Powerhouse catered my wedding and I can't recommend them enough! Heather and Laurel were great throughout the entire process. I received so many compliments on the food, table setting, waitstaff and bartenders from my guests. Powerhouse coordinated all of these and did a wonderful job. There were a few hiccups on dates/ time during the process but the powerhouse team quickly adapted and handled all issues in stride.

I believe I’ve been using powerhouse catering for a couple of years now. I always have the pleasure dealing with Rachel for my catering needs and everything is always our standard and on time. The food is outstanding. Incredibly delicious . I have clients come in to the Boston offices in the Seaport location and the clients always ask if we will be using powerhouse for are catering . When I say yes. Their faces light up !!! Plus I f there any leftovers. They always ask if I could wrapped up something thing to bring back with them. I highly recommend powerhouse cater for all your catering needs.

Powerhouse catered our wedding and we could not have been happier! Our guests loved the food, they helped us plan a menu to meet everyone’s dietary restrictions, Laurel was so helpful and positive during the planning process, the team on hand day of was super positive and responsive, the list goes on and on! We used Powerhouse Cafe and Catering for our wedding over the summer. Laurel and Heather were so kind and helpful through this whole process. We had a venue where we had to get all rentals, decor, and catering but Powerhouse Catering helped streamline the whole process. We felt like we had wedding planners working with us not just a catering company. They handled all our rentals as well. We could not be more grateful for the level of service and top notch food. If you want the best then hire Powerhouse.

I cannot recommend Powerhouse enough! We were in touch with Laurel throughout our wedding planning and she was incredibly helpful, quick, and personal with responses. We planned a destination wedding up in Salem from our home in NJ. We booked Powerhouse without doing a tasting just because I was so confident with their options and because of how wonderful Laurel was to work with. When we were able to make it up to MA to do a tasting we found that the food did not disappoint! Everyone raved about the plated dinner and the autumnal harvest menu they created. From cocktail hour to dessert, everything was prepared perfectly and had robust and delicious flavors.

One thing that I really appreciated about Powerhouse was their flexibility with menus. Most wedding caterers had a firm set menu and didn't offer customizations to dishes. When I asked Laurel if we could edit something, she said of course. They can even replicate family recipes and we had my husband's grandmother's recipe recreated for the soup course as a surprise. All of the staff on site for the wedding day were kind and professional.

Aside from the food, Laurel was incredibly helpful with the planning process. We had productive phone calls where we reviewed rentals needed and she double checked lists before we sent them to vendors. Her assistance was truly imperative and appreciated and definitely helped us keep organized during planning.

Wedding planning can be stressful, but if you use Powerhouse you can be confident all of your catering will go smoothly and you'll have a delicious and memorable meal!

Exceptional experience! Laurel was our day of coordinator and Powerhouse was our catering and bar staff for our wedding day. They were so helpful and were able to accommodate different dietary needs, and created an experience that was seamless on our big day! It was also great to have both catering and bar staff all from one place. They handled all of the rentals, provided floral decor for the serving areas, and set up my DIY decor too!

I attended a wedding where Powerhouse was the caterer. They did such an excellent job with food quality and creativity, presentation and having excellent staff and overall great execution of the event, I was very impressed. So many guests were complimenting the catering I decided to get their info to use for my work catering. At that time I had been working in Events for a College in Charlestown when I first decided to use Powerhouse. They did such a great job all of my colleagues LOVED them, so many other departments asked for their info to use for their smaller meetings etc. We used Powerhouse for small lunch meetings, large reception style events and intimate sit down dinners. They excel in all areas! They are truly a well rounded, experienced caterer. When I left that job and went to a new school, I immediately made Powerhouse a preferred caterer so that I can continue to use them for all my events. They are a dedicated team and worked with me directly on all my needs for each event, they did a fantastic job helping me stay within my budget all the while not skimping on any aspect of our event. They really are dedicated to providing fantastic customer service and planning and executing beautiful events. It is truly a no brainer to use them over and over again for any and all events I have. I have even started using them for my own personal catering needs. They truly do it all and care just as much about your events as you do. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

From start to finish, Powerhouse made all of our wedding dreams come true. Laurel was prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. She was the most amazing day of coordinator, too! With such a large wedding we we're worried about the timing of the meals/food getting cold but boy were we wrong!! Powerhouse provided a 4 course (pre ordered) plated dinner, 5 appetizer stations and full bar, all of which went above and beyond our expectations! The service is spectacular. They even provided the centerpieces for all of the food tables! My guests said it was the best wedding food they have every had. The bartenders made amazing drinks and people rarely had to wait. I am beyond happy with my experience, I wish I could get married again just for the dinner! If you are looking for a wedding caterer in the New England, this is it. You won’t regret it!!!!
