Mother of Bride

This DJ Team was awesome. They listened to our requests for music, worked with the bride and groom on their requests for music with a fantastic wedding evening. Everyone danced the night away. They were punctual, worked with the ministers needs and professional. Overall, we highly recommend!!

Hire them!!

The absolute best! They carried the whole reception! We got so many compliments on them afterwards! We Gave them an idea of what we wanted and they understood exactly what we meant. They MCd the reception, kept the event organized, and played something for everyone. After our phone consultation I knew they were perfect and it eased a ton of anxiety. 0 regrets.

Great Experience

Amazing! the Dance Floor was bumping!

My husband and I absolutely loved having Power Sounds Dj our wedding - our story goes way back to Feb 2020 beginning to plan our wedding with Nicolette from Chic Concepts (amazing planner)... shortly after we met with and booked David Matt, and Evelyn (also the fact they are a family business) we ended up needing to postpone our wedding from May 2021 to May 2022 - The team was very helpful when it came to the decision and process, amazing customer service overall. We are so happy we picked Power Sounds as our Dj, they really nailed our playlist, everything!! It was a pumping party! Thank you so much,!

We had the time of our life!

It was so great working with Power Sounds! Everyone at our reception enjoyed the music and they did an amazing job feeding off the crowd! We have also enjoyed them being at friends weddings as well! They’re the best DJ in SA!!!

Power sounds brought the beats and positive vibes!

From the start when we first met with Matt, David, and Evelyn they were so professional! Our final meeting prior to our big day was one big relief. They assured us that everything was going to be perfect, and gave us wonderful advice to make our day that much better. Our wedding day was a big success thanks to Matt. From ceremony to cocktail hour to our reception it was just perfect. Our guest absolutely loved how Matt played music for everyone. The way he transitioned every song was just smooth! We wanted our wedding to be very nightclub vibes and he aced it! We are so thankful for Power Sounds!

Amazing and exceptional

Power sounds were great to work with and handled on the spot changes like the professionals they are! They made our wedding day extra special for us. Everybody said they are great and kept the partying going at our reception. I can’t say enough about them. I would use power sounds for other events!! My wedding venue even told my husband and I they would use power sounds for other events at their hotel & spa. Power sounds went above and beyond for us. The whole wedding day was amazing thanks to power sounds!!! Thank you power sounds!!

Even my father in law who never dances (or smiles) DANCED AND SMILED!!

I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with Matt and his team. They are family owned and operated which means so much to me and not only that, they SLAY!! I cannot tell you how many times I have heard since the wedding what a fun time it was and if the blisters on my feet tell you anything, its that I danced the night (and my skin) away because he played every hit and MORE! He accommodated my ceremony song choices and nailed it. Last minute changes were no sweat! I mean I could go on and on about how awesome they were!!! I could never thank them enough. BOOK THEM NOW OR REGRET IT ALWAYS!!!!!!!

Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a DJ for your wedding, look no further! As well as many others, we had quite a few changes in plans due to Covid. Power Sounds was flexible with us for both our venue and dates changes. They were extremely responsive and professional and helped us through the entire process. The dinner music as well was reception music was perfect for our styles. My husband and I have very different tastes in music and they managed to play songs for both of us to ensure we were dancing and having fun the entire night! Thank you to Matt, David and the entire power sounds team for making our night so special!

Let’s get the party started!

Power Sounds is the absolute BEST! They did an amazing job getting the party started at our wedding. Our guests were dancing all night! We received tons of compliments about Power Sounds! Everyone had an amazing time. They know exactly how to read the room and play music that will keep people on the dance floor. They were also so accommodating when we have to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic. They are so authentic and professional, you don’t have to look any further! Book right now! :)
