Overlook at the Point was established for weddings in 2014, but the house itself was built in 1894. The Brown family has owned and lived on the property for 100 years. Overlook served as an all-girl's summer camp in the 1920-1930's. It offers the bride and groom a week escape with the true Maine experience. Access to a beach and tennis court comes with the rental. We are about a 8-10 minute drive from Reid State Park. 15 minute drive to Bath, Maine.

I've had the pleasure of working with Clara and must say I was impressed with the pride she takes in preserving her family's beautiful, historic Maine Sea Captain's home. I would highly recommend this venue to couples seeking a serene ocean front location with plenty of space and a wonderful and accommodating host.
