My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to hire Jason Reese of Photorexit Photography to be our wedding photographer. We met with him about 9 months before our wedding and immediately clicked. Jason has an eye for detail and an incredible ability to capture the most special moments and details of the day. This is exactly what we were looking for, so we hired him after a very long search for photographers in our area. Jason photographed our engagement pictures around downtown Chicago on a 16 degree day, and as uncomfortable as we all felt due to the cold, the pictures turned out perfect! We had tons to choose from to use for save the dates and keepsakes.
Since your photographer spends the entire day with you, it’s important that you go with someone that has talent and an awesome personality. It honestly felt that Jason was part of the family on our wedding day. He is so easy-going, but also great at giving direction when needed. Our wedding day could not have run smoother with Jason as our photographer. He was with us the entire day from getting ready to the end of the night dancing. We got our photos back within 3 weeks after the wedding and were blown away. We own the edited and unedited photos and it has been so much fun going through all of them reliving such a memorable day. Since photos are one of the only things that you actually keep after the wedding I think it is crucial to find the best photographer. I felt that I did a lot of research and Jason provided my husband and me with everything we wanted and more. Not to mention, Photorexit Photography offers a great value at a very reasonable price (and he is willing to work with people's budgets). I highly recommend Photorexit Photography!!

Jason was amazing. He was quick to respond any time we had a question and he was extremely flexible. We changed our wedding date after we signed the contract and he was able to switch with no fee involved. And speaking of fee, he was so understanding of our budget and worked with us on his price... creating a custom package that was affordable and just what we were looking for. His photography is what drew us in, but his charm and professionalism were just as great. To our surprise, he showed up on our wedding day with an assistant! So we actually got two photographers for the price of one! They captured every key moment and were really good about sticking to our "must take" shot list. I love his candid, photojournalistic style... I was blown away by how great all the photos turned out. AND, since he lowered his price for us, he said he would edit 100 of the best photos and when we got the photos back, he ended up editing 260 of the best photos. Jason goes above and beyond with his services. I highly recommend him for any wedding... you will not be disappointed.
