I'm adding this on here to make life easier. If you don't speak Vietnamese, it is hard to find traditional Vietnamese vendors. :) I married a Vietnamese man, and found Phuong to make my traditional Ao Dai's near his family in Philadelphia. I needed two Ao Dai's ... one for the engagement ceremony and one for the wedding itself. Phuong did a wonderful job making them for me. Because we were training for a triathlon, they fit when we picked them up, but I lost weight over the course of the months before the wedding, and had to find someone in Virginia (near where we live) to take them in for me somewhat last minute (because we couldn't get back to Philadelphia in time.) My Ao Dai's were stunning.
