We may have changed our name to FOR LOVE FILMS, but it's the exact same people who have been crafting custom wedding films for our awesome couples! We just like the new name a little better :)

Our couples are more than just clients - they become cherished friends. Heck, some couples still have us over for family events after 12 years!
Working closely with our couples, we develop strong connections. And that’s what making films is all about - connection.
We don't simply show up, shoot and deliver. We do so much more than that.
To create your film and photos, we start by getting to know you - your interests, your passions, your likes and dislikes. We take the time to learn about what makes you... YOU. This allows us to tell your story, with care and authenticity.
So let's sit down over some wine and sushi or burgers and beer (or Dr Pepper), and let's get to know each other. We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. No other vendor will be with you as much on your wedding day as your photo and video team, it's important that not only do you see eye-to-eye, but also that we can anticipate your needs, likes and even run interference for you so you can enjoy the day you've dreamt of your whole life.

Our meetings with Jaysin were like having meetings with a long lost best friend. He is the more personable guy you will ever meet and he wants to make your wedding video amazing.
Our wedding day was the best. I just wanted to hang out with Jaysin the whole time. He got there early and did his thing. He was super pleasant to everyone and made the wedding day go very smoothly. He was all over the place, getting this shot, getting that shot, climbing on stuff chasing golf carts.
We had a wedding trailer within a week and it made everyone cry. We had to get married 4 months early due to my father health. Because my husband does video, he had someone film our first wedding. Jaysin incorporated our first video with our new one. It was the best thing ever. You could see my dad walking me down the asile and then my step dad. It was so emotional.
If you can afford you, you need to hire Jaysin. It is the best thing you will have spent money on for your wedding. His videos are not the old school boring videos. Just look at his portfolio. Not just anyone can have my crying at strangers wedding videos at 6am on a Saturday morning. Only Jaysin can do that. Try to find someone that cares more about your wedding day, you won't. He probably cares more than you.

I love nothing more than telling a great love story - and what better love stories are there than weddings (that's why we changed our named from NightOwls Media to For Love Films)? Traditional church weddings, nerdy weddings, backyard weddings, same-sex weddings, elopements, adventurous weddings, in the city or in the sticks … I love them all! Combined with the passion and heart I pour into my work, the films I create are a timeless connection to your wedding day and the beginning of your love story.
But most of all? I love to get to know our couples and tell their amazing stories. It's the biggest compliment to me when a couple considers us a part of the family by the end of the night! And as soon as the dance music kicks in, I am known to get a little funky on the dance floor and even help bring others out to have a good time. It's my ultimate goal to help you enjoy your amazing wedding day and take away any stress.
When I'm not filming, I can often be found editing videos with my cats in my lap or teaching film production at DePaul University.
I’m passionate about photography and capturing the real you. My goal is to draw out and nurture your true personality, and document those magical moments full of love, emotion, and excitement! I know how to handle your overbearing Aunt Gladys and your drunk Uncle Bob. I can even handle the frat boy groomsmen your fiancé just can’t quit. I’m firm and can take charge when needed, but I with a smile and sometimes a smirk. I know when to let the moments unfold naturally...and to capture them.
I get your most camera-shy bridesmaid to cut loose. I make the most reserved couples feel comfortable and maybe even a tiny bit adventurous. This may be because I know what it’s like to be uncomfortable when people are looking at you. Or…it could also be that my tendency towards colorful language sometimes sneaks out when you least expect it. At the very least, I’ll make you laugh!
Nick is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. He wants nothing more than to make your wedding day fun, exciting, and memorable, all while looking like a movie star!
