Rachael is truly an angel! I first met her at a wedding open house, and my husband and I instantly loved her vibe. I had always wanted to do a boudoir shoot but hesitated because I didn’t feel like my body was “where I wanted it to be.” From the moment I connected with Rachael, I knew she was the one to make this dream a reality.

She made me feel so comfortable every step of the way—guiding me through poses, helping me figure out outfits, and cheering me on with the kindest, most supportive energy. I've been a part of many weddings as a bridesmaid and I have second-shot many weddings as well so I know how important picking the right photographer is since they are with you a large portion of the day. If I had to do my wedding all over again, Rachael would be one of the first vendors I would hire mainly for two reasons - 1) She was GOOD energy! She exuded a genuine interest in getting the right shots and making sure I was happy. We were battling a lot of wind and some last minute itinerary changes - and she rolled with it wonderfully. She had a big job to do but wasn't overly stressed or wound tight because of it. Instead she was easy-going but provided the right amount structure. She never over-posed us or made us be inauthentic. I really felt like I had my friends (her and her second shooter, Morgan) photographing me/us on the wedding day. She was able to have a sense of humor and fun while getting the job done and working efficiently. 2) The quality of the images and the types of images - *chef's kiss*. I am very picky when it comes to photography and I had a certain aesthetic and vibe in mind when I imagined our pictures - Rachael nailed it. She captured so many wonderful candids as well as just the overall vibe of the day. When I looked at our photos I got the overwhelming sense that she poured a lot of love and care into editing each picture. The color, contrast, saturation, exposure, grain, etc. seems to be so perfected in each picture.

I have a friend who has used Rachael for years and when I got engaged I immediately knew I wanted to use her. Everything from our engagement photos to our wedding photos were soooo beautiful. We originally booked Rachael pre Covid, for our 2020 wedding, she worked through our change of dates and she even helped with cheering me up though the troubles that Covid caused with the wedding planning process. The wedding day Rachael made sure I was taken care of even with having to photograph everything. She is the absolute best!

Working with Rachael was absolutely effortless and enjoyable. My husband and I were not excited to take photos because we're incredibly awkward and goofy. Rachael made it so natural and easy. Once it actually came to our wedding photos it was so comfortable and organized. She takes control of your wedding party when necessary (trust me, very necessary for mine), and had a plan the whole way through. She even helped me with my timeline for the wedding.

I was one of those people who didn't want to do the engagement photos, because I thought why it's a waste and I'd rather just take that away and have a cheaper price, but it was worth it and is needed. We developed a relationship and bond to where we were able to feel comfortable with her and her taking photos of us. I now believe without the engagement photos, the wedding day photos would have been awkward and unenjoyable. There is a reason this is apart of the package and you can't skip or take away for a cheaper price! Rachael is absolutely worth the money and I would and will recommend her to everyone. She's so sweet and so much fun. All of this, and the photos were ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and were EXACTLY what I wanted. I couldn't ask for anything more, she is incredible. Seriously, book her.

Rachael went above and beyond!

Rachael is everything I imagined for my wedding day photographer and so much more. Ours was one of the many weddings that fell apart due to the pandemic. We postponed once right as the pandemic and closures had begun (completely unsure of when life would really return to “normal”) and then again 5 months later. We decided at that point we just wanted to have a beautiful small & personal elopement at Yosemite National Park. Since the beginning Rachael was nothing but understanding and amazing. She talked us through all the pros & cons and gave us her honest opinions on each route we were considering. She went completely above and beyond to make our elopement a reality and graciously made hours of driving through the park seem like not such a big deal (after my husband accidentally missed a critical turn). We made it to our last destination just in time and Rachael worked quickly and deliberately, literally racing the sunset to get all the photos we were dying to capture. In addition to all the positive experiences we had with Rachael during these trying circumstances, she is such a fun and friendly person to be around. You might think or feel awkward posing for photos (like we did), but she truly knows what she’s doing! She will make you look like a complete professional and is so creative with the photos she wants to capture. We’re forever going to treasure the photos and memories she captured for us on our special day.

Our first date had to be canceled because of the pandemic so unfortunately, we had to cancel on Rachael as well. When we decided to elope and we came up with a new date, Rachael was available! Throughout every change when we were planning our elopement Rachael was available, reassuring, and willing to work with us.

The day of our elopement was so simple and easy-going, I was so relaxed and calm that I honestly didn't even feel like I was about to get married! Rachael made us a schedule (I didn't even think of that and it made the whole day run so smoothly) and her professionalism set the tone for the hours leading up to our elopement. She was always there but also never too much there, if you know what I mean. She is wonderful at directing for candids and she knows how to get a genuine smile out of even the most stern. She gets along with everyone and is pleasant to be around, having Rachael as your photographer feels just like having another friend at your wedding.

The photos are phenomenal, even better than I expected. The album is easy to view, easy to save to your phone/computer and there are even options to buy prints. She is truly an artist and I wouldn't even hesitate to hire her for any other photographer needs.

Rachael is amazing! I booked her for my wedding in February and it was the best decision I made! She is kind, takes the time to understand your vision and delivers! Her photos are amazing and anytime someone sees my wedding photos they are so impressed with the quality of them. I am super shy and don't know how to pose but she really does all the work by posing you, moving your dress a certain way, telling you where to put your hands, etc. My husband also really hates taking photos and only does it for me and he never complained that he was uncomfortable and didn't like the experience.He only had positive things to say about Rachael. During my wedding day Rachael was like a friend because she was so comforting.There was a moment where I was extremely nervous and Rachael calmed me down.
