Not only is she a supremely talented hair stylist and make-up artist, but her warm and calm presence on wedding day put everyone at ease. She's an absolute professional - excellent time management and very responsive. She coordinated her schedule seamlessly with our planning team. ONLO's services and pricing were clearly communicated from the start of on-boarding, so we knew exactly what to expect throughout the planning process. I opted for a hair/makeup trial one month before the wedding - highly recommended! I left the trial confident in the look we decided on and thrilled with the outcome. The look she recreated on wedding day was exactly the same, if not better. It's clear that Diana takes pride in her work and is a master at her craft. Above all, since our event took place during covid, we had the assurance that she was implementing every safety measure possible to keep her and our family safe. The most amazing thing about working with ONLO was not how beautiful a job they did on my hair and makeup (but let me tell you, they are incredible), or how sweet and relatable the makeup and hair magicians on the ONLO team...the most amazing thing was EVERY SINGLE PERSON in my wedding party LOVED their hair and makeup. How often does that happen? Seriously? There were no “redos” ... they executed everyone’s vision to perfection. From start to finish, the ONLO team was incredibly professional, well-organized, and joy to work with. Nothing rattled them and they took changes and surprises in stride. We had a minor snafu the morning of the wedding where we tripped a circuit in our getting ready location, but the ONLO team was all over it and fixed it within minutes. I also had some changes I asked Annalisa to implement to my updo after my trial: she was extremely communicative and patient in taking my feedback and made sure I got exactly the look I wanted.

The ONLO team was incredibly skilled, kind, and super organized -- the trifecta of what you’d want for your wedding hair and makeup process! I was admittedly a bit nervous heading into this part of wedding planning. I tend to be pretty low-key with both hair and makeup, and wondered if it was possible to balance a low-key look that felt like me with the momentousness of the occasion. When I met with Jacqui D for my trial I realized I could be completely at ease. She took the time to understand what I was hoping for and then just made it happen! I liked the trial follow-up process as well -- Jacque (who was also incredibly helpful and kind during all stages of the inquiry/booking/logistics process) sent photos and notes from the trial, and I was also able to share any tweaks I was thinking of for the big day. On the wedding day itself, I felt so beautiful, but also so like myself -- exactly what I had hoped for. My bridesmaids, all with different hair types and skin tones and makeup styles, felt the same. Jacqui and Kyle were a dream team, and the morning flowed so smoothly. One final note: this team knows how to communicate and is super organized. As a Korean-American with monolid eyes and coarse, wavy hair, I was nervous about finding the right hair and makeup service for my wedding day. I found ONLO as a recommendation from my photographer and through searching online and was pleased to see that they had done makeup looks done on asian ladies. I had my trial with Annalisa at their super cute studio and had a great time chatting with her and loved her work. She translated my inspiration pics really well for my eye shape and hair type. i booked Onlo's service for myself, my mom, my mother in law, and 3 bridesmaids. I thought we all looked BEAUTIFUL and even though I had a bridesmaid who wasn't feeling well and was even lying down most of the time, they were so professional and made me feel better since I was nervous all day. All of my ladies were admiring how they looked all morning! They all turned out better than their inspiration pictures. Because of my thick hair I was worried that my hair would completely fall out after the ceremony, but they worked some magic and made sure that my hair stayed in place until I got back to the hotel after the wedding! I'll try to keep this as concise as possible - hire ONLO. As with many brides, hair and makeup was a huge stressor for me. There is such an insane amount of pressure to look your best on that one day, and choosing a hair and make up team seems so daunting. I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding a few years ago and she hired ONLO, so fortunately for me, when I got engaged the choice of vendor was easy - ONLO. From my first email communication with the company, Diana exudes such a contagious sense of confidence that you cant help but know you are in great hands. I planned my wedding from across the country so I ended up having my trial 3 days before the wedding. Jacque (M) did not even finish my make-up before I broke down in happy tears - only to cry again once Diana completed my hair. ONLO makes you feel SO comfortable, empowered, and beautiful. I truly could not have been happier with my wedding look. The ONLO Team (Diana, Jacque M and Jacque D) were on site the morning of the wedding to complete mine and 10 bridesmaids hair and makeup. Due to a tight timeline they arrived at 7:30 AM and needed to be complete by 1:00 PM. My ceremony started at five and several girls were concerned about looking fresh for that many hours. I'm not exaggerating when I say that all 11 of us looked flawless until we went to bed that night. I cannot recommend ONLO enough and can confidently say that you will not regret booking them. Also, talent aside - they are just straight up fun people to spend a morning with :)

It’s every girl’s dream to look and feel absolutely beautiful on her wedding day. Me? I’m no different, but I’m a low-bun (ponytail if I want to be “fancy”), light-to-no-makeup gal (most days I don’t wear foundation) and was naturally hesitant to have my makeup done professionally.
