Hi friends! My name is Nilo and I am honored to capture your love story. You have a lot of choices out there, but you chose to stop by my page. I thank you for that. I am a mama to two beautiful girls, a wife to my Marine, and a lover of all things Black and White, sushi, Gilmore Girls, Friends, and World Market, but let's talk about the real reason behind this page.

Ultimately my "About" page is more about you than it is about me. How do I believe I can serve you best? Well, to me each one of my couples is family. You want someone on your side who can anticipate your needs before you verbalize it.
I take every detail of your wedding day very seriously. My brides best describe me as a calm in the storm, someone who thinks ahead of everyone, someone who is professional as well as warm, inviting, and hospitable. With me on your side, you've got all of your photography basis covered!

Before our wedding I heard many people say, "You'll never look at your wedding photos again," or express some kind of disappointment with how their photos turned out. I can honestly say that we love our wedding photos and feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Nilo on our special day. Nilo did such a wonderful job capturing, not only the details of our wedding, but who we are as a couple and the emotions that we felt on our wedding day. Not only is Nilo professional responsive, and easy to work with, but she is also very kind and will definitely feel like a member of the family but the end of the day!

Nilo Burke of Still Impressions was awesome! We absolutely love the way the photos turned out but even more we loved the way Nilo interacted with our kids. She came to take pictures of our newborn but my four year old was so taken by her that we got amazing shots of him too! I would recommend her to anyone who wants great photos and a great photo session.

Nilo Burke, owner of Still Impressions is so very talented. She had such an eye for props and scenery that would make for excellent photos. She was also so much fun to work with and we had such a great time. I would definitely recommend her as a top photographer. You will not be disappointed! ! ♡

Nilo did a photo shoot of my 16-year-old daughter in downtown Fredericksburg. She took the time to get to know her and see her personality and chose photo locations based on that. The shoot was a lot of fun, and the pictures were absolutely beautiful. Not your run of the mill photographer!
