My name is Ivan Carrillo and I have been a professional photographer since 2008. Even as I studied architecture or Computer Networking, photography was in my life as a mere hobby. I would make sure I always had a disposable camera with me to document my life as I saw it. I made it a point to not just take pictures, instead I aimed to tell stories with single images. It wasn't until I was fed up with computers and architecture that I considered doing photography professionally.

Although I have shot a little bit of everything from product photography to UFC events, wedding photography has become my favorite. Weddings allowed me to become an interpreter for all the emotions and special moments, capturing them all using only my camera. I became a story teller through my photography; however, it was not an ordinary tale, but rather unique and special journey of the biggest day between two people who have fallen in love.
