Kathleen knocked it out of the park with my bouquets and centerpieces! Absolutely breathtaking bridal and bridesmaids bouquets and my centerpieces were wreaths which were friggin amazing! Worked closely with me throughout the process and offered her professional opinion to steer me in the right direction. Recommend Posh Floral to everyone and anyone for their floral needs!!

PLEASE, brides, take the time to read this before further inquiring. For as joyous as wedding planning should be, POSH made mine a nightmare. She could not be further from a “professional”. The way that she spoke to me, shared her harsh and unwarranted opinions on my design ideas, and neglected to allow me to be a part of the process was astounding. She charged me a hefty fee to simply meet face to face to discuss my ideas; she only gave me 1 day and 1 time that she was available to do this. She made several countless errors while drawing up my contract; and unfortunately with all of the chaos, I overlooked her 3rd contract error, my ceremony time, and when asked to change it, she charged me $195. As for the 4th contract error, I had text-message evidence of her quoting me a price, and when I sent her the screenshot, she told me I was "wrong". I’m not sure how physical evidence can be denied, but she denied it. I then expressed that we needed to part ways, and asked for my $495 deposit back. Of course, she refused. I have never written a poor review in my life before, but this was so incredibly distasteful that I wanted to make other new brides, going through this overwhelming yet exciting time, aware.

Due to uncertain circumstances, I cancelled my wedding and they were not accommodating. Their contract is extremely vague and it caused me to lose $1400 and receive less than $200 back. They weren’t willing to provide me an indefinite credit and only offered two future events pending they had availability, to which I would have to give them the remainder of my balance from the original contract. I understand that they have a business to run but I provided them with an additional event (my small wedding) and that event was another $800 ... and they weren’t willing to help me. Heed my warning and read contracts word for word. Posh floral refused to pick up the phone and speak to me. Their emails were unprofessional and I would not recommend them under a contractual agreement.
