Patterson's was great! I planned my wedding from out of state but they were great with email. I sent them pictures as well as ideas and I received exactly what I had in mind! The price was reasonable and the flowers were ready and perfect just when they were supposed to be.

very disappointed. My colors of my wedding were peach, ivory, and green and my flowers showed up with purple in them. Patterson's came to fix the flowers but I lost a lot of picture time and my photography lacked in areas because of this. I was also disappointed in many other things with their service and even more sad they did not follow up with me after the wedding or discount my flowers after paying so much money for them. I believe for the quality of work they were over priced and I'm sad I didn't go with the shop down the road that quoted me a better price.
