I was a repeat customer and unfortunately had multiple disappointing experiences with Nicole Gomes. In my opinion, she displayed poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, defensiveness, and very little humility when concerns were brought to her attention.

After paying $156 for a custom wafer cake, I picked it up and found decorative wafers already separating from the cake. When I emailed feedback, I was not seeking a refund. I simply wanted to share my concerns and encourage better quality control for future orders. Instead of receiving an apology or an attempt to resolve the issue, I received a defensive response and was told my future business would not be accepted. When I later requested a refund due to the experience, it was denied. Based on my experience, I recommend carefully inspecting all orders at pickup. I found the communication combative, dismissive, and lacking accountability.
