About
Rabbi Robyn Frisch in Villanova, Pennsylvania, is an ordained rabbi who has officiated hundreds of weddings, and I still approach each one as something deeply personal. If I ever stopped feeling excited to meet each couple, hear their story, and craft a ceremony that truly fits them, I'd stop officiating weddings. Every couple is different, and your ceremony should be too. Couples often tell me, "I can't believe you haven't known us our whole lives." That's the greatest compliment I could receive. I take real time to get to know you (your story, your families, your values, your sense of humor, etc.), and I guide you through every part of the ceremony so nothing feels mysterious or intimidating. Together, we create a ceremony that honors Jewish tradition while reflecting who you are as a couple. My ceremonies are loving, meaningful, and warm; and when it fits your style, I weave in gentle humor. I officiate Jewish weddings (traditional and creative) and interfaith weddings with one Jewish partner for straight and LGBTQ+ couples. My basic fee includes at least three meetings to get to know you and plan your ceremony, with additional meetings available at no extra cost (including premarital pastoral counseling, if desired). We can meet in person or on Zoom; I like to meet at least once in person before the wedding. I also suggest a meeting with couples and parents. Meeting with parents is optional, but always meaningful, and it helps everyone feel more at ease. I offer a complimentary initial meeting because finding the right officiant matters. You deserve someone who feels like the right fit. I'd be honored if, after we meet, you decide that I'm the right officiant for you, and I'd get to be part of such a meaningful moment in your lives.
