The Pedalin' Pig did an awesome job catering our wedding on October 29, 2016. They picked up the catering job with only three weeks left to go before the wedding after our original caterer cancelled on us. The food was delicious and plentiful. Guests wouldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was and how well organized the catering staff were. We especially liked the fact that they had some gluten free items on the menu since many family members require gluten free options. The price couldn't be beat and we found that it was worth every penny. Their mac n cheese is to die for and their assortment of BBQ sauces was fantastic. The chicken and pulled pork were tasty and perfectly cooked.
