The best day ever!!!

We got married at the Manor House at Springton Manor Farm and there aren’t enough words to describe how absolutely incredible our experience was with Queen of Hearts. Caitlin and Becky are true rockstars and made the day a dream come true. We worked with Caitlin as our coordinator to plan our wedding and had Becky as our day- of for the wedding. They are true professionals and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests are still raving about the food and service and the venue and it’s all thanks to them!!

My husband and I had a wedding reception at Springton Manor with Queen of Hearts Catering in August 2024, and we had the BEST experience. The team is so amazing to work with, and they were able to cater to the bride having a gluten allergy. Ryleigh was a dream to work with, and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and helped us plan the perfect day. Our guests RAVED about the food, and we got a few texts saying that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Our incredible May wedding!

The Old Mill is truly a venue that wows. We got married on May 26th, 2024 with The Old Mill and Queen of Hearts Catering, and our guests still tell us, months later, how beautiful and unique the property was, how delicious and different the food options were, and what an incredible time they had. From the beautiful wooded ceremony site, to the spacious grounds for breathtaking photos, and the quaint reception space to dance the night away, there is no chance you will have a less than perfect wedding day. Working with the Queen of Hearts staff was a breeze, with quick communication, comprehensive planning materials, and friendly day-of staff members. Rebecca and Regina were phenomenal and made our day such a breeze. And the day goes by quickly, so take it all in!

Highly recommend!

We wanted to thank you, again, for EVERYTHING. It was such a great day and night and we've gotten so many compliments from our guests on all aspects of the evening; the beautiful setting, the decorations, the farm tables, staff, the cocktail hours, bar service, the FOOD!; you name it, it was all amazing. And we stayed on schedule and got everything on the list accomplished (all by 7:30 like we planned) and could enjoy the rest of the evening without worry!

Rebecca - Thanks so much, going back to last summer, for meeting and speaking with us, several times to help us see the vision and for completing our booking. We definitely came to the right person!

Ryleigh - Where do we begin?! You worked SO HARD for us since you took over our planning, many months ago. Replied to every email (timely), answered every question, offered great advice and made the experience a relaxed, enjoyable, fun and memorable one for us. Your job certainly cannot be easy, but you are EXCELLENT at it and make it look easy. We can't thank you enough for all the time and thought that went into making our cocktail hour and reception so great. We hope you enjoyed our partying and dancing family and friends, the band/DJ/MC and the day/evening, as well.

Also, thank you, both, for all the behind the scenes work that went into this, that we probably did not even notice or know about.

We will highly recommend the Springton Manor Farm / Queen of Hearts package to anyone looking to get married in this area.

Amazing experience!

The food was phenomenal and all of our guests could not stop raving about it!! They were very accommodating to our custom style stations and even having cheesesteaks to hand out at the end of the night!! We would highly recommend working with them and Rebecca and Ryleigh were fantastic.

Top Quality and Service!

Queen of Hearts Catering is the preferred caterer at Springton Manor Farm and they have shown nothing but great service, friendly staff, prompt communication and also being very flexible during these tough times. We were blown away by all the options Queen of Hearts had to offer in comparison to other vendors we had seen. Scott and his staff are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his catering services at any wedding!

So grateful

We had our wedding at the Washington at Historic Yellow Springs and going with Queen of Hearts was such a smart decision!! They were absolutely amazing throughout the whole planning process and simply PERFECT the day of. We had a thousand last Minute questions and they were always responsive, detailed, and helpful. I never knew how much caterers were responsible for, ( like everything)! We didn’t have a wedding planner, but Ashley acted as that role; setting the timeline, giving suggestions, all the decoration setup and breakdown. She got us ready for introductions and cake cutting and EVERYTHING. We are so grateful to have worked with someone so kind, organized, and prepared. We had people taking care of us during our whole day and didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would recommend Queen of Hearts to anyone and everyone, they were simply amazing. We are so grateful to have worked with this affordable company. Oh yeah and the food! It was delicious and they were so accommodating with everything from our vegan guests to guests with gluten, dairy, and peanut allergies, couldn’t have asked for a greater company!

Incredible Food

The food was incredible! Our guest are still raving about how everything was cooked to perfection, especially the beef. The wait staff was amazing. We had a personal waiter take care of me, my husband and our parents. We were in great hands. I would highly recommend them!

Best Decision we Made!

The best decision we made when planning our wedding was working with Queen of Hearts! While we worked with a couple of different coordinators from the time we booked until our wedding day, they were all extremely responsive to our emails and on top of every detail. Megan and Christina worked with us on the day of our wedding at the Washington at Historic Yellow Springs and made our day come together perfectly. We did not have to worry about a thing the day-of and were able to 100% enjoy our day. The catering staff was excellent at making sure that my husband and I had drinks and were fed the entire evening from the moment we finished walking down the aisle. We especially appreciated Megan's calm demeanor as we did a sparkler exit with all of our guests on the terrace of a historic building to end the evening. Our guests are still raving about the food and how smoothly everything went.

Amy and Queen of Hearts is hands down the BEST OF THE BEST !! We are forever grateful and thrilled with the all around OUTSTANDING service we received from Amy and the entire QOH staff at our wedding on 11/04/17. Amy was always friendly and prompt with an answer and helpful during the planning process. The day of the wedding, she was a ROCKSTAR. Every corner I turned, her and her staff were there waiting on me hand and foot, making sure I had food and a drink at all times and that my guests were taken care of. I haven’t stopped receiving compliments about how amazing the food and service was. Amy, Thank you SOO much for putting on the wedding of my dreams !!!!!

I would highly recommend The Manor House at Springton Manor and Queen of Hearts Catering to anyone looking for an amazing venue and catering company. We got married on October 6th and it was PERFECT! We worked with Amy during our whole engagement and she was wonderful!! Amy answered my millions of emails right away, she was so organized, professional and just amazing at her job! She really made our wedding flawless! She is the BEST! We worked with Rachel the day of the wedding too and she was just fantastic as well. Everything was so beautiful the night of our wedding, the food was great and the catering staff rocked! Our friends and family still tell us how amazing our wedding was and how much fun they had! It really was the best night ever!!!!

Great experience working with Queen of Hearts - everything went flawlessly on the day of the event! Amy was our planner and she was great to plan with. She even kept an eye out for rain even though there was no forecast for it, and saved us from walking down the aisle in the middle of a downpour. The food was delicious, and the team was willing to work with us and accommodate our plan so that we could see all of our guests, and still have a meal.

We had our wedding at Springton Manor Farm in June. In addition to the wedding venue being absolutely beautiful, the food from Queen of Hearts catering was delicious. Our guests raved about the food (some people said it was the best they ever had) and the service was wonderful. Amy Spacht was our wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING! She knew the ins and outs of the venue and coordinated everything perfectly. She called each of my vendors to make sure everything was all set, set up all of the items we brought beautifully, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Before the wedding she responded to all emails quickly and was able to fulfill every request we made. She thought of everything and is truly amazing!

Queen of Hearts is absolutely AMAZING! We got married this past Saturday, and we worked directly with Amy. She was absolutely fabulous, and went above and beyond for us on our day! The food was incredible, even better than it was when we first had it at our tasting. Our guests were raving about the appetizers and the entrees the entire night. And Amy was fantastic! She basically ran the show, and had our wedding go so smoothly, and kept everybody satisfied. I could not have asked for a better day and Queen of Hearts catering was a huge part of it! I would recommend them to everybody!!

My wedding would not have been nearly as wonderful without Amy and the Queen of Hearts crew! The entire planning process was so easy and fun. I always got a response to the silliest of questions immediately and they went out of their way to make my ideas come to life! Then their actual food... most delicious food ever! I'm still hearing from our guests that their food was the best they've ever had! Major props to the fillet mingnon! They even made my father a special salad because he is so ridiculously picky. Those tiny touches and their genuine and sweet attitudes made all the difference. Even the staff stopped me during the night to compliment my dress and our reception!

I can't say enough about Queen of Hearts! I'm so sad my wedding is over and I don't have any more excuses to chat with Amy and sample hors d'oeuvres. If you are looking for amazing food and a wonderful experience... there's no other choice in my opinion.

I wish I could give Amy and her staff 10 stars! The wedding we hosted was at an historical fort (Fort Mifflin, near the Philadelphia airport). Talk about an unusual venue with some serious facility drawbacks for catering! But Amy and her staff managed to serve over 100 guests seamlessly! The food was fabulous, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly from our first meeting to the big day. Amy's help and attention to detail was so much more than we could have expected. She gave us many creative and helpful suggestions to make the event a success. We had so many compliments from our guests & my daughter's dream wedding became a reality in no small part to Amy and Queen of Hearts catering.

QOH Catering was the perfect choice to cater my wedding reception at the High Point in Malvern, PA. Working with them was effortless from the start. I did all of my planning with Amy Spacht who always responded to emails and phone calls on the same day. They created a custom buffet menu for us that included Carolina pulled pork, BBQ chicken, a tortellini pasta dish, corn salad, caramelized brussel sprouts, and a delicious salad. My husband and I were planning the wedding from afar and Amy managed to squeeze us in for a last minute tasting when we made a quick trip back to Pennsylvania. That was SO appreciated. The food was absolutely incredible and our guests have not stopped complimenting us on it. In the last few days leading up the the wedding we had a few changes to our guest list that included shifting some seating arrangements around and adding a child's meal. Amy didn't skip a beat in making it happen. On the actual day of the wedding we worked with Ariane Graham, Amy's assistant. She worked along side Amy every step of the way during the planning process and honestly if anything went wrong at the reception we were completely unaware of it because everything ran so smoothly thanks to Ariane. The entire catering staff was so polite and accommodating. QOH is worth every penny for a beautiful, stress free, and delicious wedding!

We recently had our dream-come-true wedding at Springton Manor Farm. The day was perfect from start to finish! Scott, Rachel, and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure the vision we had for our day became a reality. Rachel was especially amazing as she promptly answered all of my thousands of questions and, to be honest, helped keep me sane throughout the process. The venue was boasted by guests as the most beautiful venue they had ever been to...the views are absolutely breathtaking. I had my wedding in September and despite the heat, it was difficult to keep guests seated after the speeches because everyone wanted to be outside to take advantage of the picturesque sunset! Our guests also raved about the food, it was truly phenomenal. We had a rather large wedding 200 guests, but Springton Manor Farm provided an intimate setting with plenty of space for our guests to dance ALL night! My husband and I would highly recommend SMF to any couple looking for a venue and staff that genuinely want to make your wedding day the best day of your life!

My now husband and I could not be happier. Working with Queen of Hearts as the caterer for our wedding was a great experience. They were both professional and responsive to all our questions during the planning. It was a pleasure working with the event coordinators assigned to our wedding.

Both we and our guests were extremely happy with the food, level of service and coordination of everything on our wedding day. They ensured everything happened without us having to worry about it and ensured the bride/groom and wedding party were taken care of throughout the night. Looking back, we wouldn't change a thing!

Alicia and the staff at Queen of Hearts made our wedding perfect. We got married November 7, 2015 and the day went seamlessly thanks to Alicia's attention to detail and professionalism. Married on October 10, we could not be happier with the service provided by Queen of Hearts. Scott and his staff went out of their way to make sure that our day was perfect and unforgettable. The food served at the wedding was beautiful and even more importantly - delicious! We were able to customize our menu according to what we wanted most. Our guests had nothing but compliments for our food and all reported that the food was served piping hot. The bartenders and wait staff went beyond expectations in providing what felt like VIP service for everybody in attendance. Queen of Hearts truly made our day the happiest day of our lives.

Wait staff was very attentive and made sure that my wife and I were very comfortable and that our guests were served promptly and with kindness. Bartenders were personable, quick, and willing to go out of their way for us. We had a cigar bar, and the bartender (Vince) cut the cigars and lit cigars for our guests. We did not request this service - they did this on their own! We are still hearing about how awesome the cigar bar service was!

While we didn't get a chance to sample all of the food at our wedding (like most brides and grooms), we particularly enjoyed the beef Gorgonzola, Crabcakes, and Cheesesteak Cigars were our favorites. Guests also had complements on the chicken skewers.

On our menu, we had short rib, beef medallions, vegetable cannelloni, and stuffed chicken. No complaints! We both got the short rib and it was so tender, you could cut it with a spoon. Since we had a fall wedding, the menu was tailored to the season with sweet potato puree and asparagus. The sweet potato puree was one of our favorite things on the plate! We are still hearing about the food.

In terms of overall service to us as clients, Scott did everything in his power to make sure that we were happy. 5 Stars!

We chose Queen of Hearts Catering as our caterer out of the multiple caterers our venue offered. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our tasting was an amazing experience and they really cater to all that you want and need and any changes you want to make. My husband pointed out to me after dinner to look how many plates were completely finished which showed the guests loved the food! We had a specific way we wanted our filet cooked, and they executed it perfectly on the day of. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive and is there the day of to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. We would make the same choice over again if we had to! Thank you Queen of Hearts Staff!

Jenni and her team were AMAZING to work with! The food was delicious and just what we had asked for any changes I asked to be done were done. When we booked our wedding at the Phoenixville Foundry, we were given the choice of several caterers. We met with a few, and ultimately decided on Queen of Hearts for several reasons. One, was the level of detail and care that was presented to us upon our initial meetings, first with Ashley at the Foundry the day of our venue tour, and then with Jenni, who was with us during the entire wedding planning process and the day of the wedding. Second, was the willingness to work within our budget, and to accommodate any interests, wishes, and goals that we wished to achieve with our wedding.

Upon initially meeting with Jenni, we told her what we were looking for in regards to food, the feel of our wedding, and what we hoped to achieve. The menu they created and presented to us was amazing and so creative (I love pickles; they gave us a fried pickle passed hors d'oeuvre and we both love french onion soup which we were served at our sweetheart table especially for us!).

Throughout the entire planning process, Jenni was always immediately accessible by phone or email. We met several times in person to go over linens, day-of-details, decorative themes, and the planning process. Queen of Hearts is definitely not just a caterer-Jenni saved me so much time and stress by helping me along the crazy wedding planning train-always answering my questions, giving suggestions, and assisting any way she could.

On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect! Jenni and the staff of QOH set out all my accessories and decorations. I didn't have to worry about a thing! All night Jenni checked on my husband and I, making sure we had everything we needed and we were enjoying ourselves. We are so thankful we used QOH and Jenni for our wedding-I cannot reiterate enough how perfect everything was-from the day we signed our contract with them to the moment our wedding ended!!

My husband and I picked Queen of Hearts because of Jenni. When we met with her (after meeting with 5 other caterers), she instantly made us feel comfortable and confident that she could handle every detail of our wedding without drama/hassle. My husband and I are both low maintenance, low-key people and Jenni knew exactly how to accommodate our personalities, and additionally our dietary requests. I am gluten free, and although we didn't do gluten free for our guests, Jenni went above and beyond by providing gluten free options (i.e. crackers, etc) during cocktail hour and throughout the entire night specifically to me to ensure we were taken care of. Queen of Hearts food was fantastic, so much that our guests raved about it the next day.

Queen of Hearts service was above and beyond, everything ran on schedule the day of, and turned out exactly as planned. Jenni was always available to talk if needed and extremely responsive via email. We loved working with her and would recommend her, and Queen of Hearts, in a heart beat.

We couldn't be happier with Queen of Hearts Catering. We felt confident in Jenni from the moment we spoke with her. She has such a great attention to detail and really cares about her clients. She was there for us through the entire planning process and whenever I had a question or concern I was able to contact her and knew she would have the answer. She makes you feel like her only client. I never had to worry if something was going to get done on time because she was always on top of everything. She really takes the stress out of the planning process. I highly recommend Queen of Hearts. Jenni is a wonderful person to have by your side throughout the wedding planning process. Everything was all set when our wedding day arrived and it was everything we hoped for. The food was amazing and our guests are still telling us how much they loved the food. We used Queen of Hearts Signature Catering for our wedding on 10/17/14. We worked directly with Jenni from the very beginning of our planning process through to the big day, and we cannot say enough about all that she did. From finalizing the menu to the food tasting to helping us with the last-minute details, Jenni was so responsive and accommodating to our many questions. As a bride, I had a vision and it was important to me to have both the big picture and the many little details tied up and together as best as we could. Jenni understood our vision from the very beginning and guided us every step of the way keeping that vision in mind.

Our wedding reception was nothing short of perfect - To the point where I can honestly say that I walked into our venue and dining room and was literally brought to tears with how beautifully everything came together. Jenni pulled off every detail seamlessly. We are so very grateful to Jenni for all of her hard work in helping us plan our reception. It was everything we could have imagined and more!

We found Queen of Hearts after an extensive search for caterers and restaurants in the Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester Co. areas. When beginning the planning process, we fell in love with the idea of catering from a small, local restaurant. However, our venue was a total DIY place that required us to source all of our rentals, flowers, and food from outside. The idea of coordinating all of these moving parts seems fun at first- but TRUST ME, it's so much work and stress.

My first contact with QOH was with Ashley, who was extremely warm, supportive, and professional. She was able to walk me through all of the catering and rental options, all the while assuring us that everything would be perfect. One month before our wedding, the owner of QOH called us to let us know that Ashley was leaving the company but that we would be taken care of. And we were! Scott, the owner, made all the necessary arrangements and coordinated with Ashley so that nothing was missed.

I can't say enough good things about the food QOH provides! All of our guests raved about the mac n' cheese! Our guests had a 5 Star meal for an extremely reasonable price.

Consider QOH- they are great!

From the first time I talked with Jenni, I was completely set at ease. I just knew that our wedding would be wonderful. Our wedding on October 4th, was exactly that – beautiful! When I walked into the venue about 1 ½ hour before the ceremony, I was thrilled. Everything I had discussed with Jenni was exactly as I had asked. As a bride, it was great to realize I had nothing to worry about. I could go and get dressed and relax. Jenni took care of everything throughout the evening as well – making sure my husband and I ate, and even helping me with taking my veil off when I was ready!

The entire staff that day from Queen of Hearts was professional, attentive, and courteous. The food was truly delicious. We had many guests who mentioned being in a ‘food coma’. The pasta station in particular was so good; they couldn’t stop themselves from going back for seconds and thirds!

Queen of Hearts made our wedding day perfect – we give them double-thumbs up!

Queen of Hearts was the best decision we made! They were awesome from start to finish. We wanted to do an upscale BBQ menu, but didn't even know where to start. After asking us a few questions, Ashley gave us a few suggestions and we decided on their pulled pork and jerk chicken. Every single guest we talked to raved about how great the food was. Even after a month, they are still talking about it.

The food was awesome, and at a great price; however, what really made QOH stand out among the rest was Ashley. She made sure our entire wedding planning went smoothly, up until the very last minute. Our venue was a DIY place, so we had to get our own vendors. We had different vendors, coming from all different areas, which made me very uneasy. However, Ashley reassured me she will make sure everything went okay. She called each and every one of them to touch base with them and made sure they had the right address and times. One vendor even told us that that has never happened before and how nice it was to hear from the caterer beforehand.

Long story short, Queen of Hearts has great food and will work with any budget, while not sacrificing the quality! Ashley was there for us and was constantly checking in. She was often the one reminding me about what still needed to be done. Queen of Hearts isn't just an exceptional catering service, they are pretty much like having your own wedding planner.

Oh, and their tasting session is amazing! It was like going out to eat, but better. They have a private dining room for you, and give you way more food than you can even eat! They even let you doggie bag the food you don't eat.

After choosing our venue, we needed to pick from a few select caterers that had worked the venue before, and I am beyond happy that we chose Queen of Hearts. Not only was it one of the more affordable options, but working with Jenni was calm and easy. She helped us to organize our wedding planning and even when we felt like we weren't doing anything on time or didn't know what we were doing at all, she was there to say we were on the right track and guide us to what needed to be done. I am so thankful for that! Not only did Queen of Hearts provide the most amazing food I've ever eaten (seriously, my husband and I both would have died for how good that steak was), their presentation was impeccable, their servers and bartenders were pleasant and incredibly helpful (having someone assigned just to the wedding party to make sure we were able to eat and drink no matter what), and the tables, chairs, and set up were gorgeous.

Queen of Hearts guided us through the entire experience leading up to the wedding, and the wedding day itself. It was a huge relief to have someone tell us what, when, and where everything needed to happen. It all went off without a hitch!

Jenni from Queen of Hearts was great to work with. I had to plan from a distance and she made me feel that everything was under control and organized without having to worry. She was even there to remind me to just breath and not to sweat the small stuff. Our meetings were enjoyable, helpful and informative. Jenni and Donna from the High Point (our venue) worked very well together to make sure every detail was paid close attention to. Everyone raved about how great the food was and how beautiful everything looked. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was glad to have been greeted by a friendly face and the hors d'oeuvre tray, along with a cocktail of course, as we finished up our formal pictures on the property just before the event began! Honestly, the day went by so fast so a good chunk of this review came from the feedback I received from my guests. Everyone had such a great time and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. My only complaint is that it went by too quickly!! Thank you Jenni and the Queen of Hearts Staff for making our special day so very perfect.

I worked with Jenni at Queen of Hearts Catering for my wedding in May 2014. From start to finish, I had a fabulous experience. Jenni was extremely detail-oriented and made me feel extremely confident as my wedding day approached. I was organizing the event on a relatively short timeline and working with Jenni and QOH made it possible to pull everything together. A delicious menu was designed to fit my budget which was much appreciated. Jenni also ensured that the entire day ran smoothly, including the ceremony. I would absolutely recommend QOH to any couple planning a wedding!

We just got married May 3rd and the Phoenixville Foundry and we used Queen of Hearts. I can't even begin to say how much I loved working with them. From the first day I walked into their office they were amazing and I knew I would love them. They listened to exactly what I wanted, perfected every tiny detail flawlessly. They were like a wedding planner for me also, they answered every question I needed, I contacted them whenever and always got back to me so quickly. Ashley was a true gem and we will stay in touch as friends after my wedding! She was amazing. Every person I have spoken to said the food was amazing, no one complained about a single thing. They made my wedding day truly perfect, and I couldn't be happier we used them!! HIGHLY recommend them for ANYTHING. They will be who I use forever.

I used Queen of Hearts for my recent wedding and I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was with this vendor. The coordinator was essentially my wedding coordinator helping with recommendations and coordinations of all the other vendors, assisted me in every step of the planning, was there for not only entire wedding/reception but rehearsal as well. The food, service, bartending and decor was beyond wonderful and made my wedding planning and evening as low stress as possible. No regrets of any sort. I highly recommend Queen of Hearts to anyone seeking a full service catering. Oh, and ask for Ashley. She was a total delight to work with and about as competent as they come.

When we first met with Jenni Kaper, she connected with us and understood what we were looking for. Jenni and her team had great working relationships with all of our vendors, which made us extremely confident in the team we had in place. This put at ease for the wedding day and excited to see the professionals doing what they do best!

The wedding day was even better than we could have ever expected! The decor was exactly how we pictured it and it came together so well. Jenni and her team did a great job and had amazing ideas. Our guests were very impressed and loved the food. We highly recommend Queen of Hearts!!

Queen of Hearts was fantastic from the beginning! Our wedding had comfort food and a Latin flare station for my husband. We got so many compliments on the food! During the whole process they were always available if I had questions, and they helped guide me through every step, pre-wedding and wedding day. Even though they had never made the traditional Birria (Mexican type beef), they made it perfect. The family loved it! If I ever need anything catered, I will be calling them again! Queen of Hearts did such an amazing job for our wedding! We initially met with three different caterers with a budget in mind--2 said they could keep us within budget, but when we got our proposals back, Queen of Hearts was the only one that actually did what they said they would. They worked with our budget from the very beginning and kept us there the whole time.

Jenni was so sweet and great to work with. She made everything so easy and stress-free! We added some of our own food choices to the menu and QoH was very willing to accommodate and they did an awesome job. All the food was great!

The venue looked great and the day of the wedding ran so smoothly. My husband and I had our own waitress follow us around with our drinks and appetizers while we took pictures during cocktail hour, and Jenni made sure we had drinks in hand all night long. We absolutely cannot say enough great things about Queen of Hearts. We will use them again soon!

I really enjoyed working with Queen of Hearts and Jenni throughout the entire planning process of my wedding. Jenni was so easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable, not only about catering, but about ALL aspects of a wedding. Choosing QOH for my wedding was the best decision I made. Jenni is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. She makes you feel as if you are her only client and that you are her priority. She helped with so many other aspects of planning and coordinating with other vendors, and she really wants to relieve your stress. She becomes a friend and a go-to with any questions or concerns. She was only ever a phone call away to reassure me or help me out with something- I am forever grateful!

The food and service at QOH were amazing. We gave them a price point we were looking to hit per person and they made us a menu based off it, which is something we did not find with any other caterer. They were open to any special requests or suggestions and want to make your experience special. My husband loves wings so we had a wing station at our cocktail hour! The food is delicious and for the price, we got so much more then we would have anywhere else. Our guests are still talking about the food!

I would choose QOH again and again. Jenni will be the first person I call when planning any event in the future. She gave us the wedding of our dreams!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Queen of Hearts catering for our wedding at the Phoenixville Foundry on May 10th! From day 1, Jenni was extremely accommodating and professional. She made so many great recommendations, asked us questions we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, and acted as much like a coordinator as she did a caterer. All of this with a big smile, a positive attitude and a quickness to respond to every question and phone call. On the big day, she directed everyone, made sure that all went to plan and started on time, and above all, checked in with us and our family to make sure we were having nothing but the best day of our lives.

We were on a tight budget for the food, and she helped us create a "comfort food" menu that was absolutely delicious while sticking within our price point. Our family, who attended the tasting, was blown away with both the presentation and quality of the food. We still receive compliments on the dinner even weeks after the event (the mac and cheese, as well as the smashed potatoes, were to die for)!

We will absolutely be using Queen of Hearts for any future catering needs. Jenni and QOH are a must for your next event - you won't be disappointed!

Wish there was an option to give Jenni Kaper and QOH a 10++! From day one, when we first made the call to QOH, Jenni was so sweet and extremely responsive (which is HUGE when planning a wedding). Throughout the 10 months of planning, she was always there for us to answer our questions and every crazy idea we had, she got on board and made it even more amazing. Example: we saw the idea to have tomato soup shooters with mini grilled cheese for our cocktail hour. She made it happen, and everyone raved over them! All that to say, Rich and I trusted Jenni with all our wedding dreams and she helped to make the whole night incredible!

And of course, the FOOD!!! I have to say, I have some food snobs in my family, and now, my Aunt Susie is begging me to get the QOH tilapia recipe! We served our meal family style, which my husband and I wanted so people could have a variety of food. When we visited each table, every single person RAVED over how delicious everything was. We also had some guests that were picky eaters/vegetarians/had severe allergies and Jenni was so accommodating to all of them. We checked in with those guests specifically and one veggie guest said it was the most delectable veggie option she's ever had at a wedding! (Roasted Veggie stack with fresh mozzarella and balsamic...mmmm!)

All in all, Rich and I would whole-heartedly recommend Jenni and Queen of Hearts to anyone who wants amazing food, IMPECCABLE service and response time, and ultimately a caterer who you can trust with all your needs. We are so pleased and can't THANK YOU enough!

Jenni with Queen of Hearts Catering helped my husband and I plan our October 2012 wedding. We had our wedding at a facility that required us to rent all of the equipment, linens, etc. Jenni was almost like our wedding planner in that she took care of EVERYTHING for us. She had timelines and always communicated with us when things needed to be done, which I appreciated so much.

She was always very quick in writing back to my emails or calling me back, and this was the big reason why we immediately decided they were the catering company we wanted to use.

The service was amazing during the planning process, and just as great during the actual wedding. On the wedding day, the food was delicious and the wait staff was very professional. Jenni and her staff decorated the buffet stations to match the rustic theme of the wedding, and paid attention to so many details.

I cannot say enough great things about this catering company!

Choosing a caterer is a very difficult decision however Queen of Hearts was the best decision we made. The staff and Jenni specifically completely made our wedding a dream come true. Not only did she make our wedding unbelievable she made everything very very easy.
Jenni was always readily available and always quick to response whether it was by phone or email. Her and her staff were fantastic to the point that they personally ran out get my husband a specific liquor even when it was not on our drink menu. The food was as delicious as we expected it to be and the presentation was flawless.
Not only is Jenni an event planner but she becomes such a good friend and gives advice and opinions throughout the wedding process. Jenni and Queen of Hearts Catering come highly recommended if you want the wedding of a lifetime.

I was very nervous when I started the wedding planning process until I met Jenni at Queen of Hearts. Queen of Hearts have been so great to work with. Jenni was very knowledgable and patient through out the whole process. She helped me through everything.. even if it was not caterer related. Her and the Queen of Hearts team brought all my visions to life and the day could not have been more perfect. Jenni from Queen of Hearts Catering was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment my daughter meet Jen, to the day of the wedding, she was always available to answer our questions and offer suggestions. As mother of the bride, to only one daughter, I was very involved in the Wedding planning :). Until, unfortunately two weeks before my daughter's wedding day, my father passed away.
Two weeks before a wedding is a crucial time for finalizing wedding plans. I was heartbroken and couldn't function. That's when Jenni took over. I truly don't know what I would have done without here. It was like I hired a professional Wedding Planner. She contacted my daughter and created a timeline for her. She provided a detailed list of the outstanding things to do. The wedding was beautiful. The linens, china, food, and floor plans..everything was flawless. We received so many compliments about the food, and service was outstanding. The staff was very professional and courteous.
I would highly recommend Queen of Hearts Catering. Outstanding!

Queen of Hearts catering did everything possible to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! Jenni was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped to make the planning process very easy and stress free. She mad herself available at all times, even at 10:00 at night the night before the wedding! Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was awesome as well! The guests are still commenting on how the taste of the food did not taste like "typical wedding food." The servers made it a point to make sure my husband and I had everything we wanted or needed. They even went as far as making him a special pitcher of unsweetened iced tea! The decor I chose was modern and unique and I started stressing and worrying about how it would all come together. However, when I walked into the reception hall my breath was taken away because of how beautiful everything had come together. Jenni did an excellent job with everything and I would recommend using her and Queen of Hearts to every bride I know! I am actually a little sad the wedding is over because I will miss working with her!!

Jenni from queen of hearts was very flexible with everything we needed for our wedding. Our wedding fell on the day of an unexpected snowstorm with lost power at out reception. The staff stayed very professional and catered to everyone. The food and service was great.

The long-standing reputation of the owner led me to ask Queen of Hearts to put a package together for my only daughter's wedding. Having lived and worked outside of the USA for the past 10 years, I was concerned that it might be difficult to have everything come together in the same way as if we were still local in PA. Our worries vanished almost immediately when we began to deal with our event coordinator at Q of H. Her experience, communication, and flexibility made for easy organization and planning of every detail of our event. To our joy and surprise, Queen of Hearts took painstaking care of every little detail during the entire afternoon/evening, lifting our burdens and allowing us to simply enjoy our family event. I can't say enough about the efficiency and thorough planning, as well as flawless execution of every detail...even the details that were not part of their responsibility. Our guests were impressed with the venue, and commented on the entire service, especially the food and beverage service provided by Queen of Hearts. I cannot think of one thing I would improve upon. It truly felt like one of our own family was steering the ship as we all relaxed and enjoyed the cruise!! They carefully planned the work, and then smoothly worked the plan.

My now husband and I chose Queen of Hearts Catering for our wedding since it came so highly recommended by our florist and was on the �approved vendor� list at our venue � perfect. A simple decision that worked out simply beautiful. Working primary with Nicole and Doris the two ladies put together a seamless planning time (of five months!) confidently making suggestions that put us in our comfort zone. As long as the weather was with us, the night would be great. A wedding is a success if the food is good, the service is friendly and the groom shows. Well Queen of Hearts was able to provide one and two fabulously (and the groom did show).
Everything was done in a smooth and timely fashion. The tables were arranged before the ceremony started, the �priority� tables were served first as requested, our glasses were pleasantly being refilled throughout the evening and the food both looked and tasted marvelous. Queen of Hearts was not the most expensive caterer that we spoke to, but had we known the perfection of the service provided we would not have thought twice to pay more. Two months later and my parents are still receiving thank you notes from guest marveling at the evening, thanking them for being invited.

The entire staff at Queen of Hearts was professional, courteous and accommodating when it came to making our day special but Amy especially went above and beyond to make sure that our day was special and I really cannot express how valuable of a resource she was during our wedding planning process, I truly feel that being able to work with Amy, who is so sweet and helpful, elevated Queen of Hearts beyond being "just" a caterer as she made sure that everything from the linens, to our personal items being displayed and the configuration of chairs for the ceremony was exactly to our vision. On top of that, the food was phenomenal and presented beautifully and somehow was just as good on the wedding day feeding 170 people as it was the day of the tasting feeding only 4, which really is a testament to how great the chefs and the entire staff is. We are very appreciative to Amy and everyone at QOH.

Queen of Hearts did a fantastic job for our wedding reception at Springton Manor Farm. We were absolutely impressed with every detail of their service- from the table settings to the attention to detail of their servers. The bar was spectacular, and the aesthetic they created for us matched what we had requested exactly.

Mary Elizabeth did a fantastic job of helping design and prepare for our reception. My new wife has many food allergies (dairy, gluten, soy, etc.) but Mary Elizabeth was attentive to them and worked with the chefs to ensure that everything my bride ate on our reception day was good for her.

The food was delicious!

We highly recommend their catering service to other couples.

The quality of food was amazing! Our wedding plannner Amy did an amazing job at making sure the time line went as planned! Towards the end, there were a lot of unplanned add in fees but you still will not retreat having them as part of your day.

The staff at Queen of Hearts are perfectionist. They will take care of every detail of your event so you can relax, have fun and just enjoy your day. Our daughter's wedding was "perfect" because of the services of Queen of Heart. They are professional but still fun and personal.

Please make sure the contract is discussed, as in what you get EXACTLY, and what you are allowed to bring, etc. Also, make a list of the items you bring and the condition they are in. The heaters are NOT included, and very expensive, so calculate that in for Fall or early Spring weddings. Late October is a beautiful time at the Farm!

Queen of Hearts really did a wonderful job catering my wedding. Megan was a pleasure to work with and she helped us put together a menu within our budget that was creative, interesting and affordable (and most importantly, delicious!). Jenni and the crew at Queen of Hearts catering were amazing! A year before our wedding, I was searching for caterers and Jenni was the first one who didn't just send me a list of prices. She actually took the time to talk to me on the phone. She asked what me and my (then fiance) liked to eat and about our backgrounds. She also asked what our price range was, understanding that while we wanted an elegant affair, my husband and I paid for most of the wedding ourselves and were price conscious. Within a day or two after we spoke, Jenni sent a menu that was more than anything we could have imagined. She created a menu that blended the worlds my husband and I come from--New England (clam chowder and lobster rolls), Philly (cheesteak egg rolls), and Nigeria (plantains, jerk chicken, and Nigerian style rice). She also threw in a taco bar at happy hour, satisfying my husband's affinity for tacos :).

Throughout the year, Jenni and I were in touch. She kept me on top of the details of our wedding day and also kept me at ease. Whereas other brides will chastise you or not doing things months and months in advance, Jenni always assured me that I was doing things in a timely manner and that everything would come together. And it did.

The table settings were beautiful and the food was exquisite. Food is most likely the biggest expensive when planning a wedding and you want it to be great. My guests were left full, satisfied, and impressed. In fact, they're still talking about our wedding! Queen of Hearts' servers and bartenders were courteous to our guests and made sure my husband and I had whatever we wanted throughout the evening. If you're getting married and want the food to reflect you and your husband's tastes, backgrounds, and personalities, then you must book Queen of Hearts catering.

Queen of Hearts catering helped to make our wedding a success! From the beginning Jenni was very friendly and organized. She always responded quickly to any emails we sent. They were the only catering company that had cake samples from the bakery with whom they conduct business. We asked a lot of the QoH team. We had a Hindu and Christian ceremony in one day and they facilitated the switching of the venue for both ceremonies, a snack break, cocktail hour and the reception. Most of the planning was all conceptual and we did not see the final product until the day of the wedding but it was better than we could have imagined. Some of the elements we used were pipe and draping, a mundap for the Hindu ceremony, and flipping of the one room for two ceremonies followed by the reception. We would definitely recommend Queen of Hearts catering.

Amy was fabulous and I couldn't possibly thank her enough for all her hard work, dedication and efforts to make our wedding day perfect. At times I was flustered, nervous or indecisive however, Amy always made me feel special, she went above and beyond and answered everyone of my requests immediately. She truly is one of a kind. The quality, responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility is second to none. The only negative I will say is that we wish more things were included instead of everything à la carte, such filet of beef and certain linens. It was a pleasure to work with the staff and they are very knowledge and offer plenty of suggestions. I would recommend Queen of Hearts Catering to others.

Thank you to the Phoenixville Foundry team, Christina, & Queen of Hearts team for helping us make amazing memories!

As soon as my husband and I arrived at the Phoenixville Foundry we knew this was the perfect place to say “I do”. The Foundry’s charm and chandeliers won me over and it could fit our group of 196 guests perfectly.

When we selected the Foundry, we selected to work with the Queen of Hearts catering group. We had a changeover in the Queen of Hearts staff that we were working with and are so happy we got a chance to work with Christina.

We want to thank Christina for all her extensive work on the day of our wedding. She made sure our entire wedding agenda was followed to a tee.

I felt relaxed and we could really enjoy each special moment of our day because Christina helped keep my husband and I on track with our preplanned wedding events the entire night.

Christina is a bridal advocate and she does everything she can to make sure all your wedding dreams come true.
We also would like to share how much our guests loved the Queen of Hearts food! Since the wedding we’ve had many guests say this was meal they’ve ever eaten at a wedding! The filet was the favorite.

Our Wonderful Wedding Experience

We used Queen of Hearts Catering for our wedding at Springton Manor Farm in June, 2019. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the service and food from the Queen of Hearts Caterer. We had a wonderful experience with QOH for our labor day wedding. Jenni was very easy to work with and was helpful in many areas of the wedding planning beyond the catering. I can not say enough nice things about her. She really made the process easier and she was very eager to please.They were flexible with the menu and tried hard to fit our budget, needs and tastes.The decor they used on the buffet tables was gorgeous and fit our ideas perfectly. The food was good, but not exactly what we were expecting. There will always be some difference between a tasting for 4 people and a party for 175, but we were still surprised. We had ordered short ribs, which were AMAZING at the tasting. I am not sure what cut of meat was served at the event, but it was not the same short ribs we had sampled. Also, the sauce for the salmon , which we especially like at the tasting, was broken when we went to the buffet line. The bar staff that they brought was also not the most friendly. I don't think as the bride you should have to wait for a drink, but the one guy bartender did not agree, I guess. All in all, these were very minor problems and we had an amazing event. I would work with them again and have recommended them to several of my friends who are getting married next year.

At first I was a little put off by the way QOH conducted business. After I had booked with them, I was informed that prices had changed (gone up) from what I was initially told. Apparently, I was sent an outdated menu that did not reflect current prices. I was disheartened to learn this, after I was already locked in to working with them. Since it was a mistake on their behalf, I asked them to honor the prices I was initially quoted. I didn’t think it was fair for them to flip the switch on prices after I was already committed to working with them. They would not honor the original price, and I ended up paying hundreds more then I initially anticipated. That aside, I will say that their actual services are excellent. I worked directly with Amy, who was fantastic. She thought of everything! No detail went unplanned for. She was quick to respond to emails, and she made our wedding day run so smoothly. She made sure my husband and I were treated like royalty. The wait staff that day was so professional and polite. We couldn't have been happier with how our wedding turned out. If it wasn't for the issue with pricing and management, Amy and her team would have been 5 stars across the board.

The food was delicious, particularly the appetizers! Amy was a great day-of coordinator and made sure we got to soak up every moment of the special day while still keeping to a schedule! Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor venue!

Excellent food and service!

We originally had planned our wedding for October 2020, but had to postpone to October 2021. They worked with us to help pick a date and were flexible with everything going on with covid. We did go through a few planners that caused some worries, but Scott you was quick to assure us when we raised those concerns and made sure we were taken care of. Karen was the final planner we had and she was great to work with. She made sure everything happened as planned and was so attentive on the day of. We received compliments on the food from all of our guests!

An Amazing Caterer from Service to Food Quality

Our day was absolutely perfect-the food was excellent from the passed appetizers to the entrees to the cupcakes for desert (via Masters Baker), and the staff could not have been more attentive and professional on the night of our wedding. With COVID making an appearance 6 months in to our planning process, we did end up moving through 4 different event coordinators within QoH, but it all came together for a spectacular evening on the night of our wedding.

Overall, Queen of Hearts did a good job providing catering for our wedding. However, we did have a few issues during the planning stages.
The good:
- They were able to provide a great menu (Italian food in our case) that fit our budget. Everyone said they really enjoyed the food.
- The "one-on-one" (bride, groom, and mothers with the consultant) tasting was really helpful in selecting the menu.
- We were able to change the menu several times.
- They provided great service the day of the reception and everything ran really smoothly.
The bad:
- Our consultant/wedding planner changed twice and in each case we weren't notified until we tried to contact the old planner and were notified that they had left. Because of this a few details slipped through the gap, which in one case lead to significant irritation for us when there was a discrepancy on the schedule.
- They are not transparent on their pricing. This is pretty much par for the course when it comes to wedding caterers but I disagree with the practice none-the-less. What I mean by lack of transparency is that there is no way to get an itemized price list for services they are providing. This means that when you change the menu or number of guests there is no way to figure out why the price changed the way it did. For example, if you change from just beer and wine to beer, wine, and cocktails, then at the same time change from beef to chicken, you have no idea which item altered the price more. Also, keep in mind that the price/guest takes into account staffing, and just because you reduce the number of guests coming by 5, your total cost may not change like you expected, since the number of staff required is still the same.
- They were often slow on responding to our requests. For example, it often took weeks and a reminder to get updated menus with updated pricing.
- Their no shot policy means we couldn't have our scotch/bourbon neat. This is just stupid because I'm not shooting expensive whiskey.
