Publix Events in Ballantyne exceeded all of our expectations. The events team was absolutely amazing to work with and paid attention to everything we said we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful cake and flowers! Barbara handled all of our floral needs and we are so happy that we had the opportunity to work with her. I will use them again for all of my future events!

I ordered my wedding cake, cupcakes and sheet cake. It was beautiful, tasty and did I mention delicious. I will use them again for my daughter's wedding in April 2019.

Pubilx did such an amazing job at our wedding! They were affordable, flexible, accommodating, and the best of all was the taste of the cakes!! Everyone ranted and raved about our cake flavors and it was such a treat! People were blown away with the carrot cake and chocolate cake with cream cheese icing. Publix was a great vendor and super great to work with! They delivered, decorated, and set up our cake according to our specifications. I'd recommend them for ANY Event, you won't be disappointed.

Who would have thought that a grocery store would have such awesome wedding cake!! We had tons of compliments on the design and the taste! They did a great taste test and consultation and were so easy to work with - not to mention the value of the price!!

Publix cake tasted great, looked fantastic and was within our budget. Publix was able to make suggestions to get exactly what we wanted at the price that didn't break the bank. We did an in store trial, ordered via email and paid over the phone since we didn't live in town. So many people said they really enjoyed the cake and didn't realize it was from Publix! Publix was also able to do a custom creation. We wanted a fairly simple cake and we sent them a photo and they recreated it for us. I would suggest vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream frosting and CANNOLI CREAM FILLING! It was a total hit. Try it at your tasting at least even if it doesn't sound appealing. It was a game changer.
The staff was very responsive and helped with sizing for the cake stand. We brought our own cake stand and topper. Publix also delivered the cake to the venue. Since they do so many cakes, we could order our cake just a month in advance without issue. If you are in a time crunch this is great. If not, just call ahead and reserve your delivery reservation if you have a tight window. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from Publix again.

We never thought that we would get a cake from Publix. However, when we had our initial consultation and they provided us with various samples of each flavor, we were more than excited about the options that we had. We purchased a three tier cake with strawberry filling (the bottom layer was strawberry, the middle was a yellow cake, and the top tier was red velvet). Our guest enjoyed the cake and told us how moist and delicious it was. We definitely made the right decision.

For the wedding cake we had vanilla with fresh strawberries in the middle, it was to die for. The cake is fluffy, moist, and the whipped icing makes it all come together.
The prices are undeniable!!
We had a 2 layer cake and 175 cupcakes plus delivery and only paid $350!

My son's wedding cake was gorgeous and delicious! Everyone complimented it. The bride and groom were very pleased. I was the person planning my son's wedding reception, and Publix helped me to pick the right flavors and gave me ideas. They staff was professional and kind. I would recommend their services.

We actually tried Publix cake at a bridal show and were so surprised by the quality. So many of our guests had great things to say about our cake and asked us where we got it. They were very friendly when we ordered and you can't beat that price! I would highly recommend them!
