Priority 1 should be your priority!

Priority 1 Barbecue was THE BEST! His food, promptness, communication was all spot on.

We had him to our family home for a wedding shower. His food was so tasty and he had various options for us to chose from. He was even able to offer it all to guests! BBQ, brisket, brisket or bbq nachos and all the sides! He supplied everything; food, drink, utensils, plates, napkins and even had a cute table with decor set up for the sauce

Mike was my prime contact and he was GREAT. His wife is just as lovely as he was! She brought treats for our pets who could smell the delicious food. So when I say everyone was so happy, I mean everyone!

His truck is also very impressive. Guests had nothing but great things to say about everything! The team even helped us move the table and chairs to a layout we liked better to accommodate the truck. They are team players willing to do whatever to make your event successful!

The only thing Mike doesn't do is dessert but he had a great contact that he has worked with in the past to connect you with.

Vendors (especially wedding vendors) should be extremely responsive . Mike was THE BEST at communication. He called me the week of BEFORE I could get to him to go over all of the details once again. One less thing to worry about!

My only regret about Priority 1 is that I didn't find them sooner to have at my own wedding event! Will definitely be inviting them to future events!
