I recently had the pleasure of working with Phillips Flowers for my wedding, and I can’t express enough how wonderful the experience was! Laura, our florist, was absolutely incredible. She was so attentive and truly dedicated to turning my thoughts and ideas into reality. From the very beginning, Laura and her team created the wedding of my dreams! They paid attention to every small detail, from the exquisite flower arrangements throughout the venue to my stunning bouquet, as well as the beautiful ceremony and reception flowers. At our first meeting, Laura guided us through every step of the process, took detailed notes, and asked questions to help us think through every detail. She even made arrangements based on our wedding colors. At our second meeting, she created more bouquets and centerpieces, which really allowed us to visualize what to expect on our wedding day. Laura was incredibly patient and understanding of last-minute changes. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and truly cares about her customers. We could not have asked for a better experience. I had a romantic, whimsical yet classic vision in mind and Phillip's nailed it! I worked with Dean from the Westmont location. I highly recommend him. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I decided to have a “small” event with immediate family only in 2021, and pushed our “big” event to 2022. We worked with Dean at the Westmont location for the small wedding, which was by far the EASIEST part of the planning process. Prior to our in-person meeting, I completed their questionnaire with details of our event, color scheme, flower arrangements we needed, etc. and brought photos of what I was looking for. Dean was very receptive to my vision and gave helpful suggestions on what we could do and how to make each item look its best throughout the whole day. All the flowers turned out to be an absolute DREAM, and picking them up the morning of was quick and simple.

Because I was so happy with how the flowers turned out, I decided to use Phillip’s again for the big wedding a year later. After completing and submitting the questionnaire again (this time specific to the big wedding), Dean referred me to Kim at the Wheaton location since they were closer to our venue. Working with Kim was just as simple—we were able to quickly confirm what arrangements were needed and where everything needed to be delivered via phone and email, and her team at the Wheaton store was so very nice when I came in to drop off vases and complete payment. The flowers were just as gorgeous and we received many compliments from our guests!

The whole team at Phillips is outstanding but mainly Dean in Westmont!! He is so talented, patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to create the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding! My daughter was married on Sept. 3, 2021. Phillip’s Floral in La Grange Park did an incredible job with the floral arrangements. Cindy is a Class A designer. We gave her our input and she ran with it. Cindy and her team were with us every step of the way. The ceremony and reception were held at The Morton Arboretum. It looked like a fairy tale!

Dean and the Phillip's team achieved our vision, adjusted during COVID to make our 6/19/21 outside wedding reception WOW!!! The flowers (both at the church & reception) were fresh, artistic, tastefully placed, creative and professional. We can't thank you enough for your personal attention.
