Although it's an old tradition to wait till you see your groom on your wedding day for the first time in your wedding dress, it's a very good idea to take bride & groom portraits ahead of time. You can do this the morning of the wedding or some time before the wedding date. This really relieves the stress of getting nice portrait and intimate shots of you and your groom all dressed up in your wedding outfits. You'll be so busy the day of that it's better to just go about your day and have the photographer capture candid shots and shots with your friends and family.
