We got married at the Manor House at Springton Manor Farm and there aren’t enough words to describe how absolutely incredible our experience was with Queen of Hearts. Caitlin and Becky are true rockstars and made the day a dream come true. We worked with Caitlin as our coordinator to plan our wedding and had Becky as our day- of for the wedding. They are true professionals and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests are still raving about the food and service and the venue and it’s all thanks to them!!

My husband and I had a wedding reception at Springton Manor with Queen of Hearts Catering in August 2024, and we had the BEST experience. The team is so amazing to work with, and they were able to cater to the bride having a gluten allergy. Ryleigh was a dream to work with, and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and helped us plan the perfect day. Our guests RAVED about the food, and we got a few texts saying that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

The Old Mill is truly a venue that wows. We got married on May 26th, 2024 with The Old Mill and Queen of Hearts Catering, and our guests still tell us, months later, how beautiful and unique the property was, how delicious and different the food options were, and what an incredible time they had. From the beautiful wooded ceremony site, to the spacious grounds for breathtaking photos, and the quaint reception space to dance the night away, there is no chance you will have a less than perfect wedding day. Working with the Queen of Hearts staff was a breeze, with quick communication, comprehensive planning materials, and friendly day-of staff members. Rebecca and Regina were phenomenal and made our day such a breeze. And the day goes by quickly, so take it all in!

We wanted to thank you, again, for EVERYTHING. It was such a great day and night and we've gotten so many compliments from our guests on all aspects of the evening; the beautiful setting, the decorations, the farm tables, staff, the cocktail hours, bar service, the FOOD!; you name it, it was all amazing. And we stayed on schedule and got everything on the list accomplished (all by 7:30 like we planned) and could enjoy the rest of the evening without worry!

Rebecca - Thanks so much, going back to last summer, for meeting and speaking with us, several times to help us see the vision and for completing our booking. We definitely came to the right person!

Ryleigh - Where do we begin?! You worked SO HARD for us since you took over our planning, many months ago. Replied to every email (timely), answered every question, offered great advice and made the experience a relaxed, enjoyable, fun and memorable one for us. Your job certainly cannot be easy, but you are EXCELLENT at it and make it look easy. We can't thank you enough for all the time and thought that went into making our cocktail hour and reception so great. We hope you enjoyed our partying and dancing family and friends, the band/DJ/MC and the day/evening, as well.

Also, thank you, both, for all the behind the scenes work that went into this, that we probably did not even notice or know about.

The food was phenomenal and all of our guests could not stop raving about it!! They were very accommodating to our custom style stations and even having cheesesteaks to hand out at the end of the night!! We would highly recommend working with them and Rebecca and Ryleigh were fantastic.

Queen of Hearts Catering is the preferred caterer at Springton Manor Farm and they have shown nothing but great service, friendly staff, prompt communication and also being very flexible during these tough times. We were blown away by all the options Queen of Hearts had to offer in comparison to other vendors we had seen. Scott and his staff are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his catering services at any wedding!

We had our wedding at the Washington at Historic Yellow Springs and going with Queen of Hearts was such a smart decision!! They were absolutely amazing throughout the whole planning process and simply PERFECT the day of. We had a thousand last Minute questions and they were always responsive, detailed, and helpful. I never knew how much caterers were responsible for, ( like everything)! We didn’t have a wedding planner, but Ashley acted as that role; setting the timeline, giving suggestions, all the decoration setup and breakdown. She got us ready for introductions and cake cutting and EVERYTHING. We are so grateful to have worked with someone so kind, organized, and prepared. We had people taking care of us during our whole day and didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would recommend Queen of Hearts to anyone and everyone, they were simply amazing. We are so grateful to have worked with this affordable company. Oh yeah and the food! It was delicious and they were so accommodating with everything from our vegan guests to guests with gluten, dairy, and peanut allergies, couldn’t have asked for a greater company!

The food was incredible! Our guest are still raving about how everything was cooked to perfection, especially the beef. The wait staff was amazing. We had a personal waiter take care of me, my husband and our parents. We were in great hands. I would highly recommend them!

The best decision we made when planning our wedding was working with Queen of Hearts! While we worked with a couple of different coordinators from the time we booked until our wedding day, they were all extremely responsive to our emails and on top of every detail. Megan and Christina worked with us on the day of our wedding at the Washington at Historic Yellow Springs and made our day come together perfectly. We did not have to worry about a thing the day-of and were able to 100% enjoy our day. The catering staff was excellent at making sure that my husband and I had drinks and were fed the entire evening from the moment we finished walking down the aisle. We especially appreciated Megan's calm demeanor as we did a sparkler exit with all of our guests on the terrace of a historic building to end the evening. Our guests are still raving about the food and how smoothly everything went.

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and the quality of food provided by Queen of Hearts! Amy was amazing from start to finish, as were all of their staff at my event. I continue to get compliments from my guests on how wonderful the evening was. Would highly recommend!
