Caroline was the wedding coordinator for a wedding I served as a bridesmaid in a year before my own wedding. I had been on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator for my own wedding, but seeing her handle the disasters that came up at my matron-of-honor's wedding sealed the deal that that if she could handle that AND keep the bride calm and happy, she was the exact person I needed to hire. We spoke over the phone twice to hammer out details of timelines and share what I had already gotten together (which was 90% of it before COVID). Once lockdowns began, she called again and we talked for over an hour about different contingencies to make this wedding work and she spent the whole time reassuring me that whatever I wanted, we would find a way to make it happen. Then she drove all the way down to me in North Carolina to meet in person a month before the wedding because my work schedule didn't give me a day off during the week to drive up to her. She even met with our entire vendor team at the venue on the way down. She is organized, detail-oriented, passionate, and makes you feel at ease during one of the most stressful times of your life. The day of, everything was perfect. I was locked away doing pictures and she orchestrated our family to help set up and seriously, everything was perfect. I had no sense of time that night but she kept us on track of the different events, found people that needed to be found, all while remaining the smiling, bubbly person that she is. Caroline is magic and I would trust her to plan and run absolutely anything.

Simply put - Caroline was incredible. We booked Caroline as our day-of-coordinator. Our first meeting was one week out and she was very responsive leading up to the ceremony and rehearsal. She led the rehearsal super well and was able to easily handle our big & LOUD family. If it weren't for her, our wedding day would not have ran as smooth as it did. She knew it all and DID it all! Without hesitation Caroline tackled all obstacles, ensured everyone knew what they were doing and knew just how to support us on that stressful day. Caroline was attentive to every ebb and flow of the day and handled all unforeseen issues like a Rockstar. We had an issue with our original DJ not showing due to personal reasons and a backup DJ filling in. Caroline, without hesitation, took on the new role of "make sure the DJ plays what we want, and LOUD." SHE KILLED IT! I wish I could give her 10 stars, she was the best addition to our day, you are missing out if you don't hire Caroline!!!

Caroline is amazing! I instantly felt that making the planning process as smooth as possible was her #1 priority. Having Caroline as my planner makes planing my wedding enjoyable and stress free! She reviews all your contracts, helps with any adjustments, sends emails to vendors, organizes tastings and meetings, and more. I had to move my wedding because of Covid and Caroline took care of rescheduling everything!!! 10/10 would recommend her!

We used Caroline for my daughter’s day-of-wedding coordination last September (2019). The entire day was stress-free and everything about the day seemed effortless. But honestly it was the professional and detail-oriented planning by Caroline that made the day flow so perfectly. We were so impressed that we are using Caroline again for our second daughter’s wedding. The original wedding date was October 2020, but due to Covid, we decided to move the wedding to May 2021. Caroline handled everything! She found a second date that we liked and that all our vendors could support! She tackled a seemingly impossible and incredibly stressful task and within a couple of days had everything rescheduled.
