Cassidy from Peace & Pine Events is literally the BEST! From the first time that I video chatted with her, she instantly felt like a friend! It's one of the main reasons why I chose her as my wedding planner. During our initial zoom meeting, she was so interested in getting to know Justin & I and our love story instead of just talking about logistics and business. She has such a kind and warm personality that just makes you want to be her friend and that made working with her so easy and fluid. Cassidy is very organized and knows how to get things done! Her templates and checklists that she provides her clients are awesome tools to make your wedding planning easier! I took advantage of those checklists and templates for sure! Not only was Cassidy great during the planning process, she also was a great emotional support for me. On our wedding day, Cassidy and her team put together the most magical and amazing decor at the venue! My husband and I had a combined Harry Potter & Lord of the Rings theme wedding and she made our vision come to life! It was soooooo good! Our family & friends kept complimenting on the aesthetics and decor of the wedding. Not only that, but everyone had a BLAST including myself and my husband!! I would reccomend Cassidy and the Peace & Pine team 100000%!!!

There are so many details that go into planning a wedding. Such an overwhelming process/experience. We could have not done it without Cassidy. She reminded me of so many things, things I would have not thought of.. and went above and beyond to help our wedding day go smoothly. She provided tools that were so helpful. She checked in and did her best to make me feel better on days I felt utterly overwhelmed. We had a humongous wedding party and Cassidy commanded all of their attention (which is hard to do). Her team on the wedding day were also super sweet and amazing. There were so many details.. some that I forgot about but Cassidy reminded me. I bought these glow in the dark glasses and tiaras for the dance floor and Cassidy and her team brought them out (I had totally forgot about them). My wedding day was an overall success. We were referred to Peace & Pine Events through a word-of-mouth referral. The first time we met with Cassidy was via a Zoom “interview”. This meeting was a preview of the incredible work that she and her team did for us and made our wedding the event we had been dreaming of. Her presentation was fantastic - she laid out all of her service offerings in a concise and polished presentation. Once we officially engaged Peace & Pine, Cassidy shared a digital package of resources including a budget tracker, checklists with suggested timelines, and folders where we could collaborate and plan the whole wedding efficiently.

We hired Peace & Pine very early on in our planning stages, so we did not officially begin working together for the better part of a year, but Cassidy would check in with us monthly to see how things were going - this was very appreciated!

Once our contractual engagement began, Cassidy became our right hand person and a trusted advisor. Cassidy was incredibly generous with her time. We had conference calls and face-to-face meetings with our venue and she joined in for all of it. Her presence was the ultimate stress antidote - she took copious notes on everything and was engaged every step of the way. You could tell through the whole process that she was going to have everything under control.

Once the wedding weekend arrived, Cassidy took control in the best way possible. Her timelines were thorough and detailed and she became the point person for every aspect of the events. She ran our rehearsal the day before the wedding like clockwork. The wedding day was SO smooth, all because of her direction. When we arrived at the venue, everything was running on time and there were no issues at all…and if there were then Cassidy did a great job of handling them without us knowing!

Throughout the evening, Cassidy remained by our side or at least always within sight. It was so reassuring to have her there helping us stay on schedule. Cassidy had a way of checking in with us and giving us timeline updates throughout the evening, but in a totally non-intrusive way.

Above all, Cassidy is patient beyond belief. She was always calm, cool and collected and ready to address our litany of questions or hear our thoughts. We cannot overstate how good she and her team are at their jobs. When we think back on our wedding weekend, Cassidy and her team are at the forefront of what made it a magical weekend for us.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Cassidy and her team are! We purchased the Partial Planning Package because we knew were going to need a good amount of help during the wedding planning process. Not only did Cassidy offer a plethora of curated resources, budget help, timelines, and advice, she was also just SO EASY to work with and down to earth. She walked us through everything we needed, and not only was great about checking in on us about the wedding, but also was genuinely interested in us and our lives. She truly cares about her clients like they are her close friends. She made sure we stayed on task, and had everything done, paid for, and purchased when needed. My partner and I had a very vague idea of the theme we wanted for our wedding. We are not very artistic! I decided that I needed a wedding coordinator a few months before my wedding because I couldn't bear the thought of (1) not being in control and (2) getting mad at my soon-to-be-husband for trying to coordinate when he has never once planned an event in his life.

Cassidy is organized, helpful, and low-key (in the best way). She worked with my budget (very reasonable!), and once we determined my needs and wants, she shared a Google Drive folder like I couldn't believe. It included a budgeting spreadsheet, a to-do list based on the time left before your big day (she customizes this for YOU), and my favorite: a document with all vendor information as well as the schedule of events (it includes so much more, but I don't want to give it all away lol).

Aside from the amazing Google Drive goodies, I was thankful for Cassidy's frequent reminders to not procrastinate -- I am terrible when it comes to planning things in my personal life, and she lovingly (and professionally) did not let me do this...and believe me, I tried.

It's also helpful to note that Cassidy was there for my husband and me for two events: our secret elopement and our big wedding event. As someone who also got married in the pandemic, Cassidy was able to empathize and talk me through some of the harder parts of these events and even gave helpful tips/solutions when dealing with challenging moments.

ELOPEMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
- She got ordained so that she could officiate our elopement!
- She gave us an excellent recommendation for where to obtain our marriage license (no wait at all!)
- She camped out at our elopement site and was ready to "fight" another couple who tried to steal it from us (she's a great negotiator lol)
- My husband and I didn't care to decorate for the elopement, but she brought candles and decorative crates anyway 🥲

WEDDING DAY HIGHLIGHTS:
- She organized and guided our wedding rehearsal which is helpful for anyone who has never been in a wedding before (including the bride and groom); my bridesmaids who have been in 3+ weddings said she was the most professional and experienced coordinator they had seen
- She arrived early to the venue with her team, brought me Philz Coffee (seriously, Cassidy's the best), and worked quickly to set up everything
- She checked in with me, the maid of honor, and best woman a few times throughout the morning/early afternoon to ensure we were on schedule
- Throughout the evening (reception), she would check in with the groom and me to remind us of the small activities (cake cutting, tossing bouquet, speeches, etc.) and see what we wanted to do (or skip). She did this in the most non-intrusive way ever, and it was great.
- Cassidy and her team worked with all my vendors behind the scenes and the day went as smoothly as it could because of her.
- She also packed up all of our decor and put it away for us in the hotel

MOST MEMORABLE HIGHLIGHT:
This is hard for me to write about, but of all the things I was thankful for, Cassidy provided a questionnaire that asked about any challenging family dynamics that she (and possibly other vendors) might need to be aware of. While I wasn't too worried about family drama, I let her know about some tensions that made me uneasy, and she stored that knowledge away.

Day of my wedding: my dad and brother were almost 30 minutes late. My bridal party and I were running late as it was, but as we lined up for the processional, she told me as gently as possible (after calling them a few times and checking in with my dad's brother)...but I still broke down. They showed up shortly after and Cassidy showed them to their seats, but she calmed me down.

She gave me all the tissue in the world (and I think some for my maid of honor to hold on to), told my groom and I that we could take as much time as we needed before the ceremony, and reminded us that it was our event. Our day. She asked if we wanted to walk down the aisle together (instead of me by myself). We both loved that idea, and now when I look back, I wouldn't change it for anything.

Cassidy, if and when you read this, I hope you know that I will never forget your professionalism and, more importantly, your kindness and empathy.

We worked with Cassidy on our Oct 2021 wedding after signing up for the Saavy Spender package. We knew we had a pretty good handle on all the details leading up to it, but needed to find someone to help us execute our vision. Cassidy and her team did that for us! There were a few hiccups throughout the day (ex: maid of honor's strap broke on her dress) but Cassidy and her team handled them like the champs and pros they are. We had a beautiful, care-free wedding and we can't thank Peace & Pine Events enough for making that happen for us!

About an hour before our ceremony started, I looked out an upstairs window and saw our neighbors sprinklers going off, putting our sound equipment, ceremony seating and decor at risk. I then saw Cassidy immediately run into the sprinklers to save our sound equipment, and called my parents to call the neighbor immediately to get them turned off. As the wedding progressed, Cassidy was constantly on the move taking care of everything for us, and frequently checked in to bring us whatever we needed, from water, to beer, to blotting papers. She is kind, thoughtful, thorough, and detail oriented. The entire Peace & Pine team is professional, and wore masks for the entire duration of all in person meetings and events. We had the best experience working with Peace & Pine and would recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, passionate, professional team to make their event spectacular!

Cassidy took the time to get to know us as a couple and really help us feel seen and heard. She’s so bright and positive! Definitely a must have especially since wedding planning can be so stressful.
