Rev Shirley Haulette was very nice and helpful however I was not very pleased with her services. I was very pleased she traveled to our house to meet us; I know it was out of the way for her. However, she did not attend the rehearsal dinner and did not stay for the wedding reception claiming she had a prior appointment. Perhaps this was true but I would have thought it was more professional to stay and help celebrate the union of the people she just wed. I also found it a bit unprofessional to ask for the money the day of the wedding, before even saying much else, other than hello. I had offered to send the money before the wedding to which she refused. She was flexible in our wedding ceremony and made sure it was what we wanted.
