Nicole was amazing! She was such a joy to work for both our engagement shoot and wedding. Her photos are unbelievable! She got us our photos back promptly, with a sneak preview the next day and the whole collection just a few weeks later. She made us feel like models. Highly recommend!!

We set up an intro call with Nicole to hear how she works and what a typical wedding day looks like. Right away, we loved her energy. Her pricing felt super reasonable too.

On the big day, she showed up a little early and just jumped in. She worked the whole thing solo and somehow managed to be totally professional while also super chill and easy to be around. It honestly felt more like a friend helping us out. Within minutes, we knew we’d made the right call. She made us feel calm and totally taken care of, and everything turned out great.

It also happened to be 106 degrees that day. She was out there carrying a bunch of cameras, flying a drone (such a fun bonus), and acting like the heat didn’t even bother her. The schedule kept shifting a bit, but she rolled with it and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. She had a full list of family combos and stayed on top of it. She even showed us a few sneak peeks during the day, which got us even more excited to see the rest.

Nicole brought the best energy. She was fun, kept us grounded, and just felt like someone you’d actually want to hang out with on your wedding day. She also had this great way of catching real moments and emotions without anyone noticing. Some of our favorite photos are little interactions between us or with guests that we totally would’ve forgotten if she hadn’t caught them. She also reminded us to breathe and slow down, and helped us shake off nerves more than once.

And the final photos? Stunning. They totally matched the vibe we’d seen in her past work. She sent over a bunch of previews just days after the wedding, right when we were feeling that post-wedding crash. It gave us such a boost. The full gallery came sooner than we expected and was super easy to go through. She gave us a ton of photos, including so many great candids and moments we didn’t even realize happened.

She was great at giving just the right amount of direction too. She’d check our outfits and give little cues to help us look relaxed, not stiff. Every now and then she’d have us do something goofy, like a silly kiss or a fake dance that felt kind of awkward in the moment. But the photos turned out awesome. She knew exactly what she was doing.

We usually try to be balanced in reviews, but honestly? We’ve got nothing to critique. Nicole crushed it. She showed up solo, nailed it in wild heat, and was just a joy to have around.

We loved her. We'd work with her again in a second.

Booking Nicole for our wedding weekend was one of the best decisions we could’ve made! I found Nicole at a pretty late stage in the planning process after realizing that the photography style I was going for did not match the style of the original photographer I’d booked. After quite a bit of research, I found Nicole’s work and immediately reached out. She was so kind and understanding to the situation, and we decided to proceed as soon as we learned she was available for our weekend. We booked Nicole for our ceremony and reception as well as our traditional Chinese tea ceremony the following day. Not only did the photos turn out incredible, Nicole was so great in person and made every single guest feel at ease. She was such a special part of the weekend and we have looked back at our photos constantly since we got them back – thank you Nicole for capturing the best weekend of our lives!

Absolutely could not recommend Nicole more to shoot your wedding! We enjoyed working with Nicole every step of the way and she delivered our entire wedding portfolio ahead of schedule. Nicole was super communicative throughout the entire process and also helped us stay present and grounded throughout our entire wedding weekend. She and Adam, our second shooter, were such value adds to the wedding weekend too as they were incredibly easy to connect with and they made taking literally thousands of a photos a joy. Most importantly, we absolutely loved the final product and we couldn’t have been happier with how all of our photos turned out! Nicole has a great eye for composition and color, directing us to keep things natural, but we also had some fun with a few artsy shots. Thank you, Nicole!

I would hire Nicole over and over again if I could! She is such a professional and her photo quality and composition reflect that! For starters, we LOVED the engagement session that we got as part of our package - we are both so awkward with photos and she coached us throughout the whole process and was so sweet about it. We also postponed our wedding from 2021 to 2022 and Nicole was so understanding and flexible about the change. On the day of the wedding, Nicole was there right on time and was so conscientious about keeping us on schedule. She wrangled everyone together to get all of the shots we would want, she turned on music when shooting us so we would feel the vibe, and when we were finished shooting she would take us back to the wedding and would grab us a drink! She was seriously one of my absolute favorite vendors. HIRE HER!

You will NOT regret booking Nicole Leever!! We just celebrated our wedding at the Ebell Long Beach this past weekend and she was amazing throughout the entire process. I can’t even begin to tell you how blown away I was by her work at our wedding this past weekend. She and her assistant Adam HUSTLED all day!! They were constantly positioning themselves to get the perfect shots. I was so impressed by their dedication to their craft. And Nicole already sent us a bunch of sneak peek photos that took my breath away. I can not WAIT to see her entire album from our wedding.

In addition to shooting our wedding like a BOSS, Nicole also came up to Long Beach to shoot our rehearsal and did our engagement shoot in Rolling Hills. She was super communicative through the entire booking and planning process and I can NOT recommend her enough! I would book her again and again and again.

I’m only going to share one teaser of her work because I haven’t had a chance to share with family and friends but please trust me when I say that everything is just as amazing as this shared photo. Her work is stunning.

I found the brilliant Nicole through a wedding blog- I saw the photos she shot for a featured Palm Springs Wedding (we were getting married near there too), and I just knew we HAD to have her for ours! Thank goodness she was available. The moments she captured throughout our entire day and night are better than anything I ever could have dreamt up. The way she directed everyone for photos throughout the day was magical and impressive- she made everyone feel comfortable and is such a pro. Her editing style is so soft and romantic as well- EXACTLY what we were going for. She also captured all of the little details I had hoped for (all of the special hard work that was put into personalized centerpieces, decorations, etc.) - I couldn’t recommend her enough, and I already have friends and family telling me they’d love to hire her for when it’s their turn to get married! Nicole is the BEST!!! Couldn’t imagine going with anyone else. :)

Nicole was an incredible wedding photographer. She was by far the most professional, skillful, and kind vendor that we worked with. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. She did an amazing job capturing meaningful moments in challenging lighting and adapted quickly to unforeseen changes. She made us look like the best versions of ourselves in photos! My husband thought that the engagement shoot and the wedding photos would be the most awkward part of the wedding, but Nicole made it extremely comfortable and fun. I fully trust her and would recommend her to anyone!

Nicole was the BEST decision we could have made. Honestly, she was the one we were most excited about as a couple (food was a close #2) because this was a moment in time we wanted to capture for life. We're not a traditional couple and wanted someone who had a really organic/natural style. She was diligent, honest, and kept our needs at the forefront throughout the day which we greatly appreciated (i.e. from water, to letting us know time-frames, to crafting on the fly, etc). Her and her assistant diligently crafted a last minute escape plan to the desert to capture some photos that are ones we could never replicate if we tried. She truly captured the happiness we felt that day and beyond. We hope to keep her in our life for big events to come - and know that regardless of cost - she's honestly priceless. Nicole - thank you for being you, and keeping it real for all us non-traditional brides.

Nicole is hands down the BEST wedding photographer out there. She made our humble wedding look like it was straight out of Vogue. She is amazing to work with and knows her stuff. My husband tends to be camera shy, but Nicole made us both feel so comfortable. She was able to pull us away at the right times for the right lighting without having us miss big chunks of our reception. We are so in love with our photos and cannot recommend Nicole enough!
