Can't recommend enough!

My husband and I worked with Olive Fine Weddings & Events for our December wedding and could not be happier that we did! Noelle started working with us around 8 weeks before the wedding, and her organization and diligence made the weeks leading up to the wedding so much less stressful! Noelle created an extensive timeline for the wedding day and had great recommendations for us around the timing of our reception, the best spot for guests to enter the cocktail hour, and even possible locations for photos in the event of bad weather. She really thought of everything, and we never once felt like anything was unaccounted for. On the day of the wedding, Noelle and her assistants did a great job of keeping everyone on schedule, setting everything up for the cocktail hour and reception, and keeping myself and my husband calm and confident that everything was under control. We are so glad that we worked with Olive Fine Events and feel so grateful for all the hard work Noelle and her team put into the day. You cannot go wrong with this team!

Wonderful 6-8 Week Coordination with Ashley!

We did the Coordination package (assistance for about 6 weeks before the wedding, including with creating a timeline, being the contact point for vendors leading up to the wedding, and lots of day-of help) for our November 2021 wedding with Ashley Best as our coordinator. We didn't initially plan to use a coordinator, but out venue required at least day-of coordination, and we are so glad they did because Ashley and the Olive Fine team were 100% worth it!! We planned our wedding in about 4.5 months, so it was extremely helpful having Ashley keep us organized and help us figure out everything we needed to do leading up to the big day. Ashley was friendly, communicative, organized and overall just wonderful to work with. On the day of the wedding, Caitlin was also really amazing -- she went with us for pictures between our church ceremony and the reception, and she went truly above and beyond (even helping divert traffic to get a great bridge shot!). Both Ashley and Caitlin, and the whole Olive Fine team, really helped make the day go off without a hitch. We are so grateful and would highly recommend to any couple!

15/10 for OFW!

Our wedding was the perfect day thanks to the creativity, organization, and overall competency of Olivia from Olive Fine Weddings!!

I had a very distinct vision for our wedding that I had been meticulously planning over the course of ~18 months. Enter our fabulous coordinator, Olivia. Olivia seamlessly understood my vision and got to work cinching everything together in the last mile. Her expertise in the wedding industry shone through at every turn - there was nothing she couldn't fix and no silly question she couldn't answer. Trust me when I say you're going to want OFW in your corner when the little things go wrong on your wedding day - they will take care of the problem before you ever know it happened! Can't recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor and hire Olive Fine Weddings for all your wedding planning/coordinating needs!!

Olivia celebrated her wedding at the Treman center last summer 2017. We agreed to do a much larger wedding than we had ever done before because we were so confident that Olivia's expertise in event planning would assure a great success, and indeed it was. It was multi-faceted with the support of many vendors but it was truly Olivia's attention to detail and supreme organizational skills that made it all work so well.
