Jasmine is absolutely phenomenal. 😁 Her work ethic & professionalism is top tier, which is immensely appreciated during one of the most stressful but rewarding moments of a couple’s life. As a wedding planner one must be prompt, organized, detail oriented, display excellent communication skills and she far exceeded our expectations! Jasmine and Plan For Me Events was God sent! I was having a small destination wedding (less than 100 people) and I hired Jasmine for partial planning and coordination. I was a hands-on-bride and had my venue and most of my vendors locked in. However, I wanted a wedding planner to be the point person so my family and I could enjoy the wedding without having to worry about the details of the day. And, I must say, Jasmine did not disappoint! I didn’t realize how much I would have to lean on Jasmine and her network to make my wedding day a success.

Jasmine was always available by phone, text, or email. In addition, she was very attentive to me and even accompanied me to visit my venue (a month prior to the wedding), she asked the questions I did not think to ask and helped me make decisions about the structure and set-up for that day. Another example that comes to mind of Jasmine’s attentiveness was when I had a scare with one of my vendors – Jasmine called me right away and we brainstormed how to address the situation. Jasmine took the lead by emailing the vendor in question and scheduling a phone call to ensure I would receive what was promised in the contract. Again, I cannot stress enough how reliable and committed Jasmine was to ensure my wedding day went smoothly.

I must also highlight the structure of Jasmine’s scheduling! She emailed all the vendors (makeup, DJ, florist, caterers, shuttle, officiant, photographer, etc) affirming she was the point of contact on the day of the ceremony and confirming the location, drop-off, set-up, and break-down times. She then created a detailed hourly timeline for the vendors and the mothers of the bride and groom to ensure we were all on the same page. This made for a smooth set-up on the day of the wedding. Furthermore, Jasmine set-up my personal effects created for that day including the photo frames for the memorial table, aisle lanterns, entrance decorations, etc. She also made sure those things were safely packed up at the end of the night.

I can go on and on, but the bottom line is my day would not have been as great as it was without the detail-oriented and structured planning of Jasmine! I highly recommend Jasmine and Plan For Me Events. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Thank you, Jasmine! PlanForMe made both my proposal and my wedding night exceptional. They helped my wife orchestrate a heartwarming plan to honor my mother who had to watch the ceremony from above. Jasmine is… simply fabulous. She is extremely detailed, follows through, thinks ahead, creative, and just an all around pleasure to work with. I first met Jasmine in August 2021 after my fiancé and I had decided against eloping and for a traditional wedding instead. I had a vision in my mind of what the day would look like but I did not know exactly how to articulate it. As a gal who works 50 hours a week & part time student, I really needed help staying organized and ensuring all boxes were checked. Jasmine was crucial in helping me put the pieces together, ultimately leading up to the happiest day of my life. She worked with my vendors leading up to the big day (and the day of) to ensure everything went smoothly, and it really did. Many of my guests later told me that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Without Jasmine, I would have had far less energy to spend reflecting on the sentimental aspects of my wedding day and I am so grateful to her for doing such a wonderful job. We are big DIYers, but weren't sure how to orchestrate the day-of pieces of the wedding without burdening family members. (This was a destination wedding for us at my now in-laws home.) We looked at 10 or so coordinators, and we loved chatting with Jasmine and how quick she was to get back to us. We stopped our search and signed a contract with her on the spot. She really helped take a load of stress off our shoulders and helped meticulously plan the timing of each item. I loved that she ultimately took control of all the vendors and they answered to her.

She helped us find a last-minute vendor for videographer that was phenomenal. She also negotiated a discounted price for us as well!

Our wedding was perfect and having her managing the timeline and vendors was exactly what we needed. We can't imagine the chaos that would have ensued had she not been there.
