Desiree Logue Champagne and the Penny Bloom's team are absolutely wonderful! I have worked with Desiree as a vendor for many weddings, and can honestly say that she is one of the easiest and most detailed event planners that I have worked with. Before the event, she is in constant communication with her clients and vendors, and day-of she is on top of everything to create a seamless experience. Would definitely recommend their services!

Throughout the planning process Desiree knew exactly what my vision was for our day and guided us there with ease while considering our budget. Planning from across the country was a breeze thanks to Desiree. She is responsive, extremely professional and handled a very difficult parent without breaking a step.

We hired Desiree for styling of the event in conjunction with an outside florist. Her team was able to style the event perfectly and beautifully. She has a huge inventory of wedding items that completed the styling.

The wedding day itself was perfect. Never once did I feel stressed, I was able to enjoy the time with my bridesmaids, family, and fiance without worry. Desiree and her assistant Rachael were prepared for everything and directed everyone so there was no confusion. They are for sure a dynamic duo!

We love Desiree and her whole staff at Penny Blooms so much! We really wanted to have a classy, upscale wedding but also highlight some of our neediness. There are all sorts of Doctor Who nods in our wedding but so subtle it’s not cheesy at all. Desiree got our whole vision! The flowers were dusty green succulents with pops of bright colors. Our centerpieces TARDIS blue that went with our blue backdrop with florals, which was stunning. If you see the amazing work for what we were charged I would say it was extremely reasonable. She even made us a “lounge” area with a handmade 10th Doctor scarf rug (it lives in our apartment now). We initially did not go to her for planning, but we fell in love with her and hired her for day of coordinating as well. Best decision we ever made! This girl will have your back 1000%! She has become a dear friend in this process and we love her!

She is the most amazing florist AND wedding planner. Desiree was the best part of our wedding and ultimately what kept the day flowing. Every single time someone mentioned our wedding they mentioned how easy going and how fluid everything was in the day.... THAT was Desiree! She worked so hard and was always there to answer any kind of question I could think up. She was the calm to the days leading up to our wedding and ultimately the best part of our wedding day. Not to mention, we had GORGEOUS floral arrangements.

Desiree was such a pleasant surprise. We used her for florals and day-of-coordination, but had no clue what to expect! Feom our initial meeting, she clearly "got me" and was down for a colorful and playful wedding experience. There really wasn't much Desiree needed to be doing between booking and the month before the wedding, but she stayed in touch, texting ideas, thoughts, and just checking in. The best part was how she won over my VERY HANDS ON mother, who was having trouble letting go. Desiree's confidence and general BOSS attitude put my mother at ease and helped her relax and enjoy the day. The flowers (which I gave Des only loose inpiration of "colorful and textural") were gorgeous, and all the detail we discussed came to fruition perfectly. As a day-of coordinator, she had to manage SO many moving parts and did so with a smile and the best attitude. Truly no one could believe how she did what she did. A true rennaisaance woman and just a total PRO. Couldn't recommend her more.

Penny Blooms provided the florals for my wedding -- boutonnieres, bouquets, centerpieces, aisle petals, miscellaneous decor. Desiree is really great to work with. The flowers were also all beautiful! I was very specific in my vision -- I wanted certain colors, certain flowers, and didn't want certain flowers. And not only did she listen and adapt to my vision, it was perfect!

She is also extremely high value for the price. She gave me a Black Friday discount and worked within my relatively low budget. She provided lots of rentals on the house, including bouquet vases, gold votives with candles, gold centerpiece vases, and a toss bouquet and cake flowers free. I really appreciated her adapting to my wishes, and I highly recommend anyone booking her for their wedding!!

I knew that planning a wedding from another state was not going to be easy, so I knew that I needed someone on point when I was looking for vendors. I found Desiree with Penny Blooms online and reached out to her. We scheduled a phone call and we were on the phone for almost an hour, chatting and laughing and getting to know each other. I was that girl that had literally been planning her wedding since I was a young girl, so I had some very specific ideas and types of florals in mind already but I knew that I needed help executing them my vision. I wanted bright, beautiful, eye-catching florals to compliment a black and white striped/craft beer theme. I made our floral budget very clear to her and she created the perfect proposal for us. She informed me that she did wedding coordination as well and provided me with a proposal, why not kill two birds with one stone? We decided to hire her, and it was one of the BEST decisions I made. Over the next couple of months, we corresponded over email and she was very responsive to my questions. She put together a tablescape for me and it was everything I envisioned in my head. We used beer growlers as vases and spray-painted black matte beer bottles to use as small vases. Desiree contacted a local brewery and got over 200 beer bottles for free and sprayed them herself! I have no idea how long that took but the different sized bottles gave the tables dimension and looked awesome. On the coordination side, she was as I say, “my Fairy Godmother.” She was the single most person besides myself who knew everything about the wedding. Desiree knows exactly what she’s doing. She is a true designer and artist and knows how to add those special touches, and she works incredibly hard to make everything look perfect. My guests and family even noticed how she was present the whole time. I had an amazing wedding experience and I owe a lot of that to Desiree. She’s simply awesome!

Desiree at Penny Blooms did the flowers for my courthouse wedding. I sent her a picture of what I was look for and she personally delivered them to me that morning. They flowers were beyond perfect and more elegant than I had imagined! I have also attended various wedding that had been styled and coordinated by Penny Blooms and they were gorgeous! I recommend Desiree for floral, design, and coordination. You won't be disappointed.

As a wedding vendor, I have had the pleasure of working with Penny Bloom Florals several times over the last two years. I can tell you that I have never seen such gorgeous and original designs!! Desiree, along with her assistants Sebastian and Kim, are a real delight to watch work. They take such time and care arranging every bouquet, center piece, aisle, alter, cake decoration, other decoration, and more! Not only that, but every flower choice really reflects the desires and personality of the couple. I always send all of my brides to Desiree!

Needless to say, I am absolutely IN LOVE with Desiree and her floral team!! When I was preparing for my own wedding at the beginning of this year, I knew there was no other florist for me! Desiree was going to be unavailable in May, but her amazing assistant Kim stepped up for the challenge. Desiree helped us pick out and order the flowers and Kim arranged everything on our special day. I know it's silly, but when the flowers were wheeled out for us to see, I actually teared up with joy.

Everything was so perfect! Thank you so much Kim for making the most beautiful arrangement I have EVER seen!! There will never be enough ways to say thank you. And thank you Desiree for planning the florals and making sure that everything was taken care of! You two are not only good florists, but amazing people!

I was so lucky to have Desiree doing the arrangements for my wedding. Not only did everything turn out so beautifully and better than I ever imagined she did it all within my budget! She is extremely flexible, creative, kind, and easy going. She would be a welcome addition to any stressed out bride's planning world as she has a calming and reassuring way about her.
