Novelty Events made my dream proposal in Orange County come to life..better than I ever imagined!! Their team was professional, organized, and paid attention to every detail, making the entire process smooth.

Definitely could not have done our wedding without her. She had everything down. Patient and understanding. During the day of, IF there were any problems, we did NOT know about them. We had the perfect wedding thanks to Novelty Events/ Melissa. IF I had anything negative to say, it was that we sadly did not get cake to save; HOWEVER, she went out of her way to go back to the bakery and got our flavors for us!!!

I don’t even know where to start. Melissa and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! We have been planning this day for two years (had to postpone, thanks Covid!) and Melissa has been an absolute godsend every step of the way. Our wedding day was PERFECT and absolutely magical. Where do I begin!?! Melissa and her team are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. We got married this October, but we started working with Melissa in September of 2021. From the moment we met with her, I knew she would go above and beyond to make our wedding day amazing (spoiler: she TOTALLY did!). Let's be honest, planning a wedding is daunting, especially when you aren't booking through a venue. From the get-go, Melissa put our minds at ease and truly walked us through EVERY STEP of the process. From our monthly meetings to the wedding planning portal, every single detail of our wedding was covered and discussed.

Melissa is a true professional and it is obvious she is an expert in her field. She gave great recommendations, suggestions, advice - she was really there to support us in any way we needed. She is extremely organized, thorough, great at problem solving and overall just a genuine and sweet person. It is obvious that Melissa genuinely cares about her clients and that compassion shows in the work that she does. On our rehearsal day, Melissa spent the entire day with us at the site getting everything setup, coordinating rental deliveries, helping me decorate, and more. She is everything you would want and need in a wedding planner!!
