Decor is critical in creating an atmosphere and bringing your vision to life. Plan-it Vicki is a very detailed and will make sure your designs showcase your vision by weaving a theme through your centerpieces, floral arrangements, lighting, graphics and other elements. Your guests will be transported to another planet.
Menu
Plan-it Vicki will help you find a perfect caterer or work with your venue’s in-house caterer. We accompany you to all of your tastings, helping create the perfect menu that reaches for the stars and back.

Day-of Coordination
It’s go time! Now that the party is planned its time to make it come to life. Plan-it Vicki will be there from initial set up in the morning, right through to making sure the last chair is stacked at the end of the night. Everything will run according to your plan.

Vicki is a professional
When it came to finding other vendors, Vicki had already gotten experience working with a handful that she liked and could suggest for us. During the wedding weekend Vicki's relationships with all the vendors, including the hard-to-get-ahold-of venue owner, shined. She choreographed the setup of catering equipment and flowers and the DJ's equipment and all of the rentals. She bounced all over the venue checking details and staying on top of the schedule. She brought an extra helper from her team who worked in sync with her at every moment. At the very end of the night Vicki got a huge, well deserved round of applause from all of our friends and family.
Vicki set a happy, productive, and serious tone for the entire year and a half we spent planning our wedding and then in a grand crescendo pulled together all the pieces to make our wedding day seamless. We spent the day in awe at the beauty of our families gathering, enjoying great food and music, and taking in our surroundings.
Vicki sets a standard of professionalism that I hope to achieve in my own career someday. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.

The Best Wedding Planner Ever!!
Vicki and her husband Jeff (who was also our videographer) meticulously planned out every single detail. Who was coming when, who was arriving where, a timeline to follow to the minute for everything from when the tent is being set up and when we were getting hair and makeup, envelopes for tipping and paying vendors, contact with every vendor from the tent people to the DJ to the babysitter for the grandson. Our once a month meetings became weekly get-togethers the closer it got to the wedding.
Honestly, because the wedding was being held at our home on our little farm I expected a cheesy little home wedding on my cheesy little farm with a cheesy little tent and a cheesy little food truck. What I got instead was an amazingly elegant and flawless wedding that I never saw coming. Everything down to the smallest detail was perfect. And the reason it was elegant and flawless and perfect has everything to do with Vicki and Jeff Ross and events@plan-it-Vicki.
They have been in the business for a long time and know exactly how things need to be run down to the smallest detail, for things I would never think of like gift bags for out of town people staying in hotels. I cannot say enough about this company and these wonderful people.
