Where do we begin? Jeanette- absolutely magnificent! Her team? Fabulous!!! ✨ there is no one else we would recommend to coordinate this big day for the both of us!! The date we chose is popular, so I knew we had to act fast!!!!! From the moment Jeanette and I spoke on the phone, I already knew I was ready to move forward, it was just a matter of having the conversation with my now husband.
Prompt monthly check-ins leading up to our big day whether it was by phone call or e-mail- SO HELPFUL!!! This helped everything feel seamless and in turn, help us have the best day ever!!! Jeanette’s services were well within our budget :)
Very responsive between me, my husband, Jeanette, and our catering manager. Very organized through Google Docs - which makes it easy to edit on the go!!!
When we walked into our venue, it was what we envisioned and so much more. We were so happy and pleased with how everything turned out - all thanks to Jeanette and her team!! :)

Jeanette was a pleasure to work with. Her warm and calm personality helped making all the arrangements for my son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner at Hotel Wailea easier then I expected. Being on the east coast, far from Maui, Jeanette was helpful in many ways including putting me in touch with local top vendors, helping me find exactly what I needed to make the ballroom look spectacular. She kept me aware of deadlines while also watching the budget we discussed. We worked together for almost a year and had many phone conversations and emails, despite the time difference, getting all the details right. At the day of the dinner Jeanette was professional and on target so things went smoothly. I always felt Jeanette wanted to make me happy. I highly recommend her.
