After doing a lot of research (probably too much!), I decided to go with Petal Blush Beauty for my wedding hair and make-up and I could not have made a better choice! Kyla was extremely responsive over email and answered all of my questions. Amber and Felicia were professional, extremely talented, and super friendly. During the trial, they both worked with me to figure out exactly what look I wanted, which I really appreciated as someone who doesn’t wear a ton of makeup or do too much with my hair. On the day of the wedding, they were receptive to feedback, able to easily mimic looks from pinterest, and made for a calm and fun morning together. Most importantly, we finished on time – something my photographer definitely appreciated. If you are going back and forth on whether to do airbrush or not, I would say it was definitely worth it and helped create the natural look I know many are going for. I would highly recommend working with Petal Blush Beauty for your wedding!

Oh WOW! The ladies from Petal Blush Beauty were AMAZING for my recent wedding! They did my hair and makeup, as well as my eight bridesmaids, MOB, and MOG. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my hair and makeup!! They just absolutely killed it - I felt gorgeous all day and the waves in my hair lasted straight into the minimoon my husband and I took after the wedding. Each one of us asked for a completely different hair and makeup look, and I think the biggest differentiator (aside from sheer talent) is that the ladies from Petal Blush actually listened to each one of us and were able to achieve exactly what we were hoping for, rather than doing the same look on everyone. Kyla and Felicia did my hair and makeup for both our engagement photos and on our wedding day. They also did the hair and makeup of my bridal party (6), MOB, MOG, aunt, and grandmother. I was so pleased with the way they worked with my grandmother. They were able to translate everyone's "vision" (classic, minimal, etc.) and make amazing recommendations. Everyone was thrilled with their hair and makeup. It looked fantastic through the heat and sea breeze we encountered that day (July 2016).

For my wedding trial, I brought in a picture from Pinterest and Kyla just went beyond it! I am not one to wear a lot of makeup, so Felicia was fantastic in making recommendations and getting the look to be perfect and more than I was expecting.
