food and drinks were amazing and we heard from every guest that it was the best wedding dinner they have ever had! I researched venues in the area and if you are looking for a wedding venue in the Kalamazoo area, I honestly wouldn't waste any time looking elsewhere. The Radisson exceeded our expectations and words cannot even begin to describe our appreciation. Thank you Lindsay and the staff for making our wedding unforgettable.

We had our Wedding Reception in the Arcadia Ballroom! We had been searching for a venue for a while, but stopped once we talked to Lindsay! We were talking to her in regards to our reception being at The Radisson Plaza Hotel. From the beginning, she was nothing but sweet! She is the most helpful, accommodating person ever! Every idea or vision we had for our BIG DAY was made possible THANKS TO LINDSAY! She even has great ideas of her own and tons of experience, making her even better! We can not say enough great things about her, she is amazing!! Everything within The Radisson Plaza Hotel is beautiful and all the Staff are exceptional! One of the best things for us was that once we got the whole thing planned just the way we wanted, we didn't have to do a thing besides show up and enjoy our day with family and friends! Lindsay and Kait set everything up and made sure our Wedding Reception was just the way we had envisioned! We can not Thank them enough for all of their help!!! Without them nothing would have been possible :) We really recommend having your next celebration at The Radisson and seeing for yourself just how AMAZING it all is! Our experience with everyone at The Radisson, especially Lindsay, made our Wedding Day an epic one and one we will definitely not forget!

Lindsay and Kait at the wedding studio we're AMAZING people to work with! I always heard back from them promptly when I had a question or an idea. They tended to my wedding like they didn't have a million other events going on and truly made me feel special! I never had to worry one bit about the setting up while I was getting ready, I knew in their hands, things would be perfect. And they were. If there was any problems throughout the day, I had no idea because the spaces for the ceremony and rehearsal were gorgeous and perfect and looked exactly the way I had it in my head when I explained it to them. They were so professional and extremely nice to work with, any bride out there would be lucky to work with them for their wedding. They make your special day a dream come true.

I had my reception at the Radisson and it was amazing! Everyone was so nice. My husband and I were on a budget but we still wanted the wedding of our dreams and the Wedding Studio made that happen for us with their great service. If you are on a budget and are interested in the Radisson for your reception but think the it's out of your price range, check it out! They have lots of options!!

I have stayed at the Radisson at Kalamazoo Center many times in the past and I am excited for many of my guests and I to stay there for my upcoming wedding in October! Being that our wedding is technically a destination wedding, as all our guests will be travelling from out of town by at least 4 hours, the staff at the Radisson have been extremely kind and generous while assisting with planning out our wedding block. Lauren is very helpful and responsive in the planning process and truly cares about helping brides/grooms to have a wonderful wedding experience.

The ballroom was beautiful, the food was great and Lindsey was great to work with. She was very patient with us during the planning of our wedding. The cost was a little high though.

Overall, I love staying at the Radisson and will definitely stay there again for personal travel! They're rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is gladly to help with any concern. However, it was a little difficult to manage when it comes to having a hotel block for an event. My biggest complaint is that we weren't able to check into our rooms until 4:00pm without reserving the room for the night before.
