My wedding planner had some concerns about booking them as our florist because of the scale and unique floral arrangements I wanted, and they didn’t have a robust portfolio like some of the other well-known florists in the city.

But there was something about Jacie that I trusted from the very first conversation we had and knew in my gut that she would do an amazing job. So we took our chances and decided to go with them.

And boy, did Jacie and her team execute my vision FLAWLESSLY. For starters, I cried when I saw my bouquet because it was everything I dreamt of and more. The floral arrangements for the church ceremony, cocktail hour and the dinner tables were simply PERFECT, and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests. There was so much love put into every piece of decor from the colorful candles, colorful vases to the floral selections and it was truly magical.

Isabella’s prices are so much more reasonable than some of the other INSANE quotes you’ll get from other vendors, and their communication, professionalism and execution from start to finish are top notch.

Don’t be discouraged by the vanity metrics like the # of followers on their social media page because that literally means nothing. And I’m so happy that I went with my gut and booked them as our florist.

After speaking to several florists in the Queens/Long Island area I can assure you, there is no one who can assemble a bouquet as timeless yet whimsical & ethereal as Jacie. Her arrangements of fresh florals immediately caught my eye & I was beyond ecstatic to work with her. Jacie is not only a professional but an amazing collaborator. From the very beginning, I remember her giving me as much space to be as involved as I wanted to be & I truly appreciated that. She listened, took notes & delivered above & beyond my expectations. I am convinced there is nothing she can’t do! I introduced Candelabra’s in my design which she executed even more effortlessly as I have imagined. Walking in to the reception room for the first time was an experience my husband & I will never forget. Jacie was an absolute dream to work with and I felt completely well taken care of with our wedding florals! I came to her with a single color and she created some of the most beautiful arrangements for me and my husband, our wedding party and reception (multiple bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, petals for our flower girls, and centerpieces). Due to the weather, our original flower cloud needed to be taken inside, but Jacie made it work with our venue’s decor and sweetheart table.

Throughout the entire planning process, Jacie has been extremely easy to talk to, quick to respond and communicative (which honestly made planning so much easier!) I was glad I felt like I could completely trust her vision.

The florals Jacie and her team designed for our (rainy) backyard wedding exceeded our expectations in every way. We had to pivot last minute with the news of a hurricane coming through and the team worked tirelessly to provide the most stunning arrangements to brighten up the gloomy day. Let me start out by saying that it was truly a blessing to have found Isabella Floral Studio. I had just moved from Missouri to NY to plan my wedding and was looking for a florist who would design my wedding flowers with a fairytale appeal while also sticking to my budget. I found Jacie and her team through the knot and like others reviewers were saying, there was something about Jacie that I found trustworthy and caring. She was super quick to respond and was responsive to any questions—even when a lot of them were late at night. Furthermore, her prices were more reasonable than any other florists I consulted—let me tell you she does not sacrifice quality or quantity of flowers. When she handed me my bouquet, I felt like I was a fairytale princess with my absolutely whimsically beautiful bouquet. Jacie was able to to incorporate my color scheme and form a bouquet that was unique and gorgeous to me. I loved my bouquet so much that I decided to have the flowers dried and placed into a picture frame--that’s how much I loved the bouquet. Furthermore, not only did she create a beautiful bouquet, but Jacie also created a beautiful floral hair comb. I have always wanted to do flowers in my hair for my wedding and Jacie was one of the few florists who was willing to put together a floral hair piece. She created a beautiful hair comb filled with gorgeous pink flowers. I received so many compliments on my hair comb, the flowers stayed in place and stayed vibrant through my entire wedding (morning to night). Jacie’s flowers were an essential part of what made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. She also created beautiful rose and baby's breath aisle flowers, which were a beautiful addition.
