Smooth Process

I didn't think I needed a wedding planner because I had booked all our vendors and did so much already but then we saw "day of coordinator" and I knew I needed that.

Our package included 2 phone calls after the initial meeting. What I loved was that she was always available and flexible to my work schedule which I appreciated. Even before COVID happened, Nicole was on top of our vendor list so she could reach out to them when it came closer to our date. When COVID happened, she reached out to see what she could do and made herself available if we needed anything. I'm sure we exceeded our 2 phone calls and there were countless emails back and forth but planning a wedding during a pandemic is already so stressful, I really appreciated having a coordinator during that time.

Nicole came with us to our final venue meeting so she could see the venue and ask any questions. She also set up all our wedding accessories exactly like my email and even went as far as texting me the morning of when a place card didn't match the table numbers. Due to COVID we cut some tables but the place cards were already made but I appreciated her double checking. She also handled all the vendor tips. The only hiccup that I know about was the wedding party order. I forgot to give her the order/pairings of the bridal party, only our officiant had that, and with the exception of the Maid of Honor and Best Man, the bridal order was backwards. Other than that everything went smoothly(as smooth as could be in a pandemic) and Nicole was a huge weight off my shoulders!

Great experience!

Thank you very much for organizing and managing our wedding. We loved the whole event!

We especially appreciate that you helped us get everything done in such a brief timeframe. Who knew that planning even a small wedding could have so many details. You were always positive and encouraging. You always made us feel that we would get it all done in time. You found us great vendors and coordinated their participation. You were there with us on the day of the event making sure that everything went smoothly. And it did!!

Nicole helped us have a seamless ceremony!

I loved having Nicole be part of our wedding day! Nicole served as our ceremony coordinator. Even though she was technically serving as a “day of” coordinator, she held a few meetings with me throughout the planning process to discuss details and see if I had questions/needed help with vendors. She was able to provide helpful suggestions about all of the details of a ceremony that I had not necessarily thought about. Nicole ensured that our ceremony was perfect, and we did not have to worry about one detail at the church. From our guests' arrival until our final exit from the church, our ceremony was seamless. Having Nicole’s help allowed me, my husband, and our families to be present in the ceremony and truly enjoy every second, rather than worrying about logistics. You can never have too many helping hands on your wedding day, and I’m so glad that we hired Nicole to be part of our wedding!

Wedding Coordinator Extraordinaire

Nicole was hands down my saving grace during my wedding planning. She assisted from start to finish, which included putting out "fires" as they arose and keeping me calm. Nicole's vast knowledge of the wedding industry and vendor management is second to none. Nicole's etiquette and expertise was demonstrated by her hard work and dedication to making my wedding day perfect. The wedding was a huge success, it could not have gone any better. Nicole, I can not thank you enough for all you did to contribute to one of the most important days of my life.

Wonderful and hard-working wedding planner


Nicky is everything you need in an event planner. She's responsive, organized, has a great eye for design and style, and is excellent at managing people. Nicky understood what my now-husband and I needed even when we didn't. She handled a snafu with our transportation vendor with poise and speed. (I didn't even know the snafu occurred—that's how good she is!) If I were doing it again, I would have hired her earlier. She was so on top of things she even got my husband and I drinks when we were in the receiving line. I couldn't imagine the day going successfully without her.

I 100% recommend booking her for your wedding! You won't be disappointed!

Not a good choice

So I will preface this by saying we had a small wedding (30 people). I searched endlessly for all my vendors and all of them I was very happy with. For the wedding coordination, I was torn whether or not to have one but the church did not provide one and I didn’t want to stress the day of. But this is the only wedding decision I regret. When I hired Nicole, I let her know exactly what I was looking for. She was nice. She was new to the business but al her reviews were positive. We were scheduled to have two 15 minute conversations. The first conversation she never called, which should have been a sign but she explained that she was at a wedding and we rescheduled. The phone call lasted 5 minutes. She didn’t really ask any questions but I didn’t know what to expect. She said she would text in a week to see how things were going. She never did. I thought it’s okay. I have clear instructions. She offered to come to the rehearsal, that was great because it cleared my mind. But then last minute she changed her mind. And my ceremony was the morning after the rehearsal which meant I had to stay up late detailing instructions for her... luckily the church let us decorate that night (which was also included in what she was supposed to be doing) because she wouldn’t have known how to set it up. But I thought to myself, it’s okay it will be worth it not having to stress about the big day. However the violinist was late... and instead of coordinating with her she and a friend were texting me all morning which meant I had to then call her to inform her. I also called to Ask if the pastor was there she said no... we were calling around and he was already there. So the ceremony started later than planned. Part of the instructions Included telling people that it was an unplugged ceremony. That didn’t happen. She didn’t usher people into the seats so there were gaps in seating . She gave everyone noisemakers but didn’t organize the actual processional or the group picture. I felt like my own day of coordinator. Luckily it was a small wedding and I ended up having a friend help coordinate behind the scenes. She did give everyone a program, I think. She did pack up the items (one bin), a sign, easel, and 2 floral arrangements, and deliver it 10 minutes away, albeit not to the reception coordinator as asked. However if I would have known the primary thing would have been cleanup then I would have hired someone specifically for that or just enlist a friend. I wanted to give an honest review to help others.
