We hired Nicole after interviewing three other vendors. Her pricing and offerings were by far the most inclusive. No limits to communication and her having three people there on the day of for coordination were our top reasons for hiring her. We were not disappointed.

Ours was Nicole's first Lebanese wedding, and she handled all the cultural elements expertly.

Our wedding required a lot of last minute logistical shifts, mostly driven by the large size of the event (not to mention rain on the day of) Nicole rolled with the punches and kept me out of it, which is a huge gift. I had the best day of my life, and Nicole made sure of it.

We are so grateful that we used Nicole to plan our destination wedding. She is Phoenix based, but was extremely knowledgeable about our venue in Sedona, AZ. We decided on a destination wedding, and being on the east coast and planning a west coast wedding without Nicole would've been an absolute nightmare. She negotiated a better rate with our venue, she connected us with vendors (DJ, Florist, etc) that was within our budget. She also willingly accepted numerous packages of wedding decor/supplies at her home and transported them to Sedona for us. She was easily reachable both by phone/text and email. By the end of our wedding planning, I wouldn't consider her a planner, but more of a lifelong friend. She was a pleasure to work with during the planning process, and was there for everything during the wedding weekend. From helping manage a snowstorm rehearsal dinner to keeping everyone on track on the wedding day, as well as supporting me and my husband throughout the day, Nicole really did it all, she was WELL worth the investment. I would highly recommend her for any event!

We had such a perfect day and because of Nicole it was way less work and stress. She reminded us when things needed to get done and recommended other great vendors.

The last 45 days before our wedding were crazy! From loosing TWO(!) original coordinators after a completely unexpected change in venue, the minute Nicole stepped in, she saved our day! She helped us navigate a tricky 175 person DIY home wedding with a grace! From dealing with insurance curveballs, to basically becoming a family therapist, to tricky day-of venue situations, to late DJs, she kept our party moving and made sure my Husband and I enjoyed every moment of the build up. The MINUTE she came into our lives, she took over the nitty gritty liability details of hosting a big DIY wedding and took a thousand pounds of stress off of our shoulders. Day of, after our grand entrance, we sat down to FULL plates of all of the appetizers we had so excitedly hand chosen and missed out on to take pictures. Her attention to US and OUR details was worth every penny. Our only regret was not finding her and involving her in our planning process sooner. Brides: SNAG THIS GENIUS UP, and she will make YOUR dreams come true, fit it in your budget, AND tell your families' unwanted opinions to 'take a hike' but she will do it in a way that makes them think it's their idea. Nicole is a go-getter, and a skillful, patient, and kind communicator. An ASSET to our day.

We were completely satisfied with the wedding planning and service provided by Nicole Arend. We approached her within only two months of our date and she was completely thorough, dependable, and responsible. She helped us think of options we had not considered, and guided us through the process step by step. She made sure we had all the right vendors at the right time for the right price. She listened to our wants and needs and made sure we had exactly what we wanted and still kept our budget where we needed it to stay. I was glad to have someone who could use her experience to advise us not just on what we could do, but also what might not work best considering our venue (back yard). On the wedding day, which could have been very stressful, both of us (bride and groom) were confident and ready to go. From making sure vendors knew where to go and what to do, to helping the wedding party know when to walk down the aisle, to making sure things got handled efficiently after the reception was over, Nicole handled all the details without us having to worry about it. She was calm, cool, and reliable. We were able to enjoy our special day.

Nicole far exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond with all aspects of our wedding from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and has rep-or with a lot of amazing vendors. Nicole started out as our wedding planner and is now a life long friend of ours. We could never of expected what we were getting when we first sat down with her but she is the one person we could not of done this without!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Nicole was as our day of coordinator. She was there for me from the day we met until well after the wedding. She made my wedding dreams come true and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend her for any event planning! Excellent!

Nicole was absolutely amazing every step of the way! She has keen attention to detail and perfectly executed every element of our wedding. I spent so long planning every little thing and personalized every single touch, and Nicole made it very easy to trust her to make sure everything was perfect while I enjoyed my wedding day! Nicole was by far one of the best investments we made towards our wedding. On top of her talent as a wedding planner/coordinator, Nicole is such a pleasure to work with and has amazing communication skills. I truly enjoyed getting to know her and working with her on one of the best days of my life. I can't thank you enough Nicole!!

Nicole is seriously the best at what she does. Hiring a wedding planner was definitely the best decision my husband and I made while planning our wedding. She was able to help us with so many aspects of the wedding we didn't even know we needed help with. From other vendor referrals, to setting up meetings with the different vendors, reviewing their contracts, and to the day of planning was all more than worth the money we spent. Not only did Nicole help me pull off the most beautiful wedding ever (I may be a little biased), but she also became a really good friend. She also helped my parents plan my bridal shower which was beyond amazing as well. I would highly recommend hiring Nicole to any bride looking for an amazingly organized, personable, and creative wedding planner.

I knew from the beginning, being the Type A perfectionist that I am, that I would need to have someone coordinate the day for me so I could truly relax and enjoy my wedding. I had met Nicole previously as she was the coordinator for my best friend's wedding, and I knew then (before I was even engaged!) that I would need to hang onto her number and contact her when planning my own wedding.

My now Husband wasn't so sure what value there was in having a wedding planner once we started planning ("but you're so organized, you could do it all!" he said), but he said he trusted me if I felt we really needed someone. Now that the wedding is done he agrees that it was easily the best money we spent! Nicole was so amazing to work with throughout the whole process, and absolutely made me feel like I was the only bride she had on her calendar, but I know she had weddings right before and after mine! I never felt like just a client, Nicole became a friend throughout the process! From helping review all contracts, to helping find a last minute photographer when the first one fell through, she was so great throughout the whole process. Our entire event went so smoothly because of Nicole and her assistant Alexis, I don't know what I would have done without them! I would absolutely recommend that any bride have a day of coordinator, and definitely consider Nicole's team, they were amazing and make me want to have more parties they can coordinate!
