Saddest day

I needed someone to video film my mothers funeral for her sister and her family that could not be there. I called 5 people at the last minute and left messages. Jaysin called me back in 5 minutes. He had time to squeeze me in. I called to confirm and he was all set and remembered who i was. I can tell you he was so polite, professional and attentive to the situation. He wrote a beautiful note to me after the event that touched my heart. I would HIGHLY recommend Jaysin for all your events.

Exceptional work, brilliant videographer, an amazing person.

It was a pleasure working with Jaysin on our daughter's baptism. He was early, prepared with camera in hands as we exited the car, energetic, professional, kind, talented. Ready to go!
When I first started watching the video, I had tears running down my face...It is SO BEAUTIFUL. I stopped watching and waited for my husband to get home from work so we can share this moment together. It was such a special and emotional way to relive this angelic day. Jaysin, you captured details we didn't know existed. This video is all we have left now that this celebration has passed and it is such a perfect way to remember it. We will cherish your work FOREVER. As I told my husband, I can only imagine our daughter's reaction watching it many many years later.... Priceless. I wish we all had something like this from our childhood days to remind us how loved we are. I cannot put it into words what an amazing job you have done. The family and I have re-watched it a million times. We have seen many special occasion/wedding videos that were not great....This video surpasses anything I have seen....It is emotional, beautiful, intelligent and timeless. In other words, we LOVE it.

Awesome work & to work with!

We worked with Jaysin during the hiring and planning process from Night Owls. He was so helpful, gracious, and easy to work with. Even when it wasn't about the videography, he was there to lend a helping hand or give advice. It was very refreshing through the stressful planning process. The day of we worked with Victor and Alex. They were both great! I was so nervous I would be awkward in the video but they helped us feel so comfortable and ease and just enjoy the day. The teaser we got back was so amazing. The film and the way they edited were phenomenal. We loved everything about it! I couldn't have asked for better people to work with. They are so talented and will give you a wedding video you won't be able to stop watching. Hire them! You will not regret it!

Immortalizes your wedding day

We hired jaysin and his team two years ago for our wedding. We decided to make it a tradition and watch our wedding video every year for our wedding. We started watching our video and all of a sudden my heart was beating and i felt the wedding day jitters again! Night Owls captured our wedding in a way that transported me back to our wedding day! The way they captured every little detail of the wedding is what brought me back and made me feel like i was reliving that amazing day! They create so much more than just a wedding video, they create a living memory that transports you back to the best day of your life! Thanks to them and their hard work i know i will always be able to go back and remember that love me and my wife shared on that day no matter how hard life may be! NightOwls = G.O.A.T

There aren’t enough nice words to describe how amazing everyone at NightOwls Media is! I first saw their work in 2012 when my friend got married and I knew right away whenever I get married, I must have them. They were the first vendor I reached out to after getting engaged because I needed to make sure I got them locked down! Jaysin is the kindest, most amazing person you will ever meet. His associates, Victor and Nick were so wonderful to work with on our day. Together they made a beautiful wedding film that I cannot stop watching- and neither can my friends and family. We are all obsessed. Jaysin really cares about his work and his clients. He is so quick to respond to emails, and he never makes you feel like you’re bothering him. I was so eager to get our film I emailed him a few times after the wedding due to excitement and he was just as excited as me to finish the video and send it. He even sent us a gift along with our video that was so unexpected and thoughtful of him. If I ever need a video crew for anything else in life, I will not hesitate to call NightOwls!!!

Choose nightowls media!

It has taken me days to compose this review because I felt nothing I wrote would justly encompass just how truly remarkable Jaysin and his team are. I thought the best way to do this would be to break it down by categories:

VIDEO (the final product itself): I found Jaysin in 2016. I stumbled across a wedding video shared on social media (who doesn’t love a good wedding video?!) and was moved to tears by the love and emotion of the day that was brought to life by Jaysin in that video. I knew from then on out, I wanted the chance to get to work with Jaysin on my wedding day ….which came 3 years later on January 19, 2019 (That is how in love with this guy’s work I was!). Our final product was more than my husband and I could have ever hoped for. Being at the center of it all as the bride and groom, there will be elements of your day that you don’t get to see or that are easily forgotten by nerves (e.g. guest arrivals, cocktail hours, wedding party entrances etc.) It made our hearts burst to get to see and soak up every element of our wedding. The video captured ‘to a T’ just how surreal this day was for my husband and I.

CORRESPONDENCE/QOS: Jaysin has it DOWN. I don’t think I ever waited more than 10 minutes for a response from him… ever. He never left us feeling second rate, or as if we were just another client. In fact, we felt like his only clients!!! In the entire year and a half that we planned, Jaysin was available every step of the way whether it be answering questions, offering advice (Jaysin offered numerous contacts and ideas as far as photographers and even guest gift ideas!) or even just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It really was like planning a wedding with a best friend who had the answers and solutions to everything! He’s found his niche, and he’s GOOD at it.

VALUE/FLEXIBILITY: Wow. Most vendors require a rigid and structured payment plan. Jaysin leaves the payment plan in your hands. Pay as much as you want, whenever you want, however you want until the balance is paid off (my husband and I did QuickPay which was a lifesaver!) We were even given the option to pay post wedding!! Who does that?!

DAY OF: Jaysin helped in making our day feel exactly how we wanted it to feel… full of love. As a team of camera men are hovering around, it is easy to think, “Am I doing the right thing? Do I look all right? Am I saying the right thing?”
First, don’t. I hate that this is something I worried about. Jaysin will take care of it and make your video more incredible than you can imagine.
Second, after 10 minutes of him being there, you’ll forget he’s there at all! He’s extremely stealth for being 6 plus feet tall :)

Now that you’ve read this, WORK WITH JAYSIN!!! We don’t want to know what our wedding would have been without him.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Working with Jaysin and the NightOwls crew was the easiest part of our wedding. He took the time to meet with us and work with us beforehand in getting to know a little bit about our story. Jaysin is clearly passionate about his work and loves what he does, and it definitely shows in his work ethic. He always responded in a timely manner, our video was excellent quality, and he paid close detail to capture all of the little moments throughout the day that we wanted to remember forever. Jaysin is extremely talented, helpful, and was flexible in working with my photographer and other vendors, which made the process seamless.

Amazing Quality & Service!

Highly recommend! Not only did the final product turn out amazing, Jaysin was super helpful from the first time we met with him. He was very encouraging and reassuring when we went over the wedding details and helped keep me calm during the planning process which was much appreciated during such a stressful time.
Our final video looks like a movie trailer and it was put together so beautifully. My fiance and I knew right after we first met with Jaysin that we wanted to use them because Jaysin is such a genuinely caring person who truly takes pride in what he does. You will not regret booking NightOwl Media!

AMAZING!!!!!! Seriously speechless! :)

WOW WOW WOW! Seriously all I can say. We were lucky as we had NightOwls do a couple of really close friends's weddings in the past and every time a new video came out we were in awe. So when we got engaged, it was the obvious choice. I have never been so impressed in my life. The process leading up to the wedding was seamless, it was so easy to work with the team and they made us all feel comfortable. Getting back the footage was like every birthday and holiday combined. We were SO excited!! My first experience watching the video was sitting in my car, screaming, crying, laughing of pure JOY AND HAPPINESS. It was beyond words and was seriously the best 15 minute video I have ever watched. I can't every describe the number of responses, replies, comments, that we got on the video. People have sent it to every relative, friend, family member and each time we are blown away with the response. Everyone is in awe of the talent, time, and effort NightOwls put into this video. We are truly speechless, we are so excited to have this video for our entire life!!!

NightOwls Media was an amazing part of our special day as well as throughout the planning process. Jaysin was wonderful to work with. His spirit, passion and creativity was impressive. He took the time to get to know us as a couple. He made us comfortable, which is very important when you are sharing your special day with wedding vendors.

His style of videography is so unique from other videographers out there. The angles, lighting and the moments that he perfectly captures are stunning. Jaysin took the initiative to go above and beyond by taking that extra step to ensure the quality of his work. When we received our final wedding video, we could have not been more happier to know that we have our special day to watch for years to come.

Having Jaysin work with my husband and I on our wedding was a dream. Hand to God, I don't think a member of my own family would have put the time and care into the filming and editing that NightOwls did. Everything about the planning process was about getting to know my fiancee and my style, and tailoring the video to fit with that. The final video we have is so *us* that it's insane. We now have this awesome artifact from our wedding, and everyone we've shown it to (which is everyone who comes to our house and every house we go to) has said how they wish they'd worked with someone like that for their big day.

This company is run by people who love what they do, and have a passion for preserving memories. I can't say enough good things about the service, and the value that comes with a vendor who genuinely wants to do what's best for your big day. Down to the most minute details... we wanted smoke bombs for our portraits (for drama) and Jaysin knew that. So when I accidentally forgot them at the hotel, he had a backup set of them just in case because he knew that wouldn't be at the front of my mind that day. It's the little things, and it really adds up. Do yourself a favor and go with NightOwls.

Jaysin and the rest of the NightOwl crew provided the best experience for our wedding. Not only did they provide a beautiful video that we will cherish forever, they helped prepping for the wedding and day of. Jaysin helped us figure out our timeline and we were able to use him to bounce other ideas off of. He is 100% professional and having him on the day of our wedding was a god send. He helped calm down situations and was just an overall great energy to have. He feels like a part of the family and makes sure to capture the perfection of your special day. Our video was exceptional quality. The nicest in any wedding videos I have ever seen. Working with NightOwls Media was hands down the BEST investment we ever could have made for our wedding. From start to finish this company was an absolutely joy and privileged to work with. Jaysin (the owner) was totally hands on, quick to respond, and truly cared about us! He's so full of life, energy, and TALENT!! I cannot explain to you how impressed, touched, emotional, and GRATEFUL we are for the amazing work he did with our film. I have watched it a dozen times already and cry every single time!!

Aside from Jaysin being awesome, his staff is simply PHENOMENAL. We hired two shooters for the day (Victor & Eli) and they were beyond incredible!!!! Victor was by my side the entire day and Eli was with my husband. Together they captured every single moment from all angles and laughed with us along the way. They had great ideas, great attitudes, and were all around so much FUN to work with!

I could go on and on and on about how amazing this company is but you HAVE to see for yourself. Where do I even begin with Jaysin?! Amazing. Outstanding. Passionate. Creative. Dedicated. I could continue with how amazing Jaysin is from the day I reached out to him to set up my videography to the day of my wedding until the day we received our video....just perfect! Jaysin is like family now as he has done multiple family weddings. We don't know a wedding without Jaysin and we wouldn't want it any other way. From the get go we knew we were in fabulous hands with Jaysin. His energy, love for his craft, and his excitement for us as a couple was nothing short of amazing. His advise throughout the process went above and beyond Videography. Something as simple as, 'remember to take deep breaths during the day, the brain needs oxygen to remember all the special moments!' He checked in often with us, always pulse checking, to make sure we were good!

On the big day, June 10, 2017, he has his team showed up, ready to go! Their professionalism, energy, excitement to be spending the day with us was exactly what we wanted with all our vendors. By the end of the night, Jaysin and his team were basically part of the family. He and the team got along with all our vendors, which was great, everyone worked so well together. Our family and friends in the bridal party enjoyed having them around too. The constant laughter, calming effect, and overall helpfulness was above and beyond what we had expected.

The end products were nothing short of amazing, brought us to tears (happy of course), it was pure perfection! Our trailer came in perfect timing after the wedding, it allowed us to continue on with our wedding high. The final video came while we were on our honeymoon, and it was also amazing, glimpses into things we didn't see. These keepsakes are exactly what we wanted out of our special day.

NightOwls Media was referred to us by a close friend. The company had done the wedding videos for his wedding, and his two sister's. We met Jaysin (the owner) at a nearby Starbuck's to talk price, options, and video style. The meeting lasted less than an hour and Jaysin got us so much more excited for how the video would turn out. To save money, we didn't have Jaysin himself film our video, we had his colleagues. I can't imagine how much better Jaysin is, because the team he sent made a Hollywood-worthy video! In terms of payment, Jaysin was VERY flexible. We could pay the deposit in monthly increments, and the remaining balance wasn't due until after the wedding...so much less stressful! I can't speak highly enough of the end result, the music and videography is perfect. Jaysin sent the USB drive with the raw footage of the day, along with the finished video, in a beautiful box, a bottle of wine, delicious chocolates and a wine cork. So so so happy with our decision!

Jaysin and his team are unbelievable! From the very first meeting to our wedding day and even after, he was attentive, flexible, and involved in every detail. We were a couple who wanted to save by not hiring a videographer, but we second guessed ourselves after viewing Night Owls’ work. We are beyond happy with our wedding video and wouldn’t dream of having done it any differently! We also hired Night Owls for the slow motion video booth, which was absolutely worth it! Jaysin and NightOwls Media captured our wedding beautifully. Jaysin is very responsive to all questions and needs and delivered the final video in a professional, elegant package (and very quick turnaround time).

Enough can't be said about Jaysin. He's talented and wonderful to work with, almost like a friend / guest at the wedding, rather than a vendor. His easy-going, fun demeanor made us very comfortable, which resulted in a more natural and overall amazing video of the ceremony and reception. The NightOwls Team was an absolute pleasure to work with! Even though Jaysin was not able to shoot our wedding, he ensured us we would be in great hands with Christina and her team-and they were amazing!
Jaysin was there for us every step of the way, answering every question or concern we had with a speedy response. When we had to change our wedding date at the last minute, we lost our original videographer. Nightowls Media stepped up to the plate and took over. And I'm so glad they did -- I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to film my wedding. They were so kind, generous, helpful, and professional. I loved everything about our wedding, but the video was just incredible. My husband and I watch it all the time! It's definitely a keepsake that I'll treasure forever.

Everyone at NightOwls, especially Jaysin and Christina, bent over backwards for us. They went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing video and an amazing day. They spent so much time with us and really made us feel so comfortable. I really can't say enough about this crew. They were excellent. Their packages and prices are very fair and you get so much from them. They even have all these amazing little touches that really make you feel like a friend. I do not even know where to begin because Jaysin has left us speechless in every aspect. Words will never be able to describe how amazing he really is. A friend of mine hired him for her wedding, I was in tears watching her video, and at that point I knew I would hire him for my wedding one day (I wasn't even getting married at the time). Fast forward a few years to when I was planning my wedding. He is the one vendor I absolutely knew I wanted. From the moment we contacted him, he was extremely responsive and professional. He was there to answer any questions we had. Jaysin really connects with you and cares about you and your wedding day. He is very patient, kind hearted, and works extremely well with other vendors. He was honestly our greatest blessing when it came to our wedding. He edited our trailer and we received it while on our honeymoon. The song he picked turns the whole thing into a fairytale movie trailer. His talent really leaves us speechless, especially when we got our full wedding video. It's like watching a movie where I am in tears the whole time. Our video is so special to us and it's something we cherish deeply. It is amazing that we are able to go back and watch the dances, speeches, blessing, entrances, and so much more that really flew by so quickly on the actual day. The video contains different chapters and is just so well put together. I am proud to say that Jaysin made our wedding an unforgettable fairytale. I don't think we will ever be able to thank him enough. There are so many people who have said to us "I don't know what you paid for him, but he was worth every single penny." I have the chills writing this because I am so grateful for the memories he captured that will allow us to re-live our wedding day at any time in our lives and someday, share with our children. Thank you Jaysin. You are one of the most talented vendors that any bride would be extremely blessed to have.

We hired NightOwls Media as our Videographer for our wedding in July 2016. Jaysin is a super fun and creative guy! Our whole wedding party loved him and he brought so much energy and excitement. He asked us and our wedding party for suggestions too, so it felt personal and anyone could contribute. Even more personal, Jaysin interviewed us (the bride and groom) to use the voices in the background of part of the video, which further personalized the experience. Reflecting on our relationship that way was nice right before we were married! He worked super well with our photographers and other vendors too! It's kind of a dance to get various shots that work well for video and photo and he did it smoothly. Super professional and sweet and I can't imagine our day without him. 100% recommend!

What to say about NightOwls… I don’t even know where to start. I just want to say they’re/Jaysin is amazing and that’s it, because that’s all there is to it really. In every way that a wedding videographer could be awesome, it holds true for NightOwls. Then add to that other ways of awesomeness that you didn’t even think of. **mic drop**

SO many people asked us who our videographer is because they loved him and loved our video. Wedding video is brilliant, beautiful, and amazing. It captured everything that our day was and who we are as a couple. Pricing was perfect. No doubt in my mind that he was worth the money spent. I’d even gladly pay him more than his asking price, he was that good.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Jaysin and his assistant for our wedding. From the moment we booked Jaysin was very attentive and helpful with speedy responses. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable on the big day as well. They fit right in and felt like family while they were filming and if I couldn't find someone or needed anything they helped to accomplish the task. Jaysin is an effin baller. We met him through a networking group that my husband was a part of for weddings. My husband does video and we met Jaysin at this event and knew we had to have him. We weren't even engaged yet. I confirmed Jaysin as our videographer before we even had our venue booked for reals.

Our meetings with Jaysin were like having meetings with a long lost best friend. He is the more personable guy you will ever meet and he wants to make your wedding video amazing.

Our wedding day was the best. I just wanted to hang out with Jaysin the whole time. He got there early and did his thing. He was super pleasant to everyone and made the wedding day go very smoothly. He was all over the place, getting this shot, getting that shot, climbing on stuff chasing golf carts.

We had a wedding trailer within a week and it made everyone cry. We had to get married 4 months early due to my father health. Because my husband does video, he had someone film our first wedding. Jaysin incorporated our first video with our new one. It was the best thing ever. You could see my dad walking me down the asile and then my step dad. It was so emotional.

If you can afford you, you need to hire Jaysin. It is the best thing you will have spent money on for your wedding. His videos are not the old school boring videos. Just look at his portfolio. Not just anyone can have my crying at strangers wedding videos at 6am on a Saturday morning. Only Jaysin can do that. Try to find someone that cares more about your wedding day, you won't. He probably cares more than you.

I could keep going but I don't want to tear up at my desk while at work :)

During our planning for our wedding I was more adamant about hiring a videographer than my now husband and it turns out that we both agree that it was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. After discussing our wedding with Jaysin and noting his shared excitement about our wedding day we booked him right away. Jaysin not only impressed us with his professionalism and near immediate responses to our questions throughout the wedding planning process but was such a joy to have around us on our wedding day. We have both said multiple times that Jaysin is the best at his job of anyone who works and that if everyone treated their job as Jaysin does that it would be better for all. We have already watched our wedding video over 10 times and it provides such a feeling of how the day was, much better than the photos. If you are going to get your wedding day on video and you don't go with Jaysin, you will be missing out!

Jaysin was amazing to work with. He is very professional and accommodating. He always answered my emails immediately...I mean sometimes within a minute or two. He went above and beyond his role as our cinematographer and would answer any questions I had regarding the wedding and planning, and not just things that involved videography. He was always available and happy to help in any way. He has great experience and knowledge. We love our wedding trailer that he got to us right away (just days after our wedding)! He captured our wedding so beautifully. We also love our wedding video. We will definitely use Jaysin again in the future for any other occasions, and will recommend him to everyone we know! We chose Jaysin after seeing a video on someone's Facebook page. I didn't know the couple, but the video made me tear up. My photographer told me "you'll know you picked the right videographer when they make you cry at stranger's videos". This is true! I immediately emailed Jaysin who was VERY responsive (I don't think he ever sleeps). We met in person, and he was so interested in our story and his personality shines right through. We knew it was a perfect match. On our wedding day, Jaysin made me feel comfortable and like the most beautiful bride in the world. I was a little worried about having a camera on me all day, but to be honest, I barely noticed! Neither did our guests, which is a plus because it allows them to be themselves without worrying about a camera. He made it seem so natural. Jaysin was a pretty fun wedding guest, too :). He got down on the dance floor with us! We just received our online 2 song edit, and we were completely blown away by the finished product. We knew he was talented, but he surpassed our expectations and then some. He made our wedding look even more magical than it felt. So many emotions captured just perfectly that day and I can't stop watching! We will be receiving our blu-ray DVDs within the next week or so, and I know we will be just as impressed as we were with our online edit, if not more. Thank you so much Jaysin. These videos will be cherished for a lifetime, and it is so great to be able to relive the best day of our lives, all thanks to you!

Out of all the vendors we used for our wedding, NightOwls Media was THE BEST to work with. We met Jaysin for the first time during our friends' wedding last year, and knew instantly that we wanted him to film our wedding too. Jaysin not only filmed and put together our proposal video, but he was also the videographer for our wedding. Jaysin is responsive, happy, friendly, understanding, confident, hard-working, fun, talented and just all-around AMAZING. Jaysin was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with for our wedding! From the moment we met him, his kindness rand generosity radiated and we instantly wanted him as part of our wedding. He patiently listened to everything we wanted and was flexible with any shots or edits we wanted. Above all, it felt like Jaysin was part of the party the entire time! Our wedding party loved him and we loved having him there to film our special day and special moments. He seemed like a friend that was just joining us.

When it came to editing and putting together our video (and answering our endless questions!),Jaysin was super quick and responsive. He was able to make any small changes we requested. And the video came together so fast! We received the video within a a month and a half of our wedding.

Overall, Jaysin's kindness, creativity, talent, energy (boy, is he hardworking on the day of the wedding- running around to get the best shots and thinking outside of the box AND even working together with the photographer to ensure the best film and photos!) makes him a top notch videographer! In fact, once we finalized the video, I was sad that our working relationship came to an end.

No words could truly express our gratitude for your work, and more importantly, YOU! You have been so involved in our wedding, from the very beginning. With that said... I feel like it's only fair to write you a review for three stages: before, during, and after our wedding. :)

Let me preface this with saying, I am obsessed with all things video and photo when it comes to weddings, even before getting engaged... so I was SUPER picky in choosing my videographer. After weeding out DOZENS of potential videographers, and watching hours of his wedding trailers, I set up an appointment to meet with Night Owls.

Another preface: this review will sound like I am writing a review about a friend. I did not know Jaysin, at all before meeting him professionally, so I am truly reviewing upon our professional relationship... which in the end... he will turn out to be a great friend of yours. :)

BEFORE our wedding: Upon meeting Jaysin, we were met with the biggest smile, and an even bigger heart. Jaysin's excitement for his work, as well as people is unreal. All wedding vendors have to act like they are excited when meeting a couple, it's part of their job. But Jaysin? I truly felt like he was beyond ecstatic from a deep genuine place... we fell in love with him instantly. He was so excited to hear our story and I instantly felt like he was our biggest fan. His presentation was well organized, detailed, and exciting. We didn't look any further, signed him on the spot. He encouraged us to be sure, he didn't want us to feel obligated to sign. NO WAY, we are signing! LOVED HIM! Throughout the wedding planning process, Jaysin was as involved as any of my friends. Helped throw me other wedding vendor recommendations, helped talk with me to make some detailed decisions, even helped me through a timeline crisis at 12am the week of my wedding. A videographer doesn't need to do any of this... he genuinely wants to help and WILL help and will calm down any of you

Jaysin is absolutely the most amazing videographer!!! He was the first vendor we booked once we got engaged. Jaysin had filmed my cousin's wedding video a few years ago. From the moment I watched my cousin's video, I knew I had to have Jaysin for my wedding day! His work is absolutely amazing and he really knows how to capture the most beautiful moments of your wedding day so you can cherish these memories forever! So I never actually got to use Nightowl Media because they were booked the day of our wedding. My photographers Cathy and Jeff from Unposed photography Suggested them for us but they were booked. However Jaysin helped me tremendously and did ask anything of me to do so. When I found out that they were booked the day of our wedding my husband and I decided to just use our GoPro and Jaysin sent me a 3 page email with set by set directions on how to set everything up and all the equipment that I needed to buy. He did all of this just to be helpful and he really is!! So i can imagine how amazing he is if he was actually being paid an working with someone because how much he helped me and didn't expect anything in return is amazing. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone i can!!

Where to even begin.... Upon first meeting Jaysin, I knew right away he was the guy we wanted to capture our day. It was obvious that he does this because it's a complete passion of his, and it's very evident and clear by the absolutely amazing work he does. He is fantastic to work with... responsive, and just made things easier (which when planning a wedding is ALWAYS a bonus!).
Our video beyond exceeded our expectations! I can't even put into words how much my husband and I adore it! We keep watching it and watching it and watching it... and crying, and watching it more! Jaysin captured our day perfectly in every way, and gave us the best gift ever, the gift of being able to re-live our best day ever, forever. I would recommend Jaysin to anyone, hands down, and am sad to not be working with him anymore. He deserves way more than 5 stars!!! He is the best!!

Jaysin doesn't deserve 5 stars, he deserves about 100+!

From start to finish, my experience with NightOwls Media has been nothing but flawless. I cannot speak highly enough of Jaysin. I came across his work through a family friend who used him for her wedding. Upon watching some of his wedding trailers, I found myself crying my eyes out to people I had never met. Why? Because Jaysin has a unique and unmatched ability to capture the very essence and love of a couple through his videography and editing. I knew I had to book him! He has a gift I have not seen any other videographers even come close to meeting.

My wedding day was the first time I ever met Jaysin, and within moments he made me feel comfortable in front of the camera. Throughout the day, he was the perfect blend of fun and upbeat, but never obtrusive or in the way. By the end of the day, my parents, in-laws, and wedding party LOVED him! I was shocked at how quickly he got us the first edit of our video. Of course, it was flawless!

I couldn't wait to get our final product in the mail. I was absolutely blown away when I opened the box from NightOwls Media. The whole package was just incredible. Jaysin is, without a doubt, one of the most thoughtful, kind-hearted, and hard working people not only in the industry, but that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Jaysin was absolutely our favorite vendor, which is saying something considering I was very lucky with my choices, and would rate ALL my vendors 5/5.

I could go on for pages about how wonderful Jaysin is, but the proof is in his work. I will just say this: hiring NightOwls Media was the BEST decision we made in our wedding plans. I happened to run across one of Jaysin's (NightOwls) highlight trailers on my Facebook wall. I am a wedding planner and was curious about what his work was all about. By the end of the video, I was balling! It was the most beautiful wedding video I had ever seen. I had to watch it over and over again because you felt the emotions thru the video. It was such an unreal and happy experience. I knew at that point he was going to be my videographer. Not only does his work speak for itself but then you meet him and find out he is the nicest guy ever. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made you feel at ease on the day of the wedding and you never noticed he was around. You would think having a tall man with a camera around would be kind of intrusive but I swear he was like a fly on a wall! Another thing about Jaysin is that he is so unbelievably happy for you on your day that you feel he is a close friend or family member. His happiness puts you at ease and just makes the day so pleasant. So enough about Jaysin as a person - let's talk about the video! As a wedding planner and bride I am convinced that every bride should have a videographer, and not any videographer...NightOwls Media. It will be the best investment to remember your day. Its great to be able to relive the memories and see the day unfold as a bystander. When my husband and I started planning our wedding, Jaysin and Night Owls Media were the first people we booked. Jaysin had done the video for my brother's wedding, and I was so impressed (and had watched it so many times) that I knew that I had to have him video ours.

Jaysin drove all the way to meet us at my parents house, and we immediately clicked. He is kind, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond what a videographer would be expected to do.

Our wedding video is perfect. The three minute clip, and the twenty minute cut and both perfect encapsulations of our day. There is simply nothing that I would have changed. Jaysin is worth every single penny because now I have this video that I can watch whenever I want, and will be able to show to my kids one day. I have cried nearly every time that I have watched the video. It is a perfect product. He also did all of the song choices for us, which was a great choice. I would have never thought of the songs that he picked, but they were PERFECT.

We were also blown away by the customer service we received. Jaysin made us feel as though ours was the only wedding he has ever cared about. We were never just another customer. Jaysin is someone who you can tell picked the right profession, because he simply exudes passion for his job, and it comes through in the final product.

We also had a blast with Jaysin during the planning parts. As much as the day of the wedding was so important to me, so enjoying the planning part because it is such a longer period of time.

We feel so blessed to have had Jaysin film our wedding. I recommend him with my whole heart!!

When my husband and I went about booking vendors for our October wedding we first and foremost wanted people that we genuinely liked - after all, we would be spending more time with them on our wedding day than most everyone else. Which is why I have to talk about Jaysin as a person before his talent. Jaysin and I hit it off! He is the joyful, outgoing, goofy, friendly and warm person that you cannot help but like! Jaysin "loves love" - he cried more times at our wedding than Vince and I did. :) He understood us as individuals and as a couple and we knew we wanted to spend our wedding with him.

So if who he is as a person doesn't make you want to hire him then his end-product will!! He took a 9 hour filming session and put it into the most spectacular 9 minutes of wedding video that I have ever seen! He captured all the love and fun that we had that day and our bridal party loved him too! I knew our wedding video would be good - I had seen the samples he sent, but never do you think your wedding video will be THAT good. He recommended a song, that admittedly, we were hesitant on, but the song absolutely made the video and worked so perfectly. And he turned around the video in about two weeks!! He is so talented! There are just not enough positive things to say!

He is also responsive and professional. He was respectful of our budget and we worked together to make sure we had the best bang for our buck. Looking back on it... he was a STEAL for what he provided. So many brides are cutting their video budgets or cutting it out altogether, and before my own wedding I could see why. The videos of our parents' generation were long and boring and they would take 3-4+ hours to watch. Why would you spend money on something you think you will never watch? Believe me when I say you and your friends and family will watch Jaysin's work over and over and over! Trust me - this is so worth your time and money. I would hire Jaysin again in a heartbeat!

I cannot believe it has taken me a year to write this review! We are celebrating our one year anniversary today by watching our video. We love how it captured our day so perfectly. It's amazing to us how many times we have watched it throughout the last year. We watch it when we need a little reminder of just how much we love eachother, and what brought us here in the first place! Where to start?!? Jaysin and his team were absolutely phenomenal on our wedding day. I learned of NightOwl when I did a Google search for our venue and his video popped up. We contacted Jaysin talked with him about what we were looking for. He was really nice to talk to and was very respectful of the budget we were hoping to stick with. After the initial phone conversation, it just felt like the right fit. We didn't actually meet Jaysin in person until our wedding day (because we felt so confident from the beginning!) but he was extremely quick to reply to emails regarding any questions I had. On the day of the wedding he added such a fun positive presence to the day. He worked extremely well with our photographers who later told me that also had a such a great time working with Jaysin! We got the short edit while on our honeymoon and I couldn't believe how beautiful it was! There were a few small mistakes during the ceremony but you would never have known by the video footage. It was edited to perfection. We have since shown the longer version to our family and friends and have had nothing but compliments. One of the great things about the video is that the long video is a "collage" of the night, incorporating the venue, ceremony, reception, speeches, and dances but is still condensed. However you still have the ceremony, speeches, and dances in their entirety organized into chapters on the DVD. Our wedding planner was so impressed with NightOwl that she is now recommending them to her clients. Hiring a videographer, specifically Jaysin, was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment my husband and I met Jaysin from Night Owls Media to the moment we received our final DVD in the mail the quality of service we received was outstanding. Jaysin was energetic and passionate about his work from the beginning. We found Jaysin randomly while searching for a videographer and decided to take a chance as we didn't have any prior referrals. It was the best chance we took while planning the wedding. We were unsure if we wanted a videographer until we met Jaysin and he designed a package that worked for US. The wedding trailer we received within days of the wedding was nothing short of AMAZING. To say we watched it over and over is an understatement.

He delivered on the wedding video in a way we couldn't have imagined. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows in his work. He was very TIMELY on the delivery of our cinematic edit with special features video which arrived 7 weeks after our wedding and was perfect :)

He was personable throughout the process and very responsive. As a bride having Jaysin reach out to me to confirm details of the wedding more than a month away was refreshing. He was by far my most responsive vendor and brought a smile to everyone that he encountered during the wedding day. Many of our family and friends reached out to tell us how great he was at the wedding and how much they enjoyed the trailer and video.

Just 2 months after my wedding I look back and thank my lucky stars I came across their company as the work they provided me is still being talked about to date by my guests.

Responsiveness: As a bride you want all of your vendors to give you their sole attention...after all as a bride you are spending a lot of money on the big day and you want everything to be perfect. My contact with NightOwls Media, Jaysin, replied to every single email I sent (and I send A LOT of emails) within literally minutes.

Attitude/Professionalism: Jaysin was the KINDEST person to work with. Every thought I shared with him about my wedding he was so nice and offered recommendations from previous work to enhance the final product to make it the best it could possibly be.

Value: My guests were "blown away" by the Same Day Edit video that we played during our reception. The footage and editing technique that captured quite an emotional day was literally the best I had ever seen. We shared the video with our facebook family and friends and received over 1200 views. 30 people commented that it was the best video they had ever seen. This feedback came from mostly people we had lost touch with and who owed us nothing. Their genuine feedback and compliments meant the world to us.

I am so lucky I stumbled across Jaysin and NightOwls Media. Once your wedding is over all you have are the photographs and the videography to help relive the day. Is obsessed too strong of a word to use to describe your videographer?? Jaysin is hands down, the.best.ever! He doesn't just love weddings, he loves YOUR wedding. From the start, he makes you feel like the most important couple in the world--like no one else in the world could possibly be getting married because YOU ARE.

I first met Jaysin when he was capturing the perfection of my sister's wedding in August 2013. He was such a breath of fresh air to watch work. He is never pushy and thinks of things you never would have thought of to be included in your wedding video. Her wedding ran late and he offered to stay and make up the time. It was like, that night, she was the more important than anything else he might have had to do. The next day, my now husband proposed to me and my wedding planning begun. Obviously there was no question who my videographer would be. Jaysin offered to hold my supposed date until I had figured out definitively where and when I wanted to get married.

On our wedding day, my husband and I were surprised with a flash mob. Jaysin captured the whole event and surprised us with a video of it while we were on our honeymoon. My husband and I must have watched it over and over again on our phone in Jamaica--balling our eyes out. Then there is the wedding trailer. Holy #%&!, hands down the best 5 1/2 minutes of my life. It was posted 4 days after the wedding (like, what?? you're not real Jaysin). The full video is best described as a recreation of the entire wedding. I saw things in the wedding video that I didn't have time to enjoy the day of. I'm so happy to have this amazing memory to hold on to for the rest of my life!!

The day after my wedding, my new sister-in-law became engaged and I am happy to say she will be using Jaysin for her wedding next summer. I hope my family finds a way to keep up this trend because I cannot get enough of Jaysin. He is so talented and deserves nothing but the highest praise. I'm OBSESSED <3

I saw Jaysin’s work from two of my great friend’s weddings and I have never seen the quality of video taking produced by Jaysin anywhere, period. I knew I had to have Jaysin as our cinematographer for our wedding day. He was very easy to get a hold of and he made sure he answered all my questions. Jaysin is such a great guy who was very enthusiastic about his work and made sure that we had a great time on our wedding day. It was like we knew him our whole lives, laughing and having fun while taking great shots on our wedding day. Jaysin was great at letting everyone be themselves and using everyone from the wedding party to produce absolutely fantastic video scenes throughout the day. He has already made the preview trailer from our wedding day and we have had countless friends and family members respond saying they cried because of the quality and beauty represented in the creativity/music selection of the video. I work in the wedding industry and have pretty much seen everything that videographers have to offer. Having known Jaysin for several years, I immediately knew that I had to have Jaysin film my wedding. If he was unavailable on the day I chose, I would have changed my wedding date to fit his schedule. Jaysin is that good. When we started out this whole wedding production, I was more than willing to skimp on a videographer to save the money. Now that we've worked with Jaysin of Night Owls Media, I'm like, "What else can I have him work on us with? What else needs to be taped?!?" I'm ready to pack him in my suitcase and take him on our honeymoon!

Everything from Jaysin was top notch. He had our wedding trailer done in less than a week, and it pretty much blew us away. My mom doesn't cry at sentimental stuff, but she she totally bawled her eyes out. Which is typically the reaction Jaysin's work gets. We actually met with him first because my stepmother cried seeing his trailer with perfect strangers! THAT'S how good he is at capturing the emotion and the moment, that you get all choked up for people you don't even know. When it's your own wedding? Yeah, prep the tissues; you'll need them! And he does whatever he has to in order to get the right angle for the video – the man was laying down in the middle of the street at night in Joliet! Serious dedication to his art.

Jaysin was not only an outstanding professional, he was just the sweetest vendor we could ask for. Knowing that our wedding had a Disney theme, he added special "magic" touches throughout the videos and 100% embraced the fairy tale aspect we were trying to convey. He literally clapped his hands during our initial meeting when we told him it was "Beauty and the Beast" themed! He truly has been excited to be a part of our wedding – he even cried when he saw me in my dress the whole time! I can't recommend him enough, and have even turned into like a "pusher," trying to convince all of my soon-to-be-married friends that their weddings NEED Jaysin! He gave us the perfect way to remember our wedding, something every bride should have.

Wedding planning creates stress and so you want people around you that calm you down and have an outgoing personality. He is one of those people. He truly makes an effort to get to know you as a couple and becomes a friend fast. He could sell paper and we would buy it from him because his service and response time is that great.
On top of his dedication to your special day, he has an impressive education and work resume. Videographers for weddings have such a wide range of skill sets and he is on the top when it comes to training and experience. He uses a cinematic editing style which allows your wedding video to look for editorial and frankly enjoyable to watch. He was quick in getting us our proof to review and our final package included champagne, a nice note, stickers, extra copies, etc. So thoughtful!

I don't know that I can adequately express just how truly lucky we feel to have had Jaysin and NightOwls Media be part of our wedding. From our initial encounter via email when I inquired about pricing and availability Jaysin was prompt, professional and exuded an energy that few people have. Jaysin was always quick to respond to every email with excitement and fervor, which he exhibited throughout the entire process including planning, filming our day and compiling the videos. We had a very long wedding day, well over 12 hours and he had a smile on his face the entire time. Jaysin's enthusiasm and passion are exceeded only by his amazing talent; not just for capturing a moment on film but for capturing the essence and emotion within the moment. Plus, he is like a ninja, you really never realize he’s there, which is a shame because he is seriously somebody you want to be friends with and hang out with, but he captures every single moment, even things you didn't realize happened. For example, during our wedding ceremony my husband and I both wiped a tear from our eye in unison, it looked like it was orchestrated, we had no idea the other had done that until we saw the video because Jaysin caught it. Those special little touches are exactly what sets him apart from everyone else and is precisely what every couple wants on their wedding day. If we could only have one record of our wedding day, the highlight trailer Jaysin put together would be it; it perfectly encapsulates the entire day. Luckily, we have the entire video. My husband and I, our families and friends are all in vehement agreement that the single best thing we did for our wedding was to have Jaysin record the day for us. We also highly recommend getting the slow motion photo booth that he offers. Our guests loved creating it and watching it. It is something we will cherish forever.

I have never seen a more dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic person as Jaysin is about his job! We were unsure if we wanted to have a video made of our wedding day at first and thought a photographer would be enough. We were so wrong! I recommend any bride on a budget who is considering this service to most definitely go with Jaysin's services.

Jaysin filmed both my sister's and I weddings this past summer 34 days apart. After the second wedding I felt like he was part of our family! He makes you feel so comfortable and truly captures the moment. We received our trailer within days of our wedding and were so pleased with it. It was shocking because Jaysin really does work hard all hours of the day and night. If you ever have any questions or concerns he will get back to you immediately. Even though my sister and I had videos made within weeks of each other, they were completely different and captured our unique personalities and the mood and vibe of each of our weddings. Each wedding Jaysin films is a one of a kind masterpiece!

Once we chose our songs he put together our wedding proof right away. I could not believe his work and the talent he has for getting the perfect shot of every moment. It was as if we were movie stars! The way he incorporates songs with his shots captures all of the emotions we were feeling that day. It is a keepsake we will cheerish forever.

If you are thinking about a videographer, you need to choose Jaysin. The value you will get from your video is worth triple the price you will pay for his services, which are very reasonable and affordable. You will get a beautiful DVD that captures your entire experience.

Working with Jaysin at NightOwlsMedia was overall one of the best wedding experiences for us. He was uber responsive (and I was a very needy, control freak, OCD bride....that says A LOT!) He was very sweet, friendly and energetic on our wedding day, and eager to put together a fabulous video. He thought of things that I had not even asked him to do (unlike my horrific photographer) and sent us the proof video very quickly after the wedding. The best part was that he was able to work to give us a fantastic video with the budget we had at the time (he has several different packages available, and can mix and match services). The video made me cry! I loved every minute of it! I love receiving a Christmas card from him, as well as champagne when our actual video came. How thoughtful! I will definitely work with him in the future, as well as ask him for more still shots from our wedding....they turned out 1000% better than my photos did, that's for sure! Future brides- if you are on the fence, this is the one aspect of your wedding worth investing in that I promise you won't regret. After our dog's surgeries, we almost cut this part out, until my co-worker, who was married a few short months before me, INSISTED I at least talk to him. I'm happy to share my video if anyone every needs another reference. :)

So Jaysin is the best most awesome video guy ever. Everyone at my wedding, including my husband who is super skeptical of wedding videos, said that working with Jaysin was the best money we spent on the day. Even on the day, he was so wonderful, patient, kind and easy to work with. He really has such a talent for motion picture. It helps to know that I am also a fellow wedding photographer, and have worked side by side with Jaysin. Having shot over 200 weddings myself, I have had the opportunity to work with many talented video folks and I chose Jaysin to shoot my wedding. So if that doesn't say something, I don't know what does. Even my best friend always asks to watch my wedding video when she comes over! Normally, you assume that people will maybe watch your wedding video once and then be over it, but nope, people love it, again and again and again! On the day of your wedding, it goes by so fast, you don't get to absorb it all. But with video and someone like Jaysin, all those memories, all the speeches, your vows, you get to hear again, and you get to relive it all. It is a big deal, and so is Jaysin. I refer him to EVERY one of my brides now!! I can’t say enough great things about Jaysin and NightOwls Media. From the minute we inquired about his services, Jaysin was extremely quick to respond and passionate about making our video perfect. Throughout the entire process, Jaysin continuously went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing wedding video. Even when we had some issues with shooting at the church, he kept his cool and found a way to get amazing shots of the ceremony. He was genuinely so glad to be a part of the day and was fun to be around. He was never intrusive and worked well with our photographer to ensure they both got great shots.

We just received our video and have already received so many compliments on it. I couldn't possibly say enough positive things about Jaysin. A videographer was very important to me personally because I just fall apart at wedding videos and I wanted to do that for my own. I watched videos created by companies that would have charged me 5x what Jaysin did, and his trailer of my wedding (which is all I've received so far) is far better than those others. Besides being so dedicated to his work, truly genuine in his passion for what he does and his love for weddings and love, being completely professional and meeting and exceeding all expectations.. the thing I appreciated about him most is that on a day when I barely remember details of things and feel like I must have dreamt the whole thing because I only remember bits and pieces.. he captured ALL of the important details. He took note of everything that might be important to me and my husband and our families, and he captured those things to make sure that we can see them forever even if we missed them that night. His ability to predict what things may be important to the individual couple and their family is just astonishing. The timing of our wedding was significantly off for reasons I still don't know, but he made it work and then offered to stay later to ensure he got enough footage.. which was something you can't think about as a bride because there are too many other things going on, so for him to approach me and ask if he should stay was amazing because I never had to think of that.. he did it for me. I really wanted to call him family at the end of the night. I can't say enough good things.. he worked exceptionally well with my photographer. He was so respectful and worked WITH her for the most part instead of alongside her, in that he would help her get good shots in addition to just not getting in her way all night. Go with Jaysin.. he is an investment in the documentation of your love the way you wish you could put it into words. Love him!

Jaysin is amazing! I have never seen someone work so hard to ensure someone else's happiness. My husband and I could not have asked for anything else from Jaysin. He worked closely with our photographer to make sure they both got what they wanted. Jaysin literally ran behind our golf cart in 85 degree July heat to get the footage. We had our trailer Monday morning after our Saturday wedding. What a treat! Our proof DVD came in the mail less than 2 weeks after the wedding and he was more than willing to make any edits that we wanted. Jaysin was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY we paid him. We received so many complements on his work from friends, family and guests. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to any bride looking for a videographer. I can't wait to watch our video every anniversary. He has given us a living memory that we will have forever.

I have only received the trailer of my video, and I absolutely love it! Jaysin did such an awesome job shooting my wedding. The trailer looks like a real movie trailer. Jaysin is truly talented at what he does! Everyone has said they are so jealous of my wedding video!

From the moment we met Jaysin we liked him immediately; he is very professional and extremely artistic. The day of our wedding he was extremely helpful, his suggestions and comments made the pictures and video very pleasant to watch on the finished product. I’m a very hard person to impress and my expectations are never met. Jaysin’s work was above and beyond anything I expected; I was so impressed of the way he capture the wedding, he did it in such a way that makes you say “This was my wedding” when you sit down with family and friends to watch the video. Even though our wedding was almost 2 year ago, Jaysin has left a lasting impression. From the first time that we met at a Caribou i not only found the best videographer for my wedding, but also a friend Jaysin has a ton of energy and is solely dedicated in giving you everything you could need to complete that very special day. 2 days after my wedding, he had a quick wedding trailer done for me VIA Viemo (http://vimeo.com/29406773) and to this day i still receive a ton of compliments from family on how artistically beautiful our wedding DVDs were. We ordered both styles of DVDS and the uncut version. It is so cool the way he made our wedding look like a movie quoting "best romantic film" on the front. I love how involved he made us in the creative process, picking songs and finding the right music for certain parts of the dvd. Planning a wedding is so stressful, choose Jaysin with Night Owls Media, he was on time, and was the last to go home. His charming personality kept me and my bridal party cool and relaxed early on in the day and his professionalism has left me with the most valuable keepsake of the happiest day of my life!

Throughout our wedding planning process, we had decided early on that we did not want to have a videographer, as we thought it would be a distraction and something that wasn't necessary if we already had a photographer. However, during the last few weeks leading up to our wedding, after being told by countless people how they loved their wedding video, we started to reconsider. Our wedding planner, 2-3 weeks before our wedding, recommended Jaysin at Night Owls to us.

Because of the rushed booking, we actually did not meet Jasyin until the day of our wedding. We did e-mail with him, and he was really wonderful about being booked so last minute, and willing to negotiate a bit on price, which was really nice.

We had hired Jaysin just to film our ceremony and through our first dance. We were pleasantly surprised that he did arrive about a half hour before the ceremony and did get some footage of the preparations, which was really nice. Having not discussed much of what we had wanted from our video beforehand, we weren't really sure what to expect when viewing the video, but we definitely loved it. He did capture some small moments among the big speeches and dances that we really loved, and we liked his creativity in the editing, as well.

I think the thing that blew us away about Jaysin was his attitude. On our wedding day, he may have been even more excited than us - he seemed so genuinely happy to be a part of the day and enthusiastic that he felt as if he was almost a part of our bridal party! You can really tell he has a passion for what he does, and is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was able to go with the flow when there were a few glitches in our day, and actually manage to capture cool footage during those times as well. From start to finish, it was an absolute delight working with Jaysin - I would recommend hiring him as a wedding videographer, and book him as soon as possible - don't wait until the last minute like we did!

Jaysin at Night Owls Media was by far the BEST investment we made for our wedding day. I highly recommend using a videographer to capture the moments that pictures simply cannot. Jaysin cares so passionately about his craft and it comes across in his work. By the looks of the final product, you would think there were 5 videographers at our wedding - but Nope! Only ONE! Jaysin was running around getting all of the right shots - he is so extremely talented and creative. Trust me you will not be disappointed booking with him. He lets you relax and enjoy your wedding without having to worry. I really could not have been any happier. Plus, when I was shopping around for other videographers he is BY FAR the best value for your investment. He is extremely responsive and truly listens to what you are saying. At the end of the day, he just wants you to be happy! Plus during the final editing process, he was sweet enough to make a last minute edit (which I had mistakenly forgot to tell him earlier), and he did it without hesitation. I was referred to NightOwls Media by good friend who also used them for her wedding. The quality and artistic talent of their work made us want to consider them for our own wedding, but meeting Jaysin made us book them immediately. NightOwls strived for our happiness and our comfort in everything they do. We were beyond impressed with the value of their services and the options they provided us with. We originally did not want a videographer, but now we couldn't imagine our wedding without them. To have the option of a BluRay video made it all the better! Even though our wedding is done, we plan to use them again in the future for other special events. We would recommend them to anyone consider hiring a videographer.

Jaysin is the absolute best in the business!!! He is the most kind and caring man and will make you feel so comfortable. He is extremely passionate about what he does, and you will see this from the first time you speak w/ him and until after your wedding. He worked so hard and got every single special moment that could have been captured. He will work harder than anyone else and care more about you, your special day and making you happy than anyone else will! Most importantly... the video he produced was the most amazing, magical thing I have ever viewed... He synchs everything up so it goes perfectly with the music and picks all of the best highlights from the night. It is just unbelievable. Lastly, my fiance and I had initially decided we weren't going to hire a videographer since we were on a budget, but changed our minds at the last minute and I could not be happier!! I cannot imagine not having this video. You can cut back on flowers or anything else, but don't skip this. I can go on and on, but the point is.. you have to work with him!!!

We decided to hire a videographer about 1 week before the wedding. I saw a video that Jaysin created, and emailed him immediately. Amazingly, Jaysin was available for our date, and it was the BEST decision we made. It was truly meant to be. He was so friendly/funny/outgoing/helpful/enthusiastic (I could go on and on...).

Jaysin and Andrea were awesome to work with on the day of the wedding. They worked with the photographers and got such creative shots. Two days after the wedding, we already received the wedding trailer, and it was BEAUTIFUL. We got such amazing feedback from our family & friends. It brought tears to many eyes! We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I booked Jaysin based off of his work (after seeing one trailer video of someone I knew) and had not known him personally at this point. I did not even LOOK at any other videographer. I took a chance and could not be more happy with him overall. He was so easy to talk to and always available when I had a question. He helped me with other things besides the video and could not have been more happy with the outcomes. I trust any advice and any referral from Jaysin. They say you surround yourself with good people and all the referrals for me from Jaysin were "almost" as good as him! : ) In his work, you can see the love for what he does. Hiring Night Owls for our videography was one of the best things we did for our wedding. I can’t rave enough about Jaysin. Where do I even begin? He’s incredibly talented and his work is breathtaking. Jaysin doesn’t just film your wedding, he captures every moment in the most beautiful and artistic way possible. The video we have of our wedding took our breath away. It dramatically illustrates the raw emotion of the day while catching every little detail that we never want to forget. There is no doubt in my mind that his talent is the best out there. His work blows every other wedding video I've seen out of the water. As far as working with Jaysin, he was our favorite vendor. He was very professional, attentive to detail, on time and really, really cared about the work that he was doing. Jaysin would get excited about little moments throughout the entire day and it was amazing knowing he cared as much as we did about our wedding video. My husband calls him a big teddy bear…he says that Jaysin was just the nicest guy in the world to work with and he’s absolutely right. From his incredible work to his professional and passionate work ethic, Jaysin was undoubtedly the best vendor at our wedding. And he was the best vendor after our wedding too. Jaysin and his team of videographers and editing staff were one of the highlights of our wedding! Not only were they on time and professional, Jaysin put my husband, family, and friends at ease and kept the whole day running smoothly and definitely created an atmosphere of fun. Within just a few days of our wedding, Jaysin posted a preview of his work, and had all of our friends and family singing his praises... we have already forwarded his information to many people planning weddings in the coming year! We enjoyed using Jaysin from NightOwls Media for our wedding day! From the second my husband and I inquired with with him, Jaysin was quick to respond and very accommodating with his packages to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted within our already over budget wedding. We met for an hour or so before booking to go over all of the details- Jaysin made us feel very relaxed and comfortable (a neccessisity for an natural-looking video). We then kept in contact the months following up to the wedding with any questions that I had or any questions that he had. He was quick to respond (if he was not out shooting other video, many of our responses came rather quickly!). On the wedding day, Jaysin was going to meet us at the ceremony- as the limo pulled up, Jaysin was outside, ready to go. He really was there from the beginning, shooting as I was getting out of the limo. He captured the perfect moments, including the vows during the ceremony, that came out perfectly clear in the video. We had a blast with him and his ideas during the outdoor photoshoot between the ceremony and reception. He had great ideas that turned out so awesome on the video! Jaysin made sure that he didn't leave the reception until all key video components were captured (we were running a little late). He was full of energy, apparently (we didn't even notice!) running around the dance floor to capture all the fun (and humorous) moments. After the wedding, Jaysin got right to work. Our best man sang a song for us as his speech, and Jaysin thought it would it would be fun to send us the audio via e-mail just to enjoy while we were waiting for the video. He did all the little things that just made our experience over-the-top!! Within 30 days our video proof came in the mail, and it is just phenomenal. He even matched up parts of video with lyrics to the songs we chose (my favorite being the lyrics "teach them to fly" to my brother tossing my niece (and flower girl) in the air on the dance floor). His creativitiy is unbelievable! We definitely need to find a reason to book NightOwls Media again!

We loved working with Jaysin. I chose him because of all the videographers, they seemed the most artistic. We got our video trailer within 3 days of the wedding and everyone loved it. There were so many cool shots and he really makes it fit the music you choose. We have gotten so many compliments on our video. We can honestly say there is nothing we would have wanted Jaysin to do differently. He always responded to our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. As for his work, it speaks for itself. Videography was out of the question for our wedding. We really did not like anything we saw and didn't feel like it was worth the money. Then I found Jaysin... and everything changed. It turned into a must have! His cinematic style perfectly matched our vision. He took into account both our needs and the uniqueness of the venue. We can NOT say a bad thing about working with him. If you don't use him, it completely your loss!!

A. Maz. Ing. Jaysin was among our favorite vendors. He was super on time, super thoughtful, super accommodating, just all around stellar. He also saved the day by producing a laptop for us to use when the hall neglected to do so as asked. And I have heard nothing but rave reviews of our wedding trailer from friends and family and even strangers who our mothers decide would like to view the thing :)

My friend who is a professional training video producer for a major corporation also told me that the camera work, angles, etc. really showed that it was done "by a guy who knows his stuff." Hire Jaysin, like, right now.

Night Owls was GREAT! We contacted them a few weeks before the wedding but they were open and they accommodated us - thank God! My husband and I agree that this was probably the BEST investment we made for our wedding - they made a video that truly captured the day. Jaysin was amazing to work with~He was professional, very courteous, punctual, very attentive to detail and always very easy to get into contact with.

We were very impressed with him by the get-go as the night of our consultation there was a terrible storm. About a half hour before our appt. I called to check and make sure he would still be able to meet us and was pleasantly surprised to hear that he was already at Starbucks---he had planned ahead for the weather and had arrived early...that was very impressive to us because he had driven all the way from Aurora to Buffalo Grove in a terrible storm in rush hour.

My husband and I selected many of our vendors based on referrals from married friend. While we didn't know anyone personally that had used Jaysin, he was so incredibly genuine and professional that we went with our gut and booked him. And we are so happy we did!

Jaysin did a terrific job on my wedding day! He even came to take footage at the beauty salon!!! My husband was like...oh you can't ask him to do that, that would be horrible for any guy! Jaysin was a terrific sport however and everyone commented on how nice he was and how it was going to be so cool to have that footage.

I really can't say enough great things about this company.
