Juan Pomares is a native of Spain who brings his mother's Paella recipe alive for all to enjoy. Juan's niece, Tanya Rodriguez, now has ownership but provides the same authentic, unique, and delicious taste of Spain to southern California.

Paella Valenciana caters to wedding events from 25 to more than 1,000 guests. They cook everything from scratch at your venue so it is prepared fresh, and the aromas fill your celebration. Aside from the main Paella course, we also make mouthwatering appetizers and desserts. They can just provide the food and tapas or help you with party rentals, set up, staff, bartending, and even a Spanish guitarist. Whatever you need, they are here for you.
