Having my wedding at Philadelphia's Magic Gardens was the first choice that I made in the wedding planning process. It was also the best choice. The event team at PMG was so easy to work with. They found me a date in October even though they were nearly booked solid, they strung up my string lights for me, they answered my many emails quickly, and worked with me on the contract details so that I could have my wedding the way I wanted. Besides all of this, PMG is so beautiful and unique! You don't need to do much in the way of decorating when you have your wedding at PMG. My guests will never forget my wedding and a lot of that has to do with this beautiful venue. It truly was a magical day!Sent on 12/31/2015

My husband and I had been dating for 10 years before our wedding, and we come from different cultural backgrounds -- mine being Italian American and his South Indian. So, I wanted to foster a wedding environment that was non-traditional, made everyone feel comfortable, and was just plain fun. The Magic Gardens fit this perfectly! Everyone -- young and old and from all backgrounds -- was able to enjoy the unique & beautiful nature of the venue, and it certainly set the right tone for what we wanted. The staff was very professional and honest with us about what was/was not possible. The event coordinator Allison helped a lot with planning the set up of the venue, including the switch from ceremony to reception, giving us measurements, etc. It is a non-traditional space, so it took a lot of work planning the layout and coordinating with all of the various vendors. Also, because it is a public museum, there are limitations on how long you can rent it out on Saturdays . But, even then, with some prodding :), the museum agreed to close a little early for us. While it would certainly have been easier to go with a more traditional venue that provided its own catering, etc., it was worth to go with the Magic Gardens, because the experience was truly one-of-a-kind. Not only is it beautiful, but the environment just makes you feel happy!Sent on 10/16/2012
Philadelphia's Magic Gardens are one of the most beautiful places to have a wedding or engagement in Philadelphia. This venue is one of my most sought after places by my clients. I highly recommend them for your wedding!
