Finding Fleisher was a breath of fresh air among all the stuffy/overdone and overpriced wedding venues. The space was unique, the staff was professional, and our money contributed to a great cause. The guests could not stop talking about the venue all night! Working with Brogan was a pleasure. She seamlessly transitioned into the role after the previous coordinator left. Brogan was attentive and helpful leading up to and on the wedding day. If you’re looking for an outside the box/non-cookie cutter wedding venue...this is it!

We are so happy our wedding was at Fleisher! It was such an incredible night, and Adrienne made everything so easy to coordinate. The space is truly remarkable, and you cannot beat the value in Philly. We also felt good about giving them our money, as they are a non-profit art school that does a lot for the community; it just felt better than giving to the typical wedding machine. It was so perfect, and I cannot recommend Fleisher Art Memorial enough!

We initially fell in love with the mission of the Fleisher Art Memorial - to provide art classes to everyone, no matter their economic means - and then fell SERIOUSLY in love with the space. It is so cool and unique, especially the Sanctuary, where our reception was held. It's definitely worth taking a look at! We hardly needed to decorate the space at all because it feels like you are in Rome, with lovely lights strung from wall to wall :) Adrianne Waxman was a delight to work with. She is very experienced and put us at ease with all of our many questions. We had our ceremony in the park adjacent to the Fleisher (Palumbo Park) and the mural on the wall made for the most BEAUTIFUL photos! I would recommend getting a permit for the park for a full hour to allow for 30 min prior to the ceremony for setup) just in case anyone else has a permit for beforehand and to alleviate any stress. Our guests were very impressed with Fleisher and the gallery space allowed guests to flow freely between rooms, and it never felt crowded at all with 100 guests!

Fleisher was the 2nd venue we saw while wedding venue shopping. We didn't see anymore. We were in LOVE. The space is so beautiful and unique, and by renting the space, you're supporting an amazing organization. We had the pleasure of working with Adrianne, who made all of our visions come to life. She worked with us on the seating chart, and went above and beyond to make our unique layout work (120 people). She helped us work with our vendors, and communicated all decisions seamlessly. On the day we dropped off our chuppah and alcohol, Adrianne even ran outside with us and helped us unload two car loads. From the day we met her, she went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. The space itself was so stunning, all of our guests could not stop raving about the architecture. We had originally planned outdoor photos, but due to rain, we shot in the studios, creating awesome industrial looking photos. We are so happy we picked Fleisher, Adrianne was a dream to work with, and we really felt like the space was "us". Thank you for everything!

We had a very tight budget and were concerned about finding the right venue for our special day. We were doing our best to avoid having our ceremony and reception in two different locations. We simply could not deal with the headache and cost of getting people from one venue to another. Fortunately, we found Fleisher Art Memorial. We actually overlooked this venue in our initial search, but once we got a better idea of what we wanted it turned out to be the ideal choice for us. We did have a guest list of 150 that we had to slim down to 100 due to space capacity restraints, but that saved us more money in the end. The main selling points for us were: 1) we were giving our money to a non-profit arts organization that serves the community in important ways, 2) it accommodated all of our wedding activities in one location, 3) it had free parking for our guests, 4) we didn't have to spend a lot on decorations because the historic sanctuary space already has so much natural beauty, and 5) they had a standing relationship with our caterer. Not too mention Fleisher's staff and the event space manager, Grisha Zeitlin, were super accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. Thanks to their staff and Diverse Catering, our wedding day was truly special, memorable, and drama-free for us.

If you are looking for a one of a kind reception or ceremony spot, the Fleisher is for you. We chose this location because it reminded us of the old churches in Italy. Very charming and romantic. The Sanctuary was built in the 1800 and has an Romanesque feel. You need to check it out for yourself. Our Wedding was the talk of the town- the Fleisher was amazing and the vibe reminded us of a upscale club but in a Church! Can we say Madonna like a Pray?! Nicole is the contact for rental.
