Wow, wow, wow, wow. So many wonderful things to say about Courtney - I don't know where to begin!

I'm so glad I found Courtney with One Sweet Day! She's honestly THE BEST - organized, professional, kind, understanding, communicative, knowledgable, experienced, and a wonderful sounding board. She was always there to listen and problem solve, and I always felt like a priority throughout the process.

She was quick to respond via email or text. She always called me back. She always had ideas and solutions to my questions. She even helped me book a last-minute vendor 2 weeks out. Her timelines are color coded, and she makes a DJ-specific timeline. Our wedding was seamless and stress-free because of her and her team!

We booked her longer term package (working 3 months out), and I'm so glad we did. I can't imagine the wedding journey without her.

I have SO MUCH respect for Courtney, and I'm so grateful she became my friend along the way.

Working with Courtney Haynes from One Sweet Day Weddings & Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I would hire her again 1000x. From start to finish, Courtney was an absolute delight to work with. She is incredibly organized, kept every detail and every person on track with ease, and did it all with such warmth, kindness, and positivity. She truly is a bright light.

I am definitely not someone who was born to plan parties, so having Courtney to bounce ideas off of and guide us through the planning process took an enormous weight off my shoulders. My mom passed away a few years ago and I was afraid to plan a wedding on my own, but Courtney became more than a planner she became my friend. She made every decision feel manageable and always made us feel confident that everything was under control.

On our wedding day, I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and I was able to be completely present for every special moment instead of worrying about logistics. Seeing everything come together so beautifully was beyond anything we could have imagined, and that was all thanks to Courtney's incredible work behind the scenes.

I also want to mention our DJ Brian (who we were able to hire alongside Courtney in a contract together). He also deserves all the praises - there was not one moment where the dance floor wasn’t filled and he was SUCH a talented DJ. The online program he used to help compile our song requests was so easy to use and he was so engaging the entire time with our guests. Thank you Brian! We are so happy we trusted you as our DJ, all our family and friends raved about you. 

Not to be confused with our amazing DJ - I also would love to recommend DJ Catering. Doug and Courtney have worked together for years and their teamwork was flawless. I had so many people tell us after the wedding that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, by far. And being able to rent all the tables etc through them made the process so simple. 

Anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, professional, genuinely kind, and truly invested in making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Courtney and One Sweet Day Weddings & Events highly enough. She gave us the gift of being able to fully enjoy one of the best days of our lives, and for that we will always be grateful.

Courtney was AMAZING! 

I was a destination bride and she made everything so easy for me. I would 100% recommend her and wish I can redo my wedding day just to have her. My family loved her and we were all so very thankful for her. 

Courtney and her team at One Sweet Day events were nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we began working with Courtney, her attention to detail, care for each client, and passion for her work was evident. I have never worked with someone more responsive or helpful. She responded to each of our emails with sincerely impressive timeliness, and had many amazing vendor recommendations.

In the run-up to the wedding, Courtney dedicated so much of her time to our in person meetings. We were amazed by her detail oriented yet calm and reassuring nature. She even learned many of our family and bridal party names as just one example of her dedication. Every detail of the wedding was thought of by Courtney and we truly felt like she was "on our team".

On the day of the wedding, Courtney and her assistant were kind, helpful, and fun to be around. They seamlessly executed every detail while working with our venue and other vendors with ease. It was notable how Courtney was there for us whenever we needed her throughout the day, but also coordinated behind the scenes in a way that allowed us as the bride and groom to truly enjoy every moment of the day without worry.

I cannot recommend One Sweet Day Events enough, if you are searching for wedding planning or coordination you need not look any further!

If we could rate Courtney 6 stars, we would. Words cannot express how grateful we were to have Courtney as our wedding coordinator. She made everything so smooth and easy for us from the moment we first got on the phone with her to discuss our wedding to the day of. Courtney is highly detail oriented and nothing slips past her. We were able to meet with Courtney through phone calls, zoom calls and in person many times prior to the day of our wedding, and each meeting was focused and very productive while also being incredibly fun. Courtney helped us stay on top of communicating with all of our vendors and assisted the decision-making processes down to the smallest details, including carefully constructed timelines that we had well in advance that accounted for everything. The setup was exactly what we envisioned, and it all came together seamlessly. When the day finally arrived, Courtney was there to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and she kept us calm, centered and most importantly made sure us and our families enjoyed the day without a care in the world. We love Courtney and would recommend her to literally everyone!

Courtney and her team are amazing! She really helped me have the best wedding I could have ever imagined. If anything went wrong I had no idea about it because Courtney handled it. I had so many compliments from guests and I always said I couldn’t have pulled it all together without Courtney. Will be 100% using Courtney for our anniversary party in the future. Upon taking on our wedding she supported us in working with our wedding venue and vendors. She truly ran the vendor team with grace and supported in curating a stress free day!
