Elizabeth Earnshaw, LMFT, CGT is the Co-founder and Head of Relationship Health at OURS. Liz is an accredited professional in the field with over a decade of experience working with hundreds of couples, in all stages of their relationships. Liz joined the OURS team with the goal of making relational counseling and therapy more mainstream, accessible, and something couples look forward to. Since becoming a Co-Founder, Liz has dabbled in every facet of the company - working with couples, producing content, training our expert Guides, and more.

She is also the author of I Want This To Work, a guide for couples to build healthier and happier relationships, and a mom and wife who loves to rearrange furniture in her spare time, head to the beach, and sit in the sun.

Robin Dunn Bryant, MSW is a Guide and Relationship Scientist at OURS. Robin regularly meets with OURS couples and works on content production for the OURS program. She has a BA in English and an MFA in Creative Writing. When it comes to working with couples, Robin has a quicky, eclectic approach that almost always involves something body-based or writing.

Nora Nova, M.Ed is a Premarital Counselor and Lead Guide at OURS. Nora has a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling Psychology. At OURS, Nora meets with couples, helps produce program content, and oversees all other OURS Guides. Nora has an extensive background in relational work and loves working with couples to build healthy, secure relationships through her warm and playful approach to fostering a greater emotional connection.
