Choosing Amanda at Oh Lovely Wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Her experience and expertise put us at ease from the moment we hired her until the wedding day itself. On our Wedding day, she arrived to the venue early, identified the best locations for portraits and helped direct/guide our family members and bridal party for our group photos. She was directive with our portraits (which we were really grateful for!) and helped us feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. She captured every important moment and event immaculately. Amanda has this unique talent of being able to capture the emotion in each moment, which has made these wedding photos our greatest treasure in the world. We couldn't be happier with the experience we had working with her, or the photos we received. Truly couldn't ask for more from a wedding photographer. 10/10 would recommend.

I will never have the words to fully describe how amazing our experience was working with Amanda. She is so great at making you feel comfortable while also giving awesome direction and pose advice. Every single one of our engagement and wedding photos are magazine worthy. While I was going through them with my mom and had shown her the first 50 or so she said “are these just your favorites? They are so good” and I had to explain that I hadn’t even chosen favorites yet, they all were just so good. She was professional, on time, easy to communicate with, and a very skillful photographer. We are forever grateful for her talent. She made our wedding day a dream and the photos really captured that!

My goodness, I truly don't know where to begin with how incredible it was to work with Amanda. We worked with her for both our engagement shoot and wedding to say we were thrilled with the results would be the understatement of the century. This review is long overdue but I can say enough good things about Amanda. She not only was our wedding photographer but also took our engagement photos. We thought the engagement photos were stunning but were blown away by the wedding photos. She captured our special day perfectly and so thankful I got to know her during the engagement shoot because her shooting us on our wedding day was seamless. Not only is she super talented but she's also very thoughtful. She constantly asked me if I was okay since I was standing most of the day and I felt so taken care of. She truly is the absolute best and would absolutely recommend her to shoot your special day.

Simply put, Amanda and her assistant were amazingly talented. Amanda has an eye for telling love stories through the use of her beautiful photos. Amanda was so great at managing our large group, getting all our requested photos done, and sneaking us away for some sunset photos in the vineyard that we really wanted to make happen. The minute we saw Amanda’s body of work, we knew we had to hire her to photograph our wedding! We planned our wedding from overseas and it was a pleasure to work with Amanda during the entire planning process. Communication with her was always prompt and clear.

On the actual wedding day, she was cool and calm. Amanda and her assistant navigated the wedding day so effectively. She was exactly where she needed to be directing us through the shots. She never rushed us or made us feel as though we were having a formal shoot. The whole process was incredibly organic and fluid. Our wedding party had a fantastic time.

Having a good photographer was a top priority for us, so choosing Amanda as our photographer was one of the first decisions we made! She was our #1 choice after seeing her amazing work, and we're so thrilled she was able to photograph our wedding and engagement shoot. She's very professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Getting photos taken can feel a bit awkward at first, but Amanda made us feel so comfortable and was great at telling us just what to do/how to pose, we felt at ease right away! She and her assistant did a wonderful job during our wedding, they knew all the best places to get photos around the venue, and captured all the details and moments of the day. Not only are the photos absolutely beautiful, but she gets them back to you so FAST! I was amazed by how quick the turnaround was, from delivering sneak peaks, to the full set and final edited photos. The final images are so gorgeous and perfectly capture the feelings and aesthetics of our day. We chose to buy a portrait book from her as well, and it was definitely worth it. The book itself is super high quality, and it's a lovely way to showcase some of our favorite wedding photos. I seriously can't say enough good things about Amanda, and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an amazingly talented, professional photographer!!
