She launched Mariela’s Sweets – named after her five-year-old daughter – out of Hope & Main in Warren, RI in 2021 to hone the art of hand-crafting dainty and beautiful desserts. Jess, is a 100% self-taught baker with a passion for the art of baking and entrepreneurship.
